Perfect location, beautiful home. There was a lot more than on the website. We rented bikes and beach chairs but they had bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Two refrigerators and freezers were very useful. You can park 6 cars if needed in the garages and driveway. They need to update the info on garbage since there is no recycling pickup, just trash on both days.

Very nice house with great ocean view on North Forrest Beach that easily accommodated our large family (8 adults and 9 grandchildren). We would definitely go back.

Great location and great property.

Overall the property inside and out was superior. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. We were a party of twelve. Six adults (parents/grandparents) with six children under twelve. Sleeping arrangements worked well for everyone. The house is very quiet inside and out(the neighborhood is single family homes and quiet). The check-in process was easy, quick and efficiently managed by two ladies. The property manager was quick to reply and helpful with questions that arose. Incidentals that needed attention were also settled promptly. A few positive features not mentioned or overlooked by me in the property description were: 1) the two car garage was available for our use; 2) an additional refridgerator/freezer in the garage; 3) the pool depth averages about 4 feet, give or take, throughout (ideal for children);4) wine fridge behind the main floor bar. The beach was a very short jaunt over the dune. It was wide and uncrowded. The water was very warm with small waves and a gradually sloping bottom. The Piggly-Wiggly(well stocked) is less than a mile along a pleasant sidewalk. We would and likely may rent this property again.

It was a very nice house for what I needed it for. Maybe let people know that toilet paper, cleaning supplies wreally aren't provided.

Wonderful house and location!

The house was beautiful, great windows to see the views. Layout was perfect for all of our family. Location was lovely. We were quite surprised at the cleanliness of the home. Counter tops still had food on them. Large stains, and and food found in the carpeting.

It was great will be back.

Can't recommend this house enough. The location & home were amazing. Within the first 15 minutes we watched dolphins out the living room window.

The house was ok but extremely outdated for the amount paid. We’ve been renting in this neighborhood for many years and unfortunately fell way short from what we expected. The bathrooms were extremely outdated and small and the door under the sink in kitchen was broken and fell on everyone’s foot from time to time. We could not use the fireplace which is the first house that didn’t allow which is strange. The elevator also was out of order which these are things that should be mentioned when renting. There was a ton of wind during our stay and one night was a tornado watch and all the chairs and umbrella from the outside fell and nobody bothered to ever come by and pick up or even put inside due to the high winds and knowing of a tornado watch. Upon checkin a ton of garbage from previous owners which would have been nice if someone have picked up. The house was extremely dirty and we saw 3 dead roaches under the armoires in the upstairs room so we needed up cleaning the house since we have babies crawling everywhere we were concerned with all the dust. Had to clean pots and pans too Bc that too was dirty. Also garbage left if one of the bathrooms from the previous renters in one of the bathrooms upstairs. Thank you for taking the time we just wished the house would have been much cleaner, updated and able to use the fireplace and elevator for the amount we paid.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 8 adults and the home was very spacious. We loved all of the amenities such as the heated pool, hot tub, bikes, ping pong table, foosball, and beach chairs. There were so many other supplies we could have used but it was cooler weather so we weren’t at the beach much. The home was decorated so nice and no expense was spared. The mattresses were so comfortable. We loved how close it was to the Coligny Plaza and Piggly Wiggly. One Hot Mama’s and Bella Italia Pizza were great and close by as well. Hope to come back again!

I wish I could say we had a great time but we didn't. The ocean views are amazing but I don't think the house has been updated for a while. When we walked in the house it has a strange smell which luckily resolved when we opened the windows and doors. During our short stay the water sensors malfunctions and we were with water which contributed to us checking out the day after we checked in. There are so many stairs --windy stairs to the pool, 2 flights to the main entrance, more stairs to the bedroom etc. My daughter broke her leg the day we checked in and we had to return home because there was no way to get her up and down all of the stairs. I asked the property manager if there was anything to do because we didn't get to enjoy our stay at all --and I was told "we don't do that." Next time, I hope to rent from people that understand unforeseen accidents and are kind during those times.

Property was as advertised....everyone truly enjoyed the stay.

Great house , clean, comfy beds , plenty of space , well appointed kitchen. Beautiful ocean view !

The location is fantastic -- on a less-crowded part of the beach yet accessible to all sorts of shopping, restaurants and activities. We were happy to just sit on the beach watching the ocean the wildlife -- dolphins, pelicans and interesting people!

This house is beautiful and a fantastic location. As this house was just purchased in October 2020, it has not been rented much and that is where our issues stemmed from. Before arriving we asked if there were beach chairs and a grill, we were told no on both, but both are actually on property, along with many beach umbrellas, sand toys and a beach bike. The information in the on-site book could be more extensive about how to turn the spa on so it gets hot, how to lock the door out to the deck, how to control the blinds, etc. Make sure you bring a SLEEPING MASK!! All rooms have transoms that are not covered and all the rooms get A LOT of light in the mornings. Really wished there were some black out shade options. When we called about some questions/issues, the management company (Hilton Head Vacations) was slow to respond. Also, you have to go pick up your "keys" from a lock box on the way to the property, but it's all codes, so there is absolutely no reason for this stop and the directions for how to actually get into the house were completely wrong . Hopefully in the future they will just text/email this info to renters once their house is ready. Once these small issues are resolved, your stay should be seamless!
