Its never easy making a decision on the booking looking at the photos but this luxury Villa was excellent and as expected. The owner even met us at the airport and and we were able to follow him to the location. It was an excellent stay for my whole family. We loved the Villa and the location. It was quite isolated as expected so a car is a must, Stunning views over the sea. The owner was really helpful as required. Overall, a great experience

The house was shared by 2 families, 4 adults and 3 children age 6-8. Everything was in perfect order, the grass perfectly manicured in the middle of summer! We literally did not see the children for hours on end. The only downside is the fact that it takes a long time to explore the rest of the island.

The house is as you can see on the pictures. 45'/1h from the airport, the location was for us and our family (4 kids) perfect, very calm and near from beautiful beaches. The view is obviously quite incredible in particular to see crazy Sunset. The house is reasonably well equiped. the owner and his family are very helpful and always available if needed. The garden is perfect for the children. We can only recommend this house. b

I write this sitting by the pool on our last day and can only with we had a few more days. We can as a couple with 2 boys 3/5yrs. The villa is stunning. Every picture is just like the real thing. Gerasimos has done a fantastic job of creating a 5* property here. The heated pool is amazing with breathtaking views of the bay and the jacuzzi gives it all that 6* feel. The property is spotless and well equipped. So if your thinking of booking a villa and your reading this, look no more.... You have found your paradise!

this is the second time we have stayed here, this time we came with friends. The view is amazing, you sit down to dinner and watch the sunset over the water and it is very private. Also the playground is on the opposite side of the villa to the pool, so the kids can be playing there while you are sitting relaxing by the pool. The owner is lovely, he met us at the airport and glided us to the property. He was happy to help with anything we needed.

The two of us had a fantastic 2 weeks stay, in this secluded villa paradise on top of the small cliff over looking the blue bay. A gentle breeze coming off the sea below was most welcome in the September heat (+30°C). The beautiful villa is modern, spacious, and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay no matter what time of year (full air conditioning for the summer and an open fire & double glazing for the winter months). The owners are most helpful and friendly, and was always there if we needed anything. For us this was a great location as it is within a nature conservation area, so no big tourist developments around. It is good to have your own transport. 1km away from the villa is the 2km sandy expanse of Halikunas beach, which we enjoyed walking most days. We loved coming back to the villas late afternoons to be rewarded with stunning sunsets while dinning out on the veranda. A perfect way to end the day…!

Hi, my name is Alexandra. I live in Saint-Petersburg/Russia. I spent on this amazing villa two weeks. Me and my family rent it all. Both villas are just incredible, everything inside and outside looks exactly the same way as you can see it on pictures. Honestly, I was shocked when I arrived there. Everything was so clean, brand new and beautiful! Starting with the airport the owners were very nice and helpful, they met me and my family, rent for us a car, scooters and showed us markets. They gave us a maps and were always on the phone, so if we needed smth they were there for us. The villa locates on the break by sea. The view is amazing. Its not my first trip to Greece but when I woke up and saw the view from my balcony in the first morning I was speechless!! If you are romantic person you will be pleasured by laying on the longchair and counting endless stars. The beach is 5-10 minutes to walk. The vacation went super fun and good. If you want to spend the best vacation with you family or friends I advise this villa for you!!

We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved everything about it. The Villa is somewhat secluded from the city but that added even more to the value of our vacation. The beach below the Villa was ours alone with crystal waters and beautiful views. The Villa is exactly as the pictures, modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. The owner is a nice guy and very helpful. If you are looking for a beautiful vacation getaway this is the place. There is wireless Internet in the house as well which makes it convenient.
