The proximity to the mountain and general stores for groceries was unmatched. The free shuttle was able to bus us to the mountain for skiing, downtown for dinner and drinks and right back to the condo. Only issue was times between shuttles but the condo itself was perfect for me and my 5 friends.

Four day ski trip with my son. This place was perfect. Clean and well appointed Son stayed upstairs with full separate bath. Location is great. Walking distance to both grocery stores and restaurants. About 1 mile from ski base Fully stocked kitchen Great view of the mountain from family room. Would stay here again Host was great - very responsive

Perfect location with a great kids loft and bunk beds / full bath. I would recommend it as a good place to stay for skiing with a small family. Easy parking too. The only odd thing is the dryer vents into the unit instead of outside, so if you have a lot of laundry to do keep that in mind. Otherwise, 5 stars!

It was our first winter (ski) trip to Steamboat. The condo was great. The location was perfect. We didn't have a car, so we used the free bus and it was literally a 2 minute walk to the bus stop from the condo. I reached out several times with questions for the property owner (Rob) and he provided great answers and was always quick to get back to me. The condo itself, had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked many meals), bath and bedding were excellent. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Thanks again Rob !!

We came to Steamboat for a family ski vacation. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, was super clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space. Easy access to the ski slopes. We almost were stuck there due to the flight cancelations, when I reached out to the owner he told us we can stay another night if needed. He responded so quickly.

The free shuttle stops right by the complex so it was easy to get to downtown and to the gondola area. The bike path to down town is a short distance away and there are grocery stores just around the corner from the complex. We had a great stay!

We were walking distance to everything we needed, including the FREE downtown shuttle. Beautiful location, convenient, and family friendly. Rob was a wonderful host and we had an awesome time.

Gorgeous, spotless condo that has been recently upgraded with tasteful and modern amenities. Although the second sleeping area is a loft, it is completely private with a door at the bottom of the stairs and its own bathroom. Perfect for families with kids or two couples. We would give this five stars, except for the fact that our stay was in the summer, necessitating having the windows open at night. This unit faces one of the busier streets in Steamboat with a lot of auto and commercial vehicle traffic, so the noise was a significant factor. Had we paid attention to the fact that it's on the bus line, and like most units in the mountains has no A/C, we may have made a different choice, or at least packed better earplugs. However for a winter visit this unit is perfect! Be sure to bring your own blow drier, many of the short term rentals like this one don't provide them because they tend to disappear. Overall a five star unit in a three star (for summer) location.

The Pines Condo was conveniently located by the public bus to the ski area. It was comfortable and well appointed. Rob was easy and responsive to communicate with and he did a great job remodeling and updating the condo.

This condo was amazing! Super cozy and had EVERYTHING needed to have a great ski vacation. Our property manager Rob was fantastic and accommodating to our requests, even last minute ones. Check-in and check-out process was simple. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, beds were super comfortable, it had plenty of towels, toiletries, even other grocery items that most rental properties don’t provide like tissues, trashbags for the kitchen and bathrooms, paper towels, laundry detergent. I was impressed by how Rob thought about every detail needed to have a wonderful place to stay. We were able to do laundry there which is a great plus. The condo is close to the free transportation bus stops so a car rental wasn’t needed since the buses take you to Downtown & ski resorts. Another huge plus about this condo was the proximity to lots of places at walking distance including various grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops. All my kids (ages 20, 14 & 12) had a great time and enjoyed the condo since they had their own room upstairs to hang out and their own bathroom.
