Smooth service

The staff in the hotel were very rude, they think that when they are offering the room to you its a favor they are doing to you. The people at the reception are non cooperative and not helpful at all and rude and not trained to handle the guest. Overrated property and the price dose not match the facility provided. The breakfast menu is limited. The place should be avoided and should only be booked if no option is left with you. The people should be trained in hospitality management and the behavior needs improvement.

Nothing much, just near the sea, but you can find many hotel near the sea with better amenities and with polished behavior of staff.

Great location, spacious room, good food.

There is some issue with the sea facing rooms. Need to keep the AC on 24/7 or else the rooms get all watery due to moisture formation. Even if you slightly increase the temperature in ur AC, the room will get moist and slippery.

Staff was too rude, they conveyed me that they canceled my booking without even looking at their records. Breakfast was not up to the expectations. Bed mattress was too soft They insisted to book on their website instead of Booking.com

it’s close to the beach and you feel little like Royal there because of interior .

toilet and shower can be more clean

apart from a weird time of 8am check out and 9am check in (they insist on adhering to this and ask you to have breakfast post check out in puri!) there are two good things about this place: Good things: 1. the room and the balcony is spacious and nice. 2. the location is right on the beach

not so good things: 1. service is slow. 2. rooms and the amenities are outdated 3. very few options in breakfast conclusion- for a room worth 7500/- for a night, this is not value for money

Check-in was at 9 but we stay there 1 hour with family and friends

Staff was awesome, very courteous and prompt.

Not value for money. Didn't know sea facing rooms had a separate cost. Also, i had an emergency due to which i had to extend my stay for a day as a person from our group fell sick.However, learnt that entire hotel was booked for two consecutive days for some wedding and the management just replied with a straight NO. Will be booking a different property going forward which has some flexibility.

Very good hot Indian breakfast included

Due to a big wedding there at the same time, the staff was dedicated for that and they were having difficulty serving us for breakfast on final day. They gave us very few items for final breakfast meal.

Breakfast was very fresh and tasty , staff was also very helpful. Location is also treat.
