My wife and I stayed at Kyle’s property for the month of March. Our stay was fantastic! The house is on a quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. The primary bedroom suite was spacious with a great view of the canal. The guest rooms were large, each with a walk-in closet. The kitchen was nicely equipped and was stocked with spices, sauces etc. It was also nice to have an office where I could get some work done. The lanai was perfect with comfortable seating, outdoor kitchen, and a great pool. It was fun to watch boats pass by on their way to the harbor. Kyle was the perfect host! The day after Hurricane Ian, he called to let us know the damage to his home was minor and it wouldn’t interfere with our stay. Kyle reached out at the beginning of our stay and let us know that he was available at any time if we had questions or concerns. He was attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend this property for a great PGI stay.

We stayed the Month of Feb and found the house spacious, comfortable, clean & quiet with an abundance of household amenities. The patio/lanai area is great with plenty of seating, fridge, grill & LG screen TV you can also see from the wonderful spa and pool. We wished we had a boat to fully enjoy the large new dock where I caught a pufferfish and several sheepshead which were delicious on the grill. I missed having TVs in the bedrooms but was overruled when my wife said it added to the relaxation. All the beds are were very comfortable. Overall, the property and neighborhood are great, Kyle's hospitality is outstanding and we would definitely stay again when in PG. Thank you Kyle for sharing your house.

We stayed at Kyle‘s house for the month of March in 2021. This house was absolutely beautiful, perfect location especially with a boat. The house was immaculate and the furniture was very comfortable. The lanai had a television which could be seen from the hot tub, it was exactly what we needed for a month-long vacation. Kyle was always available anytime I had any questions. He made our stay just perfect!!!! The house, the owner, the location was all a 10!!!!!
