This home is by far the best beach house that we have stayed in as a family! It is not only gorgeous, clean, and so close to the beach, but it was equipped with everything and anything that you might need while on vacation! The pool was heated and our kids had a blast swimming after the beach, which is literally a 1 minute walk and in my opinion the best beach on SSI. When the tides were out, there was so much beach and sand to walk and play on. The restaurants and pier area are probably a 3-4 minute drive, but you are far enough away from the busy areas and it is so quiet and peaceful at this home. We could not have been more happy with this vacation, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing place!

We absolutely LOVED this property. It highly exceeded our expectations, and we were so sad to leave. We are already looking at dates to return. It is very clean, with perfect decorations and so many amenities. And there was a lot more space than we expected! Just a quick walk to the beach and very short drive to the pier. If you’re looking at visiting Saint Simons Island, this is definitely where I would recommend.

The house is clean, close to the beach, well decorated & comfortable. We loved having the pool as well - and for trips to the beach, we were pleasantly surprised to see that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, a beach cart, etc. in the garage! So nice!

This was our second stay at this property as we loved it so much. Beautifully decorated, well stocked. Perfect set up and fantastic location. The poolside area is charming. Just what we were looking for. I wish it had one more bedroom so we could stay next year. I accidentally left my makeup bag under the sink which was my fault. The property manager did mail it to me but it was picked through. Nothing valuable to anyone else but irreplaceable items to me. Not the property owners fault but that was one disappointment.

Stayed at this beautiful property for a week with kids and grandkids. Perfect retreat for a hot and humid Late July Week in South Georgia. The pool is the perfect size and depth for small children wearing swim wings. The house appears to be professionally decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with an array of cooking tools. The beds are very comfortable and everywhere was well cleaned. The beach is a very short walk down the path. Great family vacation retreat.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home! Plenty of room for our family of four adults and two children. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was unbelievably stocked with everything you could imagine needing! Beds were comfortable, house was super clean, and pool and downstairs area surrounding was perfect! The location to the beach is short (2 minute walk, 30 second by golf cart). You can tell the home owners take pride in their property and wanted to show the very best! Little things, like Miss Myers lemon dish soap for the dishes! The selection of reading books in the library! The quietness of all the appliances! I could go on and on. We will definitely return to Saint Simons and definitely rent this place again! Thanks for such a lovely and relaxing week!!

House was so nice! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a family of 5. Locations was so close to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Rental company was so helpful and replied to my questions promptly. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a wonderful home complete will all high quality Ammenities a nd finishes. It is obvious this home is kept very well. My mom friends and I had an amazing time with our boys. That pool provided endless entertainment for them.

House had everything we needed. Love the bicycles that we were able to use. It is so fun to bike around the island, especially as sunset approaches. We all loved the pool, as that always fills in the gaps between activities. Loved the screened-in porch- we actually ate almost all meals there. Overall, wonderful house and trip. Can't wait to visit the island a 5th time next year.

This house was perfect for our 4 night stay. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, loved the pool and very close walk to the beach. I will definitely rent again.

We had Ana amazing stay. We came down for my sons college graduation and this house was perfect for our shrimp boil and pool time with him a a few friends. It is in walking distance to the beach which made it perfect for all of us. I hope to stay here on every trip to st simons island.

This house is absolutely beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meal and do it in fashion. The dinning area had just the right amount of space so that we were all able to sit and eat together. We look forward to renting again for a vacation during the spring/summer months to enjoy this home and all its amenities to their full potential (pool, fire pit, outside bar and seating). Also, loved the short walk to the beach. I would strongly recommend staying here.

My family loved the house, bikes, pool and the location of this beach house. We just completed a week of fun at the beach and would book this house again. The house had all the basics covered plus extras like the bikes. Covered parking and a great screened in porch made it even better. A+ rental.

We loved this house, and we have rented several in St. Simons. My husband even reminded me that reservations for next year could be taken now. He never says that. The house itself was pristine, and even though we planned to take our dogs, we were unable to do so this time. But, it was a pet friendly house, one level (once you entered the main house), hardwood everywhere, a small deck, a screened in porch, and the pool area even had shaded areas. The kitchen was nicely equipped, we made breakfast every morning and one evening, my husband cooked steaks. I felt like they had anticipated every need we might have. It was so windy this time, that getting into the ocean was a bit dangerous; my daughters were thrilled to have the pool available and spent so much time in it. But the ocean was about 500 ft away, so even going and walking was incredibly accessible! I will definitely rent this wonderful home again!

My kids loved the pool, bikes, and convenience to the beach and village. Although, a good walk (around 2.5 miles), my wife and I walked to the village for lunch on multiple days. The house is very nice and had all the utensils and appliances we could need. Highly recommended.
