Amazing views, full kitchen, huge living space.

It is far from town, there is no restaurant. It is in a construction zone: two new towers of apartments are being constructed next door and there is a one way road, so you have to drive close to workers. There is considerable noise 5 1/2 days a week.

Salsa , the property manager, was absolutely fantastic. Helpful in very way, dinner reservation, transportation. Also ensuring that everything was as expected with the condo. A plus for detail.

The noise from the beach was a little annoying some nights as were the barking dogs.. The beach was further that we preferred. A good walk down and a definite taxi back up at the end of the day.

There isn't a better view that I know of in Zihuatanejo. This top of the hill unit allows a 360 view around the bay, city and out to the ocean. Stunning views every direction and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The associates that provided service were very kind, accommodating and responded timely. They assisted with obtaining taxis, helping schedule medical appointment, and covid testing, as well as coordinated a chef for two meals and grocery delivery. They provided excellent daily cleaning services and delivered ice and drinking water as needed.

We were struck with the bad luck of the water heater being broken on the day we arrived and with Sunday and a Monday holiday, we spent the first few days without hot water for showers or cooking/dishes. Staff accommodated us in using another empty unit on the ground level while they got the parts and repair completed. The open air beauty of this unit is stunning; however, it makes it difficult to keep a kitchen sanitary because of natural visitors. I wouldn't recommend a chef for a large group here as the induction stovetop and lack of oven make it very challenging for a chef to cook and keep a meal hot. There is not a dishwasher, oven or grill in the unit. It would be nice if there were a common area grill for use. The pool area is beautiful and the bar area can be open if you request a day in advance, however there are no railings to enter and exit the pool which makes it challenging for older people or people with other mobility issues. A railing by the stairs into the pool would be very helpful! The outdoor area is poorly lit. The neighborhood is stunning and very safe, but it can be treacherous navigating in the dark.

We loved everything! You need a taxi to come get you to go to town or the beach but they are so helpful and can call on for you anytime. Small town, easy to get around. Nothing bad to say about this perfect place!
