The home had everything we needed with some nice extras. It is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. The pool was awesome! We had a great time and plan to come back again next year.

The house was perfect. It was just as shown and more. It was clean and welcoming. Our group has been getting together for about ten years to catch up and jump start the new school year. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was well supplied and we had wonderful breakfasts and delicious dinners. It was another great weekend!

My daughter got married this weekend. Muletown was the family hub for our visit. Can't be more pleased with the house, the pool or hut tub. High praise for such an important weekend!

We were all so excited as we walked around. We had the best time and wish we had been able to book longer. We plan to come back! It smelled amazing.

Was such a great place! Everything was super clean and so was the pool and hot tub. We had an amazing time! Will definitely be back!!

The house itself was beautiful and spacious and the location was great. The pool was great and the hottub was great, except for the blown out speakers that you couldn't hear. However, the fridge was full of half eaten food and an open container of milk, the outside garbage was full when we got their so we had to put full trash in the garage, we ran out of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper on day 2 and the owner took 3 hours to respond by which time we had already bought our own. There was standing water in the garage. There is no type of texture on the back stairs by the pool which makes them very slippery. The railings on the back porch stairs are loose. Asked to wash towels before leaving but had to text owner to get laundry detergent. The lawn care person came by and was blowing grass into the pool while the kids were swimming. The jets on the tub in the master bathroom were nasty which made the tub unusable. The tvs in the basement and on the back porch werent functional. Not a single board game in the house had the necessary pieces to play. The house had everything that was listed but a good bit of it was damaged or unfunctional. Things mentioned by previous guests as far back as 2023 that are still an issue: ants all over kitchen, broken drawers in kitchen, top rack of diswasher comes out on its own, and the pool table was cracked which made all the balls roll toward the middle.

This was a great spot with minimal inconveniences with a great pool and beautiful property. We liked being close to everything but seemed like we were in a private and secluded little nook. Neighbors pups got pretty excited anytime we were outside but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our outside time. Beautiful house with beachy themes.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for the week. The property was clean upon arrival and we were able to check in a little early. I’d read reviews of wasps so we were expecting those and while they were around they didn’t bother us and the host had left spray if needed, the pest company came while we were there and we were able to tell them about an area around the hot tub and they located two nests that they removed. The pool was perfect, and enjoyed by the adults and kids! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood it was the perfect getaway for a family who wanted to simply go someplace new and warm and relax the entire time. Downtown Columbia seemed great and it was close enough to Franklin to explore too!
