The people were really nice, everything was friendly and smooth. Checked me into the room and were available on hand for anything I needed. I would highly recommend them!

The weekend was for a family get away to celebrate my daughter’s 11th bday. The place was clean, there were kitchen utensils and pots made available for to us cook it we wanted to. The pool was clean, and cleaned on the Saturday before the kids entered the pool. The grounds and miss kimmy were exceptional. Dwayne definitely needs a little more training. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.
Everything was lovely until Sunday morning when Dwayne made it seem like he had to remind us of the check out time.

L'endroit à une vue magnifique et l'endroit est tranquille. Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans l'appartement du haut et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. On a adoré le balcon. Le personnel est super et l'endroit propre. Il est impossible de se rendre au plage à pied malgré ce que nous pensions, mais nous avons utilisé l'application InDrive (semblable à Uber) pour se déplacer et c'était vraiment abordable, beaucoup moins cher que les taxis.

Le bruit des autres occupants, les camions bruyants sur la route adjacente, l'accueil compliqué lors du check-in, le besoin d'une réception adéquate.

It was very clean, quiet and felt safe! The staff were all helpful and friendly! And loved there was a pool!
Could use a little more silverware and cooking utensils, but we made do!

The location was close to the airport.
My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge and I had to find another place during a sold out week. Everything is paid in cash in Jamaica so there is no way to submit receipts.

The location was nice love the fact that it came with a stove a refrigerator and A/C
No toilet paper upon arrival was not easy finding host upon arrival. I only saw the lady that showed me my room once, I would of like her to atleast ask “how is everything “ once

It's well located, very comfortable and they allowed me early check in even though my booking was last minute
They charged me 1500 to use the washing machine but didn't have a working dryer so I had to leave with damp clothes 😩

Bed was broken, wifi reach was poor, no basics like soap in the shower.

The ambience and the view of the sunset was breathtaking. It was very homely and has a myriad of appliances. It is very close to the town and airport and easy to access. It appears child-friendly and couple-friendly.
The man who appeared to be the security guard but sat directly at the door when we were inside and wasn't available to open the gate to let us in at nights. The man who sat in the pool with hand in his shorts while gawking when my sister sat by the pool.

I love the bungalow that we stayed in was very modern we had a great balcony view which was exceptional my boyfriend loved it , it was his birthday gift the pool at night with the lighting was just amazing , what loved most was that it not crowded and the villa is very silent which we both loved definitely will go again
well maybe because the floor is bored maybe it’s a little harder to clean but it was very dirty didn’t looked dirty but after walking on the floor for like a few hours our foot got dirty but it’s nth major to stress about

I did not know that breakfast was available to me. The location is far from shops and things to do without a car. Most people dont know about route taxis.

It was close to the airport, the ambiance was beautiful, bunch of outside seating options, pool is great, our little kitchen was perfect.
Water temperature was really fluctuating, and many times cold water for a long while.
No dark curtains, mostly see-through ones so bright sunshine early in the room.

The grounds are beautiful and very clean. Big up to kimmy, she was very helpful and hard working. My family and I rented the 3 bedroom apartment and it was fabulous and the location is near great restaurants. 5 mins r less to the airport. We love Bella Vista, we will be back.
