House was super nice and large enough for our group of 26. Layout of house was a little confusing to figure out which thermostats went to each room. Great communication before and throughout the entire stay.

The property was great! Easy walk to the ocean and very clean. The staff was very reponsive up to and during the stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Beach Estates. It was the perfect home to house our family. The home had everything that we needed, the space we needed, and extremely comfortable. The staff always checked on us, and was always willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we had an awesome time. They didn't mind us texting or calling day or night. It was a great experience, working with them and staying in their home. We will definitely do it again!

Perfect large home for family reunion of 25! 3 separate floors made it easy to keep families near each other. Plenty of space for conversation, games, dining, and billiards. Close walk to beach, but having a pool was crucial too. We had an outdoor BBQ grill night with games and pool/spa fun. We cooked every day so a large, well stocked kitchen was important. We had an amazing, memorable vacation together. The house perfectly accommodated us all. Everyone was so thankful to have this time together!

Immaculate property and right next to the beach. We were there for business meetings and it worked perfectly for that purpose, but it would really shine as a location for a large family gathering or wedding.

The house was outstanding so much space! We had a few friends and family for a low key wedding everything was perfect! Only issue we had was the pool and hot tub was supposed to be heated before arrival and it wasn't but someone came within an hour and fixed it so there was only a short delay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The description doesn't do the location justice. It was about half a block to the steps/bridge to the beach. We were able to walk back to the house to get things we needed while spending the day on the beach very easily, as well as use the restroom if needed because it's that close! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus so people could relax while others cooked dinner, etc. There are so many bedrooms; even with 20 people we had a few empty bedrooms that went unused. Note that there are a ton of very nice beach chairs in the garage! I didn't read that ahead of time and we went and bought some when we arrived and didn't need them! Great place, great location, great host and we will definitely be back!

Rented this estate for a girls beach weekend. It was so amazing! We loved the pool area and the short walk to the beach. More than enough space for 20 people. The furnishings were beautiful and very comfortable. We can't wait to come back next year!

This is a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful family vacation. We had 24 people and there were plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, seats at the table to enjoy dinner every night for all. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, the outdoor kitchen and the east walk to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you will need. The maintenance team were very prompt for the one small issue we had on arrival. It was a worry free hassle free wonderful vacation at Sandy Beach Estate. Thank you Diamond Gulf Rentals.

Great space for our entire family! A few small details cropped up and the maintenance person arrived promptly and fixed the issue. Beautiful, comfortable, and close to the beach! Plenty of bath towels for each bath. Kitchen is well equipped! Outdoor grill, seating area with pool was wonderful for our large family!

The house is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach. Nice size kitchen. It is a beautiful home. Ridiculous that you have to go buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags though. We weren’t aware of this and had to make a special trip our first day to buy all of that. We didn’t let it upset our trip. Just go with the flow and know you need to bring your own

We had a small wedding event with close friends and family and it was great. Everyone had their own space. The pool area was the best part. All around perfect venue and comfortable home. Everyone was extremely satisfied.

This house exceeded our expectations. So well maintained, super clean, updated throughout. So much room for our families and wedding party. Amazing wedding venue for our daughter's reception. Everyone loved! Totally recommend!

We just finished a great week during Spring Break at the Sandy Beach Estate in Miramar Beach, just down the road from Destin. The house and the grounds are amazing. There's so many bedrooms we forgot to count them all! They're even numbered so you could assign rooms to a group in advance of arrival, which is a great amenity! The pool area is excellent - basically a whole kitchen out there along with bathrooms / showers. We asked to have the pool heated in advance (and paid a fee for that). It was heated and was at a perfect temp. The hot tub can be heated to "hot tub temp" with the push of a button. The walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes, with no roads to cross or traffic to dodge. Easy and close. There are stairs to the beach, just fyi. There is a Dollar General and a Beach store within walking distance as well, so we didn't need a car the WHOLE WEEK we were there. We'd love to rent the house again when we're headed to the beach with a large group.

We rented this home for my wife's 40th birthday party entourage and had a BLAST! The property is breathtakingly beautiful and so close to the beach! We utilized the entire property and had 10 families with us with several kids who had a GREAT TIME! This gem of a property deserves all the stars possible!

We had a group of 16 seniors and 4 moms - with Covid we wanted a remote beach area with easy access to the beach and a pool. We couldn't have asked for a better set up than Sandy Beach Estate! The house was beyond amazing with more room than we could even use. The outdoor grilling bar made for easy cooking and the 1 minute walk to the beach was so easy! Loved that it was gated also, so we felt very safe. Would definitely go back!

House was very spacious and clean. The pool bar is great. We had a men's golf trip and had plenty of room for everyone.

We give this place the max rating, we had a very nice experience with no issues at all. the staff accommodated us in everything we requested. The house is amazing and kept up very good. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

The stay was great with one exception;the elevator. The elevator was a huge sale to the group to rent this house, was mostly due to our elderly, some like myself with a service conected injuries, etc., so carrying luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor was not in our plan. Also, after it stop working a 2nd time most of the group were scared of it, assuming they will get stuck on it. We would love to make this our stop once or twice a year, and we hope the elevator will be workingproperly in the future.
