We had a great stay at Callie's place! Callie was very accommodating. The location was a very short drive to downtown Carmel and also Monterey. We explored nearby Point Lobos, which Callie gave us some info on. Her place had everything we could need. We stayed there with our 10 year old son and it was a perfect space for all of us. We would definitely come again!

Callie and Susan’s downstairs apartment was perfection for our party of 5. Views are unparalleled, beds all super comfortable. Hot tub and outdoor firepit made for magical evenings. Kitchen very well equipped- every detail is considered by these extra special hosts!

The location was great! Close to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley and Big Sur! Callie was a great host and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing! She contacted me with any important information. Thanks!

Where to begin??? I can honestly say that this property has every single thing you can possibly need for a stellar stay. Location✔️less than 10-minute drive to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. View✔️you can see Carmel Bay from the deck and it’s quite private. Amenities✔️✔️Callie thought of everything, literally. And great linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, the works! But the best part of all, a five-star owner who provided loads of recommendations in advance and she truly cares about her guests and their comfort. Can’t possibly recommend this place enough. The upstairs is a separate rental so there can be a bit of noise but we never saw the other guests. Wish we had the time to really use the deck, equipped with a hot tub and fire pit. Next time. This place is A-MA-ZING!!!!!

This lower level feels and performs like a condo. Adorable, and updated and the hot tub is fabulous. The host is always available and the size is perfect. Laundry is wonderful and w/newer machines, plenty of fluffy towels, and quiet...plus they offer many TV options - Thank you. My husband was able to watch the Badger Game. Fabulous stay!

Loved everything about this home only minutes away from downtown Carmel. It was so well appointed with a gorgeous peek a boo view of the ocean and secluded backyard with fire pit and hot tub. We felt so at home here and would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks Callie for being so communicative!

Our stay was great! The communication from the property owner/manager was amazing! They were very helpful and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The space was very nice and comfortable. The only negative was that for the few days that there were other guest in the upstairs unit, the noise flowed down to the lower unit a lot. Just people walking around echoed through the unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Beautiful property and view. Loved how convenient it was to shopping and restaurants. Appreciated Callie’s detailed recommendations and directions. We can’t wait to return!

Our family of 5 plus a dog loved our stay in Carmel by the Sea. We were welcomed by a bottle of wine and a great view of the bay. The pull-out couch and Murphy bed were perfect for the kids. The location was convenient for access to the beach and bay as well as driving over to Monterrey. We really enjoy the stay!

A beautiful property. The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying our coffee. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness, linens were nice. The toiletries were really appreciated, good quality! Kitchen was so nice and updated. Location is great, near everything! The owner Callie was a pleasure, we will remember her thoughtfulness and kindness.

Beautiful property. Very clean considering it is dog friendly. Our dog had a safe fenced in yard to explore. We had everything we needed at the house, along with some thoughtful snacks and cider. Callie was a wonderful host. She was responsive and quick to attend to our needs. Would love to return again and stay in the larger house above. It’s the prefect spot between Carmel and Monterey exploring. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Callie's home. Callie is an amazing host : great communication, hospitality and so kind ! The house is spotless cleaned, the beds are comfy and you have all the equipments to cook and live here :) We fell in love with Carmel by the sea and its surroundings :)

What a great stay! Callie was the best host - and the property had everything we needed! (and didn't know we needed...when my son bumped his head, we even found ice packs in the freezer!). We traveled with our two large dogs who LOVED the patio, garden. Callie managed to make traveling with two dogs and a toddler stress-free. Amazing!

Truly incredible place - both inside and out! Would return again in a heartbeat.

Great owners, beautiful view, felt like home

Great location for exploring both Monterey and Carmel. Quiet neighborhood, distant road noise but only audible when outside. Great outdoor seating with firepit and a hot tub to enjoy. Unit is small, but our family of 4 were never uncomfortable. Doors open wide to deck, extending living area to outdoors. Teenage kids were comfortable on murphy bed and sofa sleeper. Great bedding, fresh and soft. Thoughtful touches throughout. Unexpected extras like bathrobes and beach chairs and umbrella. Well stocked kitchen with all necessay dishware and cookware, plus extra supplies like spices and ziplock bags. Upstairs unit did create minimal noise of footsteps. It was not bothersome for us as the renters were otherwise quiet, but could be nuisance if renters were loud or running around late. Host and property manager were very responsive and helpful. We had issue an with the tub not draining well and a repair was made. We felt very comfortable, safe, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this home.

We volunteered at the Women's US Open at Pebble Beach and this was the perfect place to stay! We arrived the weekend before the tournament and had an amazing time relaxing here. Thank you so much for everything, it was the perfect stay!!

This house is absolutely wonderful, and in the most gorgeous location. The host was extremely courteous, and we could not have asked for a more perfect weekend. They had flowers and a card and champagne waiting for us due to it being our wedding weekend. They were extra accommodating and the house is extremely well-kept and modern and has every essential item you may need. This is a must day for anyone wanting to stay local in Carmel. Thank you for an amazing memorable wedding weekend!

Thank you for a great stay! Everything was as advertised and Callie was personable and readily available if we needed anything. She provided great local tips and tricks that really made this weekend shine! Super dog friendly with a fenced in back yard (just be wary of ticks! We found between 10-15 (dead + live ones) over the 4 days we were there but nothing out of the ordinary given we let our dog off to wander through the yard. Just make sure your pup is up to date on their flea/tick meds). Bed was super comfy, couch + chair were great, kitchen was fully stocked. We loved our time in the lower level and even talked about wanting to rent both units at the same time with friends and family! We'll be back, of that I'm sure. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place rather than at a rental property - it was so comfortable and cozy, and Callie was such a fantastic communicator. Every detail was perfect, and the home is well maintained and equipped. We were traveling with our 3 month old son and Callie made sure we had everything we needed! The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. It was also a super short drive into town. Can’t recommend this property enough!

I came to Carmel to run the Big Sur Marathon. We made a family vacation out of the experience and all loved our home base for the time we spent in Carmel. I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation. I'm glad I found this gem!

I would give these folks 6 stars if that was possible! And in all categories. This is hands done the best Vrbo/Airb&b I've stayed in yet. Great layout, beautiful design and decor, along with deck, hot tub, outside firepit, BBQ and immaculately clean. We cooked dinner every night and they had all the needed kitchen gear. Plus, Callie and crew were always available by text.

This is a newly remodeled unit that is tastefully done. We had a wonderful time. We are giving this a five star review, and the only tiny criticisms are: (1) We don't think this can be accurately described as a guest house. It is a ground floor / basement unit, with another larger part of the house above; and (2) We were slightly annoyed by the other house occupants clomping around upstairs. But really, this is a very lovely apartment, with partial view of Pt. Lobos. Super quiet and private (except when the other occupants are on their deck, and you can overhear their conversations.). And great hot tub!

Great spot to explore area from Moss landing down to Big Sur. Great little backyard with hot tub overlooking Carmel and ocean. Callie was very responsive and helpful resource for the area.

This was a great weekend getaway. Woke up with a beautiful view. It set the whole weekend off to perfect time. We felt spoiled. I definitely would like to rent this everytime I'm in the area again

Crestview guest house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Carmel, with unmetered street parking. The interior of house is clean, comfortable, and colorfully and cohesively appointed. The deck with barbecue, fire pit, conversational seating and firepit offer sunset views toward Pt. Lobos. The property was relaxing, pet friendly, with fenced yard, and allowed us to entertain friends living on the Monterey peninsula.
