We loved the property! And, Meghan responded quickly to our questions. We didn’t t really hear the train noise but I just wish it wasn’t so close to the station.

Great house! Spacious and super clean. Perfect for our group of 7.

We stayed here for a work trip. The house is beautiful. The second floor has all the bedrooms. The master bath has a giant tub that is very comfortable and made me late to work a couple times because I enjoyed laying in it so much. The beds are all very comfortable. After work, we sat on the terrace on the roof and discussed our plan for the next day, taking in the view of Oceanside. It's an easy walk to the Michelin bib gourmand Dija Mara (try the sambal tuna crudo) and Allmine pizzeria (excellent natural wine pairings and first class pizza). We had several successful business dinners because of the proximity of excellent dining and cocktail options. The beds were comfortable and the couches even moreso. The neighborhood is very cute, and the patio smells of jasmine in the summertime

Great location! Clean and beautiful. Host was friendly and helpful! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Updated and looked new. Rooftop patio was a favorite for our morning coffee. Comfy beds and large spaces to relax. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Meghan!

the house is lovely, we had everything we needed, very close to restaurants, shops, and legoland, the property manager is extremely helpful, we all had a fun spring break!

We had an amazing time at this property! So clean, very close to the beach, and perfect layout! Plus very easy to access and we loved having a garage to park in.

I have stayed at several rental homes over the years and never been in one as clean as this was. All the bathrooms were exceptionally clean as well as all the commonly used areas. With the high humidity and warm temps, our young kids refused to wear their socks in the house as is our general practice with rental homes. In the past, if our kids were to do that their feet would be dirty or black by the end of the day. Not here. Their feet were perfectly clean after the day which was honestly a surprise! Everything in the house seemed to work well except for the DISH boxes which we weren't needing to use anyways. One of the boxes was missing a power cord and another in the front room had dead batteries in the remote. The TV's worked well and they had internet apps logged in so that solved what we wanted to watch anyways. The internet was decent but not super fast. There is a mesh network in the home so not too many dead zones at all. Everything like the beds, faucets, tables seemed decently newer and taken care of which was a positive. Couches are comfortable and not worn out. Island in the kitchen is very large and can accommodate quite a bit of stuff. Fridge worked well and was also very roomy. The main negative that we did find was the noise from the AC unit which was located in the upstairs hallway. It was right next to the middle bedroom and seems to be decently loud when it comes on. Our family who initially chose that room were woken up several time throughout the night from it. My suggestion is that light sleepers should chose the Master Bedroom or the room with the Bunkbeds. The Balcony was nice and gave some decent views of the area. It was slightly raining when we went so it wasn't something that we were able to enjoy much. There is a small 6-8ft ladder you do have to climb to get up there so be aware if you plan on taking small children or even an infant with you. Also, it's not really a safe spot to let little kids hang out there without an adult to watch them. The location was good and about a realistic 15 minute walk to the ocean if you are bringing things and kids with you. You do have to walk past and through the transit station which seemed to have a few homeless people hanging around it. They seemed to mind their own business and weren't asking for money or anything. Overall, we would certainly consider staying here again. I would also recommend it as the positive reviews are quite accurate!

Perfect! Close to good eating and the beach. Nice place to relax in between our wedding festivities.

Very nice property exactly as advertised. The use of the 2 car garage was also greatly appreciated. Loved the location as it is both relatively close to the beach (an easy walk) and also close (walkable) to many restaurants, brewpubs and shops. Pretty easy to access the freeways too. It also happens to be a block away from the Oceanside Transit Center. One could easily hop on to the Coaster Train and get to many beach cities or even all the way in to San Diego and back as a day trip. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Oceanside (or Carlsbad for that matter).

Grandparents, kids, grandkids- everyone agreed this was perfect! Grandkids loved having their own bunk room and bathroom, and grandparents loved that it was at far opposite end! The extra beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels and chairs were a plus! Sunsets on the rooftop deck were delightful and location was walkable to beach (but we got dropped off with all our gear.) Great restaurants/ breweries within walking distance. Meghan was super responsive and took care of an issue with air conditioner even before we arrived! My only suggestion is the middle bedroom (our grown daughter and spouse used) could maybe use a dresser and perhaps a tv in there. But having TWO living/hangout areas with a tv each helped make up for it. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towels (the grandkids loved the little bottles of shampoo provided too!) We had some local friends come by and they agreed it would be great place for overflow family visits. Quick drive to Legoland completed our stay. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay- this home is immaculate and had more than enough room for two families of four! Included everything you could ask for; from the two car garage, well-equipped kitchen, rooftop deck, and boogie boards! :) Loved the short walk to the beach and local dining! Loved my stay here! It's a very spacious interior and perfect for group trips. Check in was easy; we were sent a code for the front door. The large kitchen island and convection oven made cooking for the group easy and fun. There were also plenty of beds, and the two downstairs couches are comfy enough to sleep on in case some guests prefer that over the room with four bunk beds. Location is also great- walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants.

Our stay in Oceanside was smooth sailing. This house is perfectly positioned with eats, drinks and local flavor around the corner. We were so comfortable at the house, with space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy our vacay!

Seven family members including adult children and significant others stayed for 5 nights. The house is spacious with 3 separate seating areas + a huge square kitchen island. It was wonderful having 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. There are two rooftop areas including one that is accessed by a short ladder. We also loved the private side yard with a hose for washing off sand. The location is 3 blocks from the Strand and 2 blocks from the pier, within walking distance of several great coffee shops.

We were happy to find a place that would accommodate our large family, plus be able to walk to the beach! Very clean too!

Property exceeded our expectations!

Home was very nice, close to downtown restaurants etc. My daughters wedding was in Fallbrook and the drive was quite easy, just down Highway 76. House had everything we needed and was in a nice area

Perfectly clean. Well organized flow to the space. Fit 7 adults very comfortably. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms with every room was a huge plus. It is as spacious as it looks in the photos with high ceilings. It was peacefully quiet. 10 minute walk to restaurants. We were not dissapointed.

In great shape. Quiet area close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Lovely home and very comfortable. Would rent again. One negative is I wish there was first floor bedroom with en-suite for elderly people that can’t climb stairs. Otherwise wonderful place to stay.

We were amazed by this property, really top notch facilities, location, and really clean. Host is super-responsive as well. Highly recommended, worked great for 6 adults and 2 kids.

The home was awesomely appointed and very comfortable. We were there for Bike The Coast Event and were suprised how close to the pier this was. Lots of food nearby and Markets. All in all very nice place. Next to the Train Station and very quiet!
