This home is beautiful, clean and conveniently located! All of the essentials are included from bedding to kitchen utensils, dish soap, even a few games to play! Highly recommend!

The condo was everything we could have asked for in a stay at HHI. Will definitely be back in the future.

Property is as listed and Vacasa, property managers, are awesome. The downside is that the owners locked all the pantries, bikes, and took up all the closet space in the bedrooms with large lockers labeled "owners". Additional signs and notes throughout the property made it feel as if we were imposing on their personal space. If you don't want to have guests in your space don't advertise it for rent and take our money. Would use Vacasa again but wouldn't stay at this property.

We love the property and would recommend the owner supply chairs and umbrellas for the beach - this would be a great addition for those Who travel by plane. Also - please put The code and password to condo on the VRBO site (app) for the renter , as I had to sort through junk mail to find the codes. Overall , we love this property and will be back for a 3 rd trip soon.

Very nice place the ony compaint is the couches were so uncomfortable and there were tons of snakes iving under patio. I was scared to sit outside.

Well appointed villa with great master shower! Patio had nice furniture and a good working Weber Grill. We love the Evian villas!

Cozy; clean; well-stocked with nice pots/pans/blender/dishes etc…our only complaints were: the LR tv is so high on the fireplace wall that it really gave us neck aches to watch tv. We tried repositioning the one sofa a little but it didn’t help. ☹️ Also, we wanted to rebook for next year but, our time was already taken. Most places give you a few days grace-period after leaving to decide whether you want to rebook or not. We have a little Doxie who sleeps in his crate at night and goes out with us everywhere. So this first floor condo was great-no stairs!! My hubby and I are super picky so understood and agreed with all your “house rules”! We took loving care of your little gem! ❤️ Evian reminds me so much of Europe (especially France); the neighborhood is very quaint; quiet; and tranquil. Wish I could say we’re coming back!! ☹️

This condo was great. Clean & everything you need included. We stayed in it back in July. My only complaint was trying to get to and from the beach. It was hard to find parking so we’d have to walk to use the shuttle a lot. Also, people are up above you in this condo and it’s hard to tell from the picture. We got woken up at 5 a.m. by people walking pretty much every morning. It really was a lovely place, though. I’d rent it again with the hopes of quieter neighbors!

Beautiful and cared for place and really clean. Just don’t plan on unpacking much as places to store anything you bring are very limited. Small closet in each bedroom half of which is taken up with locked lockers. All other closets/pantries are locked and all kitchen cabinets are full. Also thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. Told to set and hold but it would start heating on its own - did this three or four evenings.

Stayed here with my family over the holidays. There are some great new additions to the condo such as a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bathroom and glass doors over the guest tub. A bakers rack made it convenient to store groceries without taking up counter space. We have stayed in Evian many times and this is by far our favorite unit. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Excellent Condo and location. Floor was dirty even after the cleaning company came and "mopped" the floor, but this isn't really an owner issue, this is a cleaning company issue. The kitchen is VERY stocked with everything you would need to cook/bake a complete meal. Beds are very comfortable and all linens were very clean. The only thing that was an issue was storage for any non-perishable items. There is absolutely nowhere to store anything. All cabinets were full and the pantry was locked, so that was a little annoying. For people with allergies, please make note that there is a huge wool rug in the main room, so please plan accordingly. I had to buy an air purifier when we were there because I was having a reaction to the rug. Other than that, everything was perfect. I look forward to staying again!

The villa was very nice and loved the ground floor unit. However, the Vacasa rental agency did not meet our expectations. We arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and we also called Vacasa to request an exterminator because we had multiple bugs in kitchen, bedrooms, and especially in the two bathrooms. Vacasa said someone would be there shortly to exterminate, however no one ever showed up and my husband stayed in the entire day to wait for the maintenance to arrive. We tried to contact Vacasa again but never got a reply and no one would answer the phone when we called to report the problem again

We have stayed in Shipyard more specifically Evian several times in the past, and this was by far our favorite place so far! The condo is extremely well, equipped, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Very picturesque view of the golf course, highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway! Looking to book our next stay here.

We have stayed at Evian on 4 occasions and Unit 104 was our best experience! This unit is equipped with everything you might need for accommodation away from home. The beds, linens, pillows, towels in the bathrooms, kitchen appliances and utensils (everything you need is there), Weber barbecue, smart television with many channels and access to utilizing your own streaming services are all excellent and in great condition. We could not have been happier with this unit. The patio with metal chairs with cushions and table were wonderful and private. This was where we had breakfast and often our lunch everyday. We saw multiple deer while sitting outside. I could go on and on singing the praises of this unit and the care exercised by its owners. Shipyard Golf is very close and we brought our bikes, which we used every day. The unit is not far from the beach wither by walking or cycling. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Hilton Head!

This property was ideal for our getaway with family who were visiting us from Scotland. The location and proximity to the beach was excellent. The home was well decorated and was perfect for us and our small dog.

Love this dog friendly villa in Evian, a cute and secluded neighborhood in the Shipyard community. Easy beach access and great clean pool area. Everything in the unit was very comfortable and well maintained. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our time here. It was perfect for our family of four including two young children. The condo was impeccably decorated, immaculate and very conveniently located, just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach which was perfect! We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful place

The condo was really nice, the stove would not work and we finally found the fuse box and flipped stove on , the parking pass was not explained before hand not until check in, we needed 3 passes, one short, $20 for one more , and could not get until the next day , to much going on to pickup , they are strictly inforced parking pass, a huge pain.

Everything about this place was perfect, very comfortable, clean in a very convenient location for everything in Hilton Head. The only thing that would have made it better would have been having access to the bicycles that were locked up on the patio, maybe a few beach towels, and a little bit of a later checkout. But overall a really nice experience, we will be back!!!

Very well appointed home. It was great tonhae our dog with us and my kids very it. The community was wonderful and it was great to uavr the pool within walking distance and the beach within 5-10min drive. And the beds... they were so comfy! Definitely will be a repeat visit.

This is a beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfortable and impeccably maintained condo. It had everything we needed and is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, etc. We stayed for three months and enjoyed every minute!

The home was immaculate and had all the comforts one can expect. The unit is right off the golf course in a very peaceful location. Short distance to the beach and very nice pool area and tennis courts. Many well done updates throughout the home. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a real nice place to stay, we are planning our next trip to come back here.

I'm a Designer and loved this property. High end furnishings, artwork, furniture. We spent a lot of time on the patio - lovely. I took my small pup, and the setting is ideal for dog walks. Secluded, quiet, had every single dish/platter we needed for appetizers and feeding a toddler. Check-in was quick and easy. Hilton Head is one of my favorite places.

Absolutely loved this place and we will be back! Located in a nice quiet area but easy access to everything. Amenities were way beyond what we were expecting in this villa, highly recommend!

The condo is the best we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and in a great quiet location. Everything we could have asked for, and more. Can’t wait to come back.

Private, serene, condo complex within gated Shipyard golf community. What we appreciated was the beautifully decorated interior and watching deer, squirrels and wildlife on the rear deck along with watching golfers on the Fairway. Easy access to play golf within the gates on their lovely golf courses and access to the majority of grocery stores and restaurants close by. We highly recommend this unit to guests that require an elegant atmosphere.

This is our third trip to Evian, and by far, our favorite place to stay so far. House was well maintained, and had ample space for a family of four. The owners put a lot of care and investment into the home as well, and it shows! This was our first Vacasa trip, and check in was close, convenient and quick. Streamilined communications via app, email and text were appreciated! The app had all the info we needed.

Owners were installing new flooring in the bedrooms and a new washer and dryer upon our arrival. It was like home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
