Small, comfortable cabins around the pool. Nice place to enjoy lazy days. Away from the buzz, close to the beach. Serviceminded personell.

Breakfast could have had more than one option including fruit. A noisy «training studio» kept disturbing the otherwise quiet evenings.

What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surf life. On of the best surf spots is only 5 minutes walk away. The bungalows are located in the center of town, surrounded by nature and wildlife. So it's not atypical for an iguana to show up. We were completely satisfied and have extended directly.

The place is about 2 minutes walk from the area of ​​the shops and a little far from the center of the village, and that is why it has peace and quiet in the hotel, for those who want peace this is the place. The hotel manager was very nice and helped with everything we needed

This hotel is very close to the beach and the main road but manages to be very quiet.

The washrooms are quite small and the furnishing could use some updating.

The facility is well looked after and it shows pride of ownership. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Wanted to extend couple of nights but they were totally booked. Highly recommend 👌

The owner was unfriendly and just came in our room without asking . Breakfast was bad. We didn feel comfortable at home , and it wasnt allowed to be at the balcony at night.

After reading other reviews I can only conclude that people are expecting Gordon Ramsay to cook breakfast for them. Breakfast here was great, there were four options and we both enjoyed ours immensely. The pool was perfect and the cabins were nice and comfortable. Also some very friendly birds let us feed them nuts! The manager was helpful and I would definitely recommend Ritmo Tropical.

Excellent location, off the main road with less dust and noise than the rest of the town, and still 5 minutes walking from anywhere.

Breakfast quality really poor, specially the bread and the coffee. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms. in order to get hot water, the shower pressure was way too low.

The hotel enjoys a very good location close to Carmen beach, more quiet than in Santa Teresa. Nice rooms with AC and comfortable double beds. Terrace with pool and showers is great for sunbathing Breakfast was ok with 3 different choices and coffee at will.

Staff is pretty cold (excepted the gardner !). Do not buy any service from them : I booked a surf lesson from the young manager (surf instructor as well... ?)and he cancelled it at the last minute ! Pretty frustrating as we organized our day around this apointment. No solution found and manager didn't looked very concerned. Despite this we stayed 6 nights and the relationship remained cordial "business as usual", not friendly. They should take more care about their clients, especialy during this ongoing pandemic ! Pool is nice but needs better maintenance : a dead frog remained in the water for 3 days so finally we removed it by ourselves. Wi-fi worked around the pool, not in our bedroom.

Very nice stay, water in the pool was warm and clean, the rooms were clean as well with comfortable beds. The hotel is located moreless 50m from the main crossroad. The beach near by is beautiul and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend!

Nice hotel! With amazing personnel. The director is very nice and helpful! You can ask him anything and always get some kind of help!

The waiter for the breakfast doesn’t come early at work so the breakfast was a little bit later twice (10-15 mins later). Which is not a problem but it can be a problem if you have certain timing and if you count every minute. Anyway the personnel in the restaurant is very nice! And I believe they will manage this problem.
