We arrived after dark, and had a very hard time finding the right house. It is in an awkward place and the navigation doesn’t recognize it. The light that shines on the rock with the house number does not work we finally got in only to find that the key to the casita was nowhere to be found. No one from the management company returned our call until the next day. Fortunately, somebody else gave us the code to the lock box to get the key. We ended up finding it the next day where someone left it on the fire pit. The house itself is very beautiful the kitchen was well stocked TVs in all rooms. The views from all angles of the house are spectacular. However, the windows are filthy and the beds are uncomfortable The foam mattress makes it extra hot and hard to turn over the beds are so soft that it gives you a backache when you wake up, you couldn’t ask for a better location minutes away from the chapel.

We always love the beauty of Sedona, but our stay at Villa 35 was exceptionally wonderful! The home is exactly as pictured, except do note the view from the kitchen is altered a bit as there is a house there now, but you can still view the gorgeous Sedona mountains from there. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever experienced for a rental property. We wanted for nothing and all appliances, pans, etc were abundant. The set-up was perfect for my husband, myself, our teenage son and his friend with the casita and pool. I also LOVED the liquid hand soap and large bath towels. THANK YOU! The welcome back goodie bag was a wonderful added touch when we arrived. This is an exceptional property!!!

Very nice new modern and clean. Great location. Listing did not disclose home in middle of construction of homes next door. Lost some kitchen supplies were provided. There was no sugar or sweetener for coffee. Overall a very professional entry and exit at a beautiful beautiful property. Everything brand new nice kitchen, high ceilings, beautiful backyard.

Excellent property located in the neighborhood adjacent to The Chapel of the Holy Cross with convenient access to a number of spectacular hiking trails within walking distance from the unit. Extremely comfortable bedrooms in the main house with extra luxury accomodations within the free standing casita. Conviently located just outside the hustle and bustle (i.e., traffic) of central Sedona without being too far out when accessing the dining and shopping of Sedona. If you are coming from Phoenix to visit, I would recommend buying beverages and groceries in Phoenix on the way to advoid traffic within Sedona and often a picked through selection. It would be helpful to guests if the property owner would boost wi-fi signal within the unit to prevent frequent disconnects. I will stay here again if visiting in the future and recommend this unit for those visiting. A good time had by all.

Great property

Property was nicely furnished and decorated. An easy house to enjoy with large kitchen and nice outdoor space with plunge pool

This is a lovely, contemporary home, with hight ceilings, lots of glass, beautiful concrete floors, first class amenities, comfortable beds and just about anything you'd wish for in a first class rental. Due to the current construction on adjacent properties, there's a slight compromise in privacy and peace, if that's what you're looking for, but other than that, it's hard to imagine a nicer home. I would also say that the property management folks were incredibly responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated.

This home surpassed expectations! Homeowner had all basic needs covered. The views were more amazing in person! There is construction next door but was never an issue. We didn’t want to leave!

This place is gorgeous just like the photos. Plenty of space, close to hikes, town and the views are amazing. The views from the windows alone made this place well worth it. The place was clean, spacious and perfect for our 5 people (4 adults, 1 kid). As the house manual states, be aware that you might see some critters! We did get a few bugs and a small snake in the guest house, but it’s definitely expected with the location. It wouldn’t detour us from staying there again. Great stay overall! Highly recommend.

This property is the best VRBO we have stayed in and we have stayed in many! The main room was great to gather, eat meals, play games, read a book and more. The outdoors far exceeded our expectations. The views from inside and out are to die for!!! This is a must!!!!

Got a chance to get out of town with old friends and no kids. The trip was pushed back one year due to the pandemic. The owners were gracious in working with us through that. The property exceeded our expectations. The setting was particularly stunning. The photos don’t do the area justice. The home is beautiful and comfortably furnished. The overall experience was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.

The property was perfect for our needs and made the extreme hot weather bearable. It was appointed with everything you need to feel at home. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We rented this unit sight unseen but from the pictures it seemed to have everything we needed. We weren't disappointed at all as the location, views and overall the home provided us with all we needed. The views in the Chapel area where its located are truly breathtaking. We had a swimming pool which we availed ourselves several times a day. The home was fully stocked with all we needed with a great kitchen which lended itself to some great meal preparation. There were duel master bedrooms in the main house and a nice guest casita we well. We had the convenience of a roomy garage to keep our car out of the sun and protected. There are many wonderful spots to walk in this area and took advantage of the scenery every day. We all had a wonderful time and if anything, we wished we had stayed longer.

Very nice, especially for 2 couples

Our family of 6 stayed here 6 nights and it was fantastic. The house is beautiful and immaculate and has everything we needed. It’s very convenient to all Sedona has to offer and the views from every room are gorgeous. We had a minor problem with the pool pump and they sent someone out quickly to resolve it. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay but did have a day where we had a few hours by the pool and construction was going on- with teen daughters we were not thrilled. Additionally the homes not hotels sentiment and signs in the neighborhood made us uncomfortable. The abundance of ring doorbells especially in the pool area made us feel a bit like Big brother was watching. Overall a beautiful home. Amazing amenities and incredible views. The red rocks parking pass was great. Super spacious and beautiful- lovely bedding

This Sedona home is extremely clean and in a great location with beautiful views (especially at sunset). My family and I would definitely stay here again if/when we come back. Our only concern was cell/ internet service was spotty, however this wasn't a big issue for us.

There's nothing we would change about this property other than very minor details that aren't even worth mentioning. We would rebook again in a heartbeat and have already recommended it!

This 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family. It is very modern, with incredible natural light and views of the red rocks from every window. The towels, sheets, comforters, soap, amenities and kitchen were top notch! I would highly recommend this house. The location is ideal and the family room with fireplace and TV were ideal for lounging after a day of hiking.

There were beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets with all the large windows. The house was very comfortable for 3 couples and a great location to get to hikes early. We saw many javalina running up the driveway one morning as we were preparing to go on a hike. Thank you

This house was perfect! Sparkling clean, with three master bedrooms with en-suites. Great dip pool for hot afternoons. And a wonderful location for hiking from the front door.
