Overall the property was just as described in the listing . Everything was clean and ready for our stay . I liked the fact that they had big enough tables and lots of chairs to accommodate our family of 25 that went. Communication was easy and fast . We had issues with our pool not heating, but they quickly addressed the problem. Area was perfect to walk and little shops nearby.We enjoyed our stay !

I was originally a little nervous about the distance to the beach when we booked this house, but it really was an easy walk, even for the younger kids in our group (and shorter than most elevator waits at a big condo complex). It was also a short walk to several shops, including souvenirs & a cute coffee place. The rental company was also very engaged and helpful. Overall, it was great for our family vacation.

As a group of 22 adults traveling to Destin for a wedding, this home was perfect and was great for our group. Everyone had their own space. The location is close to the beach and within walking distance to many things. We would definitely stay here again! The home was clean, spacious and the pool area was a nice bonus. The staff at Frangista Beach Properties was professional and answered any question I had very promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Covid had prevented our family from gathering for two years, and welcomed the opportunity for us all to be under one roof for a week! We traveled from Alaska, California, Colorado, Vermont, South Carolina, and Massachusetts for a total of 20 people. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. We had 4 kids ages 3 and under with early bed times, and they slept soundly on the third floor. The layout worked well for group gatherings, and for sneaking away for private time. The property was clean and accommodating. The pool heat did not work well for the first few days, but the management company assisted us with immediacy. The walk to the beach is easy, and the private beach is exceptional! We appreciated the privacy of the pool and there was ample parking for 5 vehicles and a golf cart. We did not go out for dinner, as we had a great grill set up and cooked almost every night. We did enjoy the Gulfarium (aquarium) and The Track (go karts). We went in March and the temperatures did not exceed low 70s and the winds were high, but the sun was warm and the beach still beautiful!

Beautiful property! We had 17 family members and everyone had their own bedroom in the 3 level + home. Our younger families stayed on the 1st floor with the small children. The door had a “childproof” lock and back door had a deadbolt without child access. The pool gate also had a safety lock. 2nd level was spacious with a leather sofa that sat 7. We’ll stocked Kitchen and 2 tables that could handle at least 20-25. (With bar seating too and high chair) The 3rd floor had 3 of the prettiest and largest rooms. There is a 4th level with TV and fooseball table. Also two spectacular views from a front and back deck. Many updates made this a wonderful home to celebrate the week of Thanksgiving with family.

One of the best vacations ever! We think we have to the area 20+ times… and this one was so special! The Frangista Beach staff were all AMAZING! Their responsiveness was WAY above our expectations, and we truly felt served!

We had a wonderful stay. There are some maintenance issues that need addressed. The pool ladder is missing the last step. A metal fence pole is broke and has to remain propped up on the others. The drain by the outside shower is clogged and causes algae to built up which is really slippery. Lots of bottle caps and cigarette's in the pool area. The floors on the inside of the house were so dirty our feet were black every day, starting the first day we arrived. Aside from all that the house is a nice house and worked well for our large group.

This property was amazing! The rooms were just as pictured, plenty of space for our group of 18 to spread out and be comfortable. The pool was warm and comfortable, and everything in the home worked well and was clean upon our arrival. Communication w/the leasing office was super easy, and they were very responsive, even when we called late on Thursday evening. We would definitely book w/ Frangista Properties again in the future!

We had an incredible week at Frangista Pompano! The property was in a great location and perfectly set up for our family coming together from all over the USA. Awesome gathering spaces both inside and out. Quick walk to the beach and shops. We loved that each room (family) had their own bathroom. The property manager was very responsive and cared that our family's stay was great! Highly recommend Frangista!

We travel every year with elderly parents, single brother,several couples and 10 kids between the age of 10-22. Bedroom configuration is great. Some deficiencies include that the bunk room has no bathroom and one of the queen bedrooms in the kitchen level floor doesn’t have its own private bath. Otherwise great property for the price.

This property is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It accommodated my family of 25 comfortably. We loved the fact that it had a pool and the walk to the beach is only a few minutes. You won’t be disappointed with this one.

The large pool was wonderful and very clean. Bring canopies for more shade!! They have a big umbrella, but not enough shade for a group. Full sun all day. We brought 2 canopies which saved the day! Without it, you will fry like an egg!! A few broken items, nothing major. I would suggest new outdoor furniture and new balcony furniture with some new cushions. If you have trouble with stairs....this is NOT the house for you. Kitchen on second floor, so lots of up and down! There is a fridge and ice maker on the first floor which helps. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Wonderful owner and property management.

With 20+ family members in tow we were more than comfortable in this beautiful home. Super spacious and the proximity to the beach was awesome! We’ve rented several homes and this was by far the best experience from check in, to the super responsiveness by the property management team - awesome time for my entire family!!! Would highly recommend, pool and deck almost have the resort feel on a private level. 5-star experience across the board!!!

The house was spacious enough for our five families and numerous children. The property was in great condition and the few minor requests we had were handled promptly and courteously by the management company. It was only a short walk to the beach and surrounding shops. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!
