Clean and well kept... easy to find and a great location in the middle of everything. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet.

Check in and out was easy as well as the communication with the owner. House was very clean and plenty of room for my wife and I plus our 17 year old son. The only thing for me was that it didn't say it was a townhouse in the description. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect as we played 15 miles either direction from the house. Over all, we loved the house and would stay there again if we go back to Bentonville.

I have stayed in several VRBO type properties. This property is by far the cleanest and most beautifully appointed I have had the pleasure of staying at. Everything you need is there...even the pantry is stocked !! Although we did not use pantry items, it is nice to have it available should you need it in a pinch.

The amenities, communication. and location were just right. It was too bad for us that the city just experienced a tornado one week prior to our stay. The owner had no control over it and was very forthcoming about the situation

Came into town for girls’ weekend and this townhouse was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The best part for us was location which was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We walked everywhere. About half a mile from downtown so easy to walk to Bentonville Square with its many restaurants and shopping options. Went to the Saturday morning Farmers Market which is great. Less than half a mile from Pedaler’s and the HUB which are well known local spots. Weather was perfect while we were in town. Enjoyed the trip and this property a lot.

Great property within walking distance to downtown Bentonville and all the fabulous restaurants it offers. Quiet and clean. Small fenced backyard with small patio. Front patio area as well. Nice to have a garage. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts were informative and responsive. Highly recommend this property.

This house was an incredible stay. More than enough room for 2 people to stretch out and enjoy peace and quiet. I was a little worried with it being a town home, but heard 0 noise from any neighbors. The location was amazing. We live in this town, but were enjoying time away from the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location to explore our own town from. After check out I had realized I had left a personal item behind and the host was extremely helpful on getting it back. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a tremendous time at the house. It was quiet, very well appointed and clean. The Garzas' thought of anything that a traveler could want. The beds were comfortable. We ordered Thanksgiving from The Table at Hickory Creek--it was GREAT! We biked all around and went to Crystal Bridges several times. We will be back.

Bentonville is lovely town to visit and this townhouse was the perfect complement to our stay. It’s a very comfortable up to date townhouse in a good location. I would stay there again.

We were there for a bike race, was very comfortable and close to the square.

We choose to explore the mountain biking scene in Bentonville. We choose this Property because of the price and location. It fit the criteria we were looking for and helped with fit our needs. The only thing that would have really been an added bonus would having a way to wash your bike. But that wasn’t an issue. We found a way to clean our bikes. There was plenty of space.

We came from Little Rock to meet with friends from Columbia, Missouri and explore Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The walking distance to all activities was perfect! We could park our car and walk everywhere on the wonderful trails of Bentonville.

Beautifully decorated home with everything you’d need. Quiet residential area, yet walking distance to downtown. Stayed with two friends — love coming to Bentonville and Crystal Bridges— great food and lovely homes. Will definitely reserve again!

Our son got married at the Mildred Cooper Chapel and reception at Peel Mansion Museum . We chose this condo because it was very close to venue. It was an excellent choice, It was very nice and clean. Our family has stayed in many VRBO’s as we have stayed in homes as far as Canada and this unit rates high on the list.

This end-unit was better than the pictures! We stayed with another couple to attend a concert in town and were super happy with our stay. Location can't be beat... it's on a quiet part of the street, but just a 15-20 minute walk to the square and, in a different direction, the same walking distance to the Momentary. The rooms were perfectly clean and the beds were super comfortable. Great value, would stay again.
