Property is safe, all staff are nice and accommodating. A few more dishwasher packets, kitchen pot holders, and dish towels would have been nice. I will definitely stay again. Thank you

Was amazing other than the resort fee they added on. Would have been ok if we would have been able to get beach and pool towels??? There was not any available during our stay.

Good place: new, clean, FANTASTIC rooftop pool with great pool and great views. There is some noise in the unit from mechanical stuff in the building; it's like white noise at night. The couches are not very comfortable.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at the Costa condo on Hollywood beach. The location is great, steps away from the beach and Hollywood boardwalk. The unit itself was nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. A few things were missing - no lock on bathroom door, no long wall mirror and kitchen was not very well stocked. Overall, we liked the condo.

Really Lovely for the price. Have to add in Valet parking and resort fee. The location can't be beat. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was sparsely stocked, no sharp knives, but who cares, you're at the beach. The hotel provides chairs, the boardwalk was so nice to walk every morning. The room itself was clean, and when you need extra blankets or linens, just call room service. There was a laundromat very close by. The hotel staff was very pleasant, and helpful. It was a great spot!

Lots of space at the property, good location, easy access to broadwalk and restaurants. Only complaint was that the iron didn’t work and I had a suitcase of wrinkled clothes. Owner wasn’t able to replace it while I was there.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be returning in June!! The unit was clean, valet was convenient. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel itself was nice. We definitely enjoyed the pool and I most definitely enjoyed the bar. I loved being walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

Excellent rental overall. Spotless, spacious and as advertised. Great location right near boardwalk amd beach amd restaurants . Fantastic rooftop pool amd space. Host was available for questions amd concerns. Only issue was check in process slow amd room ready later than expected due to many guests ans staff shortage. Otherwise a perfect trip.

This was the best spring break trip we had because our unit was so nice!!

Everything was great. The few questions we had were promptly answered. We had a few groceries and toiletries delivered without issue. Condo itself was spotless with comfortable beds. I would love to know how they get every grain of sand out because when we arrived there was absolutely none. So many great restaurants within a five min walk. Beach was clean. Waves were a bit rougher than we’re used to but kids still had fun. Would definitely return.

Location was great, place was clean and comfortable. Room was not ready at checkin and we had to wait an extra hour. However, we were given an extra hour at checkout. Property manager was wick to respond. We had a great time!

Front desk staff were very nice. Condo clean and spacious. Pool area was perfect for relaxing. Two minor things were room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be at check in and towels in the pool area were hard to get at certain times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Property is beautiful, rooftop pool and hot tub are fabulous. Location could not be better! Room was very clean (and I’m picky). Front desk was very helpful and kind. We had 6 people staying in the room (me, my dad and mom, 3 kids ages 5,9,11) which did feel a little cramped but we weren’t in the room very much. The pullout sofa beds were not super comfortable, my kids didn’t care but I wouldn’t recommend if you have any back or neck problems. I would 100% stay here again but maybe not with 6 people, unless 4 are kids. We are looking forward to coming back!

Such a great place to stay. We surprised our kids (2, 4, and 8) with a flight to Florida for Christmas and this place didn’t disappoint! Location was perfect, a quick taxi/Uber from the airport. Room was clean and so spacious and the resort was so nice. I sent a message to the owner once because I thought they had beach toys and was looking for them, and unfortunately they said sometimes people take things with them, but I was impressed with the quick response (we ended up just buying some and left them for the next family). Can’t wait to come back!

Great location! Central to everything you need on the boardwalk. You don’t need a car which is awesome! Pool is awesome. Drinks at the pool are super expensive! The air in the room was fine but in the bedroom it didn’t get very cool. Other than that everything was great! Host was quick to respond with questions!

I booked this unit last minute and everything went great from start to finish! The place was clean, the staff amazing, great coffee shop right off lobby. The pool and rooftop terrace was a great place to relax after a walk on the beach and a quick dip. I loved that it operated as a hotel, even tho they have some condos that were owned by individuals (obviously doing VRBO). Some things about the actual unit: The balcony was great and thankfully, not on the main drag...not a "real water view" but it had a "warm neighborly" view with palm tress and the sunset/sunrise. Also, not that the unit is pretty soundproof and quiet - which was awesome. There are birds that come out to "play" around at sunrise/sunset - they were quite the chirpers - but once you close the balcony door - it's so quiet. This unit is close to the ice machine (but again, u hear nothing in the unit - that's a win-win for me!). There is a liquor store/convenience store 2 blocks away in case you need drinks, munchies, etc. The ceilings are high and the layout was perfect. Great kitchen and the TV was awesome and had just about every smart app/streaming you could want. Really...only thing missing was a full length mirror (said the girl...LOL). And, the freezer is actually the bottom 1/2 of the fridge (that took me a day to figure out (said the girl...LOL) Highly recommend this listing and will def. stay here again in the future!

We celebrated our Mom's 90th birthday for a girls long weekend. The area was perfect for us. The boardwalk was right there to take walks, and with great restaurants and shops. You don't need a car as most everything is in walking distance. The owner responded to my messages/questions promptly and very accommodating. We had a condo with nice view on the balcony and plenty comfortable for 6 people. We will definitely be back.
