As the name suggests, Tranquil is very quiet resort nestled in the greenery of Mahabaleshwar. It is just a short walk away from the Market and that provides not just a good walk but also an opportunity to enjoy the uniqueness of Mahabaleshwar. The staff is very courteous and always happy to help with a smile. The restaurant is very quick with its turnaround and the food served is fresh and well prepared. Overall, it was a highly relaxing and satisfying stay.

La chambre est spacieuse et la salle d'eau très correcte. La gentillesse du personnel très souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux et toute demande est possible ce qui est appréciable. Un chef de restaurant exemplaire !

Le coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas malgré plusieurs promesses du personnel pour y avoir accès ! . Le robinet du lavabo est cassé.

I appreciated the family like working relationship of the staff and management. A special thanks goes to the 3 beautifull ladies in reception. Bhaggashree, Barnal and Ketaki. Always willing to assist. Esp. Bhaggashree who went out of her way to ensue the guest is happy. To you ladies i say - "Take a bow for a job well done." Keep smiling. Then there was Bapu who was always willing to part with valuable information regarding the area and property.

Hospitality

I loved the hospitality provided by the staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The rooms were fantastic, the place was amicable and cosy. There was barely any issue with the place and it exceeded our expectations in many ways.

The only sort of was the pool which didn't look very clean. From the looks of it we didn't see anyone going in for a dip but I feel it should have been maintained better.

The location of the resort and breakfast was good as well.

Well, I feel like I've been cheated by Booking.com. First of all, you suckers don't have a dedicated customer care number in India where-in we can call and get your support. Your website is tricky, I booked for 2 Adults and a Kid (17 year old) but the resort management treats anyone above 7 years as an Adult. Therefore we had to pay extra during check-in. Resort management said its Booking.com’s problem.

Property is good , location is really awesome Well equipped with amenities

Cleanness is the major problem , Most of the pillows are having molds and bed is really uncomfortable and its really short Not good for average height person

The staff was super friendly. One of the best i can say. Helpful and polite. Cozy cottage and super climate.
