Kitchen acres was dirty. Garbage can has sparkle all over it from painter. It was there all week. If you didn’t get to breakfast area by 8am there was no food and the Reply I got was that’s all for today. I said it’s 7-9am. Room is not what pictures are on the website very deceiving. Floor was filthy when we arrived in our room. My husband and I had black feet from floor and had to shower before we went to bed. It was late when we arrived so we dellalt we it. Housekeeper mopped floor when I asked her to the next day. Couldn’t use microwave because the cord was too short.

front desk staff was nice.

no elevator, security questionable, door to joining room not secure. paint & cleanliness was not good, shower , bathroom floor dirty. toilet rocked … not seated properly.

Difficult to get clean towels or trash taken out during the stay, was there 6 days and had to ask nearly daily. When they did take out the trash would turn off the A/C and come back to hot room

The Inn served a good breakfast. Even though they had just converted to no pets allowed, they allowed us to stay with our dog because the website listed this as a pet friendly unit when we made our reservations

Received 14 bites on my body during the night. I told management about the bites and it took 24 hours for them to take action. I informed management that the bites had all the markings of being bed bug bites.

The room was filthy. After a few minutes of walking around our room mine and my toddlers feet were black. There were stains on the comforter, the bathroom was so unclean that I didn’t even feel comfortable bathing, there were an old pair of jeans and can goods in one of the drawers.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and pleasant.

The room was disgustingly filthy. Stains on the bedding, mold smell in the room and the hallway reeked of Marijuana. Everything was very dated and looked nothing like the photos. Went across the street and paid only a few more dollars for a nice clean room with nicer amenities.

Asked if under new owners. Was told no. Old mattresses in garbage and all over parking lot. Took up a good number of parking spaces. Where you got coffee, messy, not clean where you put coffee cup. Creamer powder all over. Hot tub and tub needed to be scrubbed or replaced. Looked dirty. Pool not open even though sign at motel stated as if open. Whole toilet moves when getting off. Drapes had spots which looked like make up. Outside looked like newly painted. Blinking parking lot lights. Would not say again.

We have family down the road only reason why we chose. But price a week later was double and they’re not Nashville. Price should never reach even $100 for that location and quality

Pool not open supposedly construction as was the other hotels in Columbia?! No elevator. Place was dirty, smelly. The guy at the front desk didn’t make eye contact, ignored me for the phone, and in the morning was same employee putting up the breakfast which was late.

Price was a little high for the room. I could have stayed next door for $40 less.

No elevator , and with 2 bad knees made it near impossible to climb steps
