breakfast generally bad. Air ventilation insufficient. we can smell smoke from scramble egg stove.

1. Lokasi hotel yang strategic, parking luas dan banyak, kolam besar, pantai cantik dan bersih, betul2 tepi pantai. 2. Bilik cantik, bersih dan luas, tandas bersih, balcony luas 3. Gym okay untuk level hotel, tak expect lebih. 4. Layanan staf okay.

1. Lantai dalam bilik, kaki mudah sakit dan masuk angin bila sejuk dan sakit. Sepatutnya hotel perlu letak carpet macam hotel2 lain ataupun sediakan selipar untuk tetamu. 2. Call untuk assistant lambat jawab. 3. Button dalam lift, kena tekan dua tiga kali baru detect, perlu perbaiki sikit.

The staff needs to improve hospitality ethics; when we asked for the extra keys, they just handed them over without activating with a grumpy face. An unpleasant smell welcomed us when we opened the door. The pool operating hours are also disappointing; they only open at 9 am-12 and 3-7 pm.

Adjacent to the sea

A lot of things need improvement. The pool side needs to be cleaned regularly as I saw there were people bringing food such as nuggets and hotdogs and just leaving it there. The plastics were flying into the pool. The rubbish were there from 1st day morning till the next day morning. To use the vending machine, there is no place to change money. What is the point of keeping the vending machine if you can't give a small change. Front office staff were like dumb when asked questions. The rooms were very dusty. I had to call your housekeeping to come and clean back

i was there on weekdays no cafe and breakfast since the hotel is quite new ... usually they will have breakfast on weekend

the room is clean and spacious. the balcony is a plus. parking was easy. easy check in and out. there’s a seafood restaurant across the street that serves breakfast in the morning.

the pool water was murky. i think it was still in the proses of cleaning but they did not closed the pool. the water fountain wasn’t working at the time, so the water also look dirty.
