We have a family of 10 people stay very comfortably for a long weekend. The house and grounds are fresh and well maintained. The pool area and deck were where we spent a large part of our time. It was clean, and easy to use. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you.

My family and I had a great time staying there

This estate is absolutely lovely! It’’s spacious and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. The communication with the owner was always timely. This will always be our first choice when visiting Daytona.

Great location for what we needed

Lots of room. Nice pool, except for at dusk. Would be great if they put in a screened in porch around the pool. Tile around pool is very slippery when wet, just be careful as we had a few wipeouts. Master near pool gets very hot with sky lights. Would recommend they tint them or install blinds. Makes room uncomfortable in summer so no one used sadly. Great kitchen and amenities. Overall great place and owner is great!!!

Overall, this was a great stay. There were a few minor issues. I am uncertain if I misread but I thought the gate would be closed while we occupied the property. It remained open the entire time, not a big deal but there were mostly women in our group. Also, in fairness, we never asked the property manager about it. We were advised someone would be by to look at the pool and that was cool but the next day someone else came and they were unannounced. He was super professional and nice; we just wish there would have been advance notice. Not all bedrooms are created equal. There are TV’s in only the masters and one additional bedroom. Not the biggest issue in the world but one of the occupants of a non-tv room complained. The bedrooms were all clean and decorated appropriately. The Master bedroom downstairs was the biggest disappointment. It feels as if it is an addition to the property. It doesn’t cool down and the bathroom is damp, aesthetically unpleasing and should be renovated. The outside furnishings need to be cleaned and painted and the pond looked unkempt. The property manager was extremely responsive and professional. Would we visit again? Probably not for the price, but we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and the property was cool. While we did not give 5 stars, it was still a great place to visit.

We had a family getaway in February and we were more than satisfied with this property. It was clean and comfortable and so much room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the whole time we were there.!it took us a bit to understand the controls but once we did we enjoyed it very much! The owner/ property manager was very responsive to our reaching out with questions and that was very appreciated. Very helpful! We would definitely book this property again Very accessible to the beach and the community was very quiet and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!!

Home was huge and very well appointed. All kinds of activities for kids and adults. Kitchen had every utensil and appliance we needed, with a huge freezer and refrigerator! Enjoyed our stay immensely!

House was all we could ask for our large family. close to wonderful beach park and loaded with things to do. Owner was extremely responsive and VERY helpful. We will be back.

Great property with amazing space and amenities! The bedrooms are huge, the property is huge, and everything is beautiful. The property managers took care of everything and went above and beyond. The beach is awesome as well, not crowded for spring break, and the restaurants in town were also really good. Highly recommend!

I used this location as a professional retreat for my team and the house was perfect. Enough things for us to do in the off times and enough space to spread out as we did planning for the upcoming year. Proximity to restaurants, grocery and other amenities is exactly what you'd expect and communication with the property owner was quick. Thank you for a great week.

Everything was great, only one minor hiccup and that was it was too cold out for the pool to be heated, but they promptly refunded our pool heating fee.

Our family had an amazing vacation over christmas and new year, the house was very clean and really well supplied, the kitchen had everything we needed. The putting green and pingpong table were used almost everyday so that was really good to have. There were alot of restaurants near the home and beach access was just down the road, there were a few grocery stores just about 5 min away driving and some other stores too. The heated pool was really nice to have since some of the days were a bit cold. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and let us know that if wr needed anything just to ask and when the microwave stopped working he had a new one sent the next day. All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely reccomend this home. Thanks for us.

We had an amazing time being all together with our children and grandchildren in this wonderful home. The house is clean and very well supplied with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances. There was also a large supply of beach necessities, and a nice beach wagon which made it so easy carting our things to the beach. The pool was definitely a plus! The owner was very responsive to any questions during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home, and I can’t wait to go again!

The property is beautiful and the property manager Meghan was the absolute best I have ever dealt with - and I’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO homes over the years. Highly recommended.

Allow me to start by saying that the housing accomodations were wonderful. But we were not aware at booking that the exterior of the house was a construction site. Pretty much a "hot" mess. I think the potential is there eventually. Overall we were disappointed because of the workzone. A great outside space but due to cement masons, pool cleaners, electricians we were limited on being able to enjoy it.

beautiful place, good location, less than 5 min. walk to public beach, host of restaurants close by, 20-30 mi from St Augustine, putting green was a blast, fished in the canal, lots to do! We had a really good time, am planning a return trip.

My grandson so enjoyed those big grasshoppers and we went for daily searches for them. And brought plastic kids golf clubs and had a good time playing golf. And the 5 year old enjoyed the air hockey. As a grandparent it was a enjoyable family vacay and nice place to do it. Nice find for us. Ocean visible from 2nd floor.

Enjoyed a multi-family weekend getaway at this beautiful property by the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the space was plenty for kids under 10 to run around. We loved the ping pong/air hockey table and the kitchen which wad made for entertaining. Though we didn’t utilize the golf cart, it was a nice amenity to have. We did use many of the beach toys they had available. Host/property mgr was super nice and was in communication with me throughout the stay - answering my many questions. Overall fantastic!

My family had a great time staying at this beautiful place! Loved how large the property was! The kids had a great time playing putt putt at the house and also riding the golf cart. We had 2 trucks and an SUV that we could easily park under the carport to stay out of the rain and sun. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive on any questions I had! It was so nice that they had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach! Would definitely stay there again!

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful, picturesque property! 6 adults and 4 teens had enough space to not be on top of each other and sleep comfortably. Close enough to the beach and town but far enough away for peace and quiet. The property managers were very responsive and made sure we had all the access and information we needed. We cannot recommend this property enough. Thankful for the memories that were made here!

I can't say enough about this property. From the Bicycles, Ping Pong, Fishing rods, Golf cart to get to the beach, beach chairs umbrellas before we even made it upstairs it was obvious that we were in for a great weekend. The property itself had a great view to the Atlantic and to be able to walk in the back yard to the lake was so nice. The Area was quiet and we had our privacy. Close proximity to Publix, bars and restaurants. Inside of the home was everything as advertised. Furniture very nice, beds comfy, plenty of space for people to relax and the Kitchen was second to none. If you are a group that wants to cook and entertain you will not be dissapointed. Pots, pans, crock pots you name it this Castle had it. The TV's in the living room and Family room were huge and Roku worked seamlessly. The beaches were very nice,clean and close. We stayed out on beach for hours which is not usually a thing for us. This Castle is Awesome! One of the best properties weve stayed in using VRBO or airbnb . You can rest easy once you book this property you wont regret it.

What a fantastic property! Our trip was 9 long-time college friends on a long weekend to get together. This property had everything we were looking for and more! Although we enjoyed dining at several of the wonderful nearby restaurants, the amazing kitchen was well-stocked and ready for the evenings we wanted to stay in and eat. Plenty of room in the HUGE fridge/freezer, for cooking, and for just hanging out together. Lots of couches and chairs for sitting around and talking, or watching a movie/show on the huge TVs in the family and living rooms. Rather sit outside, the great rear deck is right there waiting with a great view of the backyard, pond, and intercoastal. Want some activities? Putting / chipping green in the front yard, ping pong / air hockey in the garage, fishing poles to try your luck. Of course, you have to hit the beach! Beach chairs/boogie boards/umbrellas all at your disposal. The beach access is a little ways down the road...but the golf cart provided made the trip a breeze (and a little more fun!) At the end of the day, we could shower off in one of the 4 full baths and then retreat to one of the 6 separate bedrooms or the comfortable futons. This property is staying on my favorites list.

I highly recommend staying at The Castle. You can't beat it for the price. It's beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Our Host Nagesh, couldn't have been more accommodating. He's Top Notch. If you're a Dog Lover/Owner, they are welcome too. That's a rarity in rentals of this caliber. We would definitely return
