My group of friends and I absolutely loved this house. We came to Walton Lake for a ski weekend at Boyne Mountain and found the location was great. We were 10 mins in any direction for activities and restaurants. Stephanie was super nice and the home is very spacious. We were a group of 5 at no point did we feel like the space was too small for us. We are planning to stay at this property again once the weather warms up.

We loved staying at this property. It was so clean, updated, plenty of room but most importantly, it was a place we could gather as a family and make awesome memories. I would highly recommend it!

The proximity to the wedding venue at the Inn at Walloon Lake was great. The property inside was very nice and had everything we needed. The three full bathrooms were wonderful to have for six people.

This house in Walloon is the perfect place for you and your friends and family to stay! We stayed for 3 weeks and were extremely happy with everything about this rental. Here are some details: - all the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable - with five bedrooms you can host a lot of people and still have privacy and places for kids of all ages to sleep - it's very kid friendly - there's cribs, a highchair, kid eating utensils, etc. - the location is just a few minutes walk to the heart of Walloon village - there's even a path thru the woods that leads directly to the ice cream shop! - there is a large backyard which is great for kids to play and run around (and a basketball court in the adjacent church parking lot) - it's a great location to visit other towns too - 7 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Boyne City! - the hosts are extremely accommodating and communicate well All in all - I plan to rent here again and you should too!

The house was amazing and perfect for a weekend with friends. We spent the day at the slopes and then at the house spend the evenings huddled around the table playing games and dinning. Will totally be back next year. Can’t wait! 👍🏻👍🏻

What a great spot nestled between Boyne and Petosky. We went went for a ski trip with friends and had such a great experience. The kids lived sharing the room with twin beds and the adult couples all had their own rooms. We will definitely be back!

What a charming home! I’m not sure the pictures really do this property justice. There are 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 3 full baths. There’s a well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and all the things you’ll need for cooking. The location was perfect for boyne and petosky. We stayed December 29-January 2nd so it was nice to be close to skiing and petosky. The restaurants were nice and I bet very fun during summer months. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and very organized. I highly recommend this property. We had our 3 children with us, ages 9,7 & 4 and they too had a great time. We stayed at this house last weekend for our son's wedding in the Walloon Lake/Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. The house exceeded our expectations! Very clean, kitchen is great (everything needed to cook meals or eat carry-in), spacious. There were 8 adults and the space was perfect; everyone had their own rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very clean!! Everything was as described. Lots of supplies, Beautiful bedrooms, bedding, very comfortable beds!! Plenty of room for us to gather on the deck, in front of the television or a the big dinner table..great location just around the corner from the cute village. We'll hopefully get the oppurtunity to stay here again!!

This was a nice, updated property so kind of modern farmhouse feel. Easily accessible to Walloon Lake downtown area. Some of the bedrooms had no closets or dressers but we made the best of it. The property manager, Stephanie Jones, was great and very responsive to our needs.

It was a great set up and space for families. It was very well stocked with anything you might need. Great rental near beautiful Walloon Lake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! It was so clean and well kept and beautifully finished. Not to mention the beds were so comfortable, we really felt at home! We hope to return soon to stay again!

You can tell that it is newly renovated and has a great kitchen. We had such a great stay! Highly recommend and we will try and rent this place again in the future.

Walking distance to Walloon Lake, Hotel Walloon, Walloon Lake in and Barrel Back. When we could knock off work early, we would get in our car at 315 and be at the top of the chair lift at Boyne Mountain by 330! 10 min south of Petoskey and about 25 min to the Highlands and Nubs and downtown Harbor Springs. Wife and I are both in sales and constantly on Zoom calls - never an issue with the internet. Stephanie and Jim were always available if we needed anything, which we rarely did. Very cozy and comfortable with everything we needed for a 3 month getaway. The three month trial of Up North living has us convinced to make Northern Michigan our permanent home! Would also happily recommend Stephanie to be your real estate agent, too!

This home was perfect for our family to ski vacation. The home is beautifully redone and has all the amenities you need to feel at home on vacation! We will be back to stay again!
