Fantastic property in a great location! Dan and Lori were great to deal with throughout our booking, and the one issue we had was dealt with within an hour of reporting. I can’t recommend BB9 enough for anyone looking for a great villa, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bay!

Wonderful property full of endless fun! Pool and backyard kitchen area were our favorites! The putting green was a huge hit with our 13 year old son. The dock to the canal was a great start to the day- the boys loved to fish every morning! House was clean and wonderfully stocked with anything you could imagine! So much appreciate the extras- paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, just to name a few! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and coffee to start our trip. House was spotless! Perfect location to the beach, and Pine Street. Felt very private. Wonderful memories were made here!

The home is beautiful, has everything you will need to cook, keep kids entertained. I’ve stayed in a lot of places. It was nice to have plenty of the necessities. You are walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beach, the house had everything you will need to spend the day at the beach. You are also walking distance to many places to eat lunch and dinner. Nice quant places I may add. There’s no shortage of ice cream places to walk to. I would highly recommend this house to my closest family and friends.

great relaxing property. perfectly clean. great entertainment with fishing and golf and pool. close to everything on the island. really no need to leave property for entertainment. nice kitchen. great beds. nice sitting area. beautiful screened in porch and deck beyond it.

Seamless rental and check in process. Every detail is well thought out - from the cooking items to paddle boards, kayaks, games, etc. Pool and spa are awesome along with the many outdoor seating areas. Proximity to Pine street is perfect. Highly recommend for adults or family.

We have been coming to Anna Maria for 10 years and this is the best property we have stayed at! Too many great amenities to list them all but here are some highlights: - Outstanding outdoor space - Pool is larger than most pools on the island - Home is very comfortable and wonderfully appointed - The screened porch was wonderful. We spent a lot of time there - Everything is easily marked, didn’t have to call property management - there are signs throughout the home to tell you all about light switches, remotes, etc. - Watched sunrise and sunset from the top deck - Nice beach cart and beach toys for use - Property managers were very nice and welcoming We hope to enjoy this home again in the future!

We have stayed at Anna Maria on many previous occasions and this was head and shoulders the nicest property we have stayed in on the island. Clean, well appointed, well maintained. Will definitely come back. Dan & Goose were very responsive and helpful on the property management side too.

We visit Anna Maria Island every year (sometimes twice a year) and have used several great rental properties but this is by far the best experience we have had!! The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed every second of the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and sooo much more. The location between the canal and beach was perfect! We rented a few bikes and bikes all over the north end. The property managers were so personal and attentive. Best we’ve worked with!

We had a wonderful week staying at Bimini Back 9. Great house and perfect location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in. The house was a 5 min bike ride/ golf cart ride to the beach and shops on Pine Ave. We also enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding on the bay. The property managers were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owners truly thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

This was the most amazing property with all the amenities. There was not one thing I would change. There were so many extras that were at our disposal and our management team was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again!

Beautiful place , great accommodations, we wanted for nothing . We used the , kayaks, ping pong table, pool , hot tub , connect four, putting green , out door kitchen , ect. . We truly enjoyed the home and the Island , will love to return next year .

This property is absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The canal is the place to be - dolphins literally swam right by the dock. We rented a boat for the week and spent so much time on the water - super easy from this location. Kayaks and sups in great shape - they even have dry bags for you. The golf green was a great bonus for our golf obsessed family. The sunsets from the birds nest were spectacular. So grateful we got to experience Anna Maria from this spot. Cannot recommend enough! Book it now - you’re not going to find better.

This house was as advertised!! It was clean and well stocked. The amenities were excellent. We kayaked, paddle boarded, practiced our putts on the putting green and enjoyed swimming in the pool followed by a dip in the jacuzzi. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to go back again!! This time for a longer stay🤗

We had a wonderful time in Florida, this property is amazing and has everything you could ever need when your away from home. The pool and dock area is great for relaxing and fun with the kids. Highly recommend this house and would stay again in the future.

My wife and I have rented many vacation homes. This home was the cleanest, had the most amenities from all indoor items needed to numerous outdoor things to do. This home was just beautifully decorated. Everything for your vacation was covered. The managers were always prompt to answer any and all questions, they even met us upon arrival to give us a tour. Anyone interested in a vacation rental will not be disappointed. My wife and I give this property an A++++++

This property and all of the amenities made for an absolutely great vacation! The house was first class all the way, and the owners and managers have made sure that it has everything possible for a fun time. There is something for everyone. We played golf, swam, kayaked, boated, and enjoyed the prime location. We also spent many evenings enjoying the view from the crows nest. Goose and Gander were always there when we needed them and were SO helpful! We will look at this property first on our next trip to the island!

We rarely write reviews, but wanted to submit one here because everything about this property and our stay was so good! The home itself is large, beautifully decorated, and everything seems new. The floorplan is brilliant; the location is ideal, at the end of a street in a quiet and nice residential area; and the backyard is beautiful. The canal at the rear of the house has quick access to Bimini Bay and, further out, Tampa Bay. We had a great time using the pool, putting green, kayaks, outdoor games; and still didn’t use everything that was available! Finally, the management company was great! We had a number of questions as we were preparing, and they promptly answered all of them; they were friendly and informative; and on one occasion when we had an issue they were prompt, responsive, and effective. Overall, a beautiful and well-maintained property in an excellent location!

Have been vacationing on the island for 25 years this is by far our favorite property. Management company does a great job and the owners attention to the little things make this property truly unique. We are blessed to have found this wonderful spot. Will be back for another memorable stay soon.

This property is truly incredible! There is so much to do and so much space that it worked perfectly for our family!! The property managers were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had! We can’t wait to come back!!

This was a truly spectacular property. The home was wonderful with great amenities and the home family loved the back yard. Now my wife and I have a goal in mind of the type of canal fromt home and back yard paradise we desire fo find or remodel/ build in Anna Maria . Furthermore the family enjoyed the put put golf so much that we are planning to get quotes on a put put set up in our primary home’s back yard next to our pool!

Everything about this experience was beyond expectations!! Lori and Dan were so incredible! They were responsive from our initial contact to our departure! The home is just spectacular! The home, the pool, the putting green, the paddle boards, the ping pong table and all the other activities which are provided, it has something for everyone! This is the perfect location for a long over due family trip and it did not disappoint! We are planning our dates already for next year!! Wonderful experience!!

The house was great! The kitchen was better stocked than any other I have stayed in. There are FOUR extra small refrigerators for wine, beer, food, waters etc. We loved the backyard and screened in porch the most. Even in July, the screened in porch was not too hot. The fire pit had nightly gatherings. The bar downstairs was always filled with friends. It was a perfect location to dock the boat and a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach.

The house was perfect! Very clean and spacious. It was nice to relax for the week at Ana Maria Island. House was in a great location. Very close to the restaurants and shops as well as walking distance to the beach. Had plenty of garage space for our golf cart and plenty of room at the dock if you want to bring your own boat!

First time for our family to vacation in Anna Maria, FL. This house is an easy walk to the beach, the pier and to several shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need for a great week. The property managers were fabulous and always responded to any questions we had during our stay.

The experience at Bimini Back 9 exceeded every expectation. The home is perfect. There are activities onsite for all ages and the location is great for enjoying the beaches, restaurants and shops of AMI. Would definitely book again.
