Great place, loved the pool and close access to the beach. Restaurants are close by. Kitchen is large and well equipped, large bathrooms. Loved the balcony great view of sunsets!

Super convenient location with great pool and spa. Beach was super accessible and had lovely weather. I would recommend bringing some essentials if you are staying for a week. Condo was well stocked for reusable items, but lacked a healthy supply of basics. (Soap, bath tissue, garbage bags) All in all was a great stay and would book again for future visits.

This property was decorated to our taste. It was completely loaded with all the kitchen tools, baby equipment, beach chairs and toys needed for a relaxing week. TV's in each bedroom a bonus!! Spacious balcony for enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!

This condo is updated with stylish furnishings and decor, with everything you need on-site. It was clean, and the condo manager was very accessible and accommodating. The very best part was the close proximity to the pool below and the beach! Many hours were spent on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach (there’s no enclosure like I’ve experienced with other condo balconies, so you are actually “outside”), with lots of reading, chatting, napping, and enjoying the sunset! I would definitely recommend this condo!!

We all loved our stay at Seaview in Madiera Beach! The property manager Allison made check-in easy and was very quick to answer questions and give us the access codes and tips about the area prior to move-in. The layout out of this 3 BR condo worked well with our family. The large second BR was prefect for my Grandson and son. The views and balcony are amazing. The Seaview has a heated pool, hot tub, and wooden beach chairs available to rent directly in front of our building which made it so easy to access. The unit is well stocked with all the comforts of home: lots of bedding, bath and beach towels, extra pillows, and throw blankets for the couch! Beach toys, extra beach chairs, and the beach wagon were used daily at the beach. They even have a cooler if you need one! We could walk to several restaurants as well, the Reef right across the street was my son's favorite! We only wish they had more crossing walks on the road out front. My entire family loved this unit and the beach, I have lots of memories watching my 5 year old grandson play on the beach and in the pool. We hope to return in the future for more great memories!

From booking to check in contact and information was excellent.The condo was brightly decorated and clean. The furnishings were all of good condition/quality. We were a three generation family and had plenty of space. The beach front position was ideal with access to both the sea and pool. We are all going to miss the sunsets from the balcony. Memories were certainly made here.

Our family LOVES this property so much. This was our fourth time staying in this unit. Each and everytime everything from cleanliness, to communication, to amenities was flawless. The property is decorated beautifully, is super clean, and has comfy new beds. The owner and property manager are kind and excellent communicators. The location does not get any better. Right on the beach, restaurants and grocery within walking distance. There's even pickleball courts down the street that our family frequented nightly! Perfect property, perfect location, perfect management! Thanks for sharing your place and helping our family make lasting memories!!

The condo was very roomy for the seven of us. It was modern, clean, and convenient. Most of the neighborhood condos had similar families with children, so fun for all. Our beach views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing!!

Everything was great. Clean, big with comfortable beds, and property well maintained with stunning view from the extra large balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location, fun, friendly staff and return guests, steps to the white sand beach, convenient location with restaurants/bars walking distant. Condo was beautifully furnished, we loved it!!! Owner and property managers great to work with! Only disappointing thing is we couldn’t rebook for next year as already spoken for.

Plenty of towels and beach towels, Need to bring all your essentials, spices, condiments, storage containers and paper towels, dish soaps. Proximity to beach is unbeatable.

We loved this location right on the beach. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance, so we didn't need a car.

We had a great week. The beach access is very convenient and easily accessible. The pool/hot tub was cleaned everyday. The staff was very professional and easy to work with. The unit was very clean and exceeded our expectations with what was provided. We didn’t need to bring anything for the beach. Other than a few AC issues, it was an uneventful and relaxing week. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We rented the cabanas without looking first. I probably wouldn't have rented those. Love the big outdoor balcony and the furniture out there. We spent most of our time out there. We have stayed in numerous condos before and this is by far one of the best! The condo was absolutely beautiful with everything you need plus some: extra towels, linens, toiletries, and everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, etc). Check in was easy and everyone was very helpful. It is a quiet area which was great for a relaxing week. We absolutely loved our time there and would love to return!

Well-decorated unit in convenient location, one of the best aesthetically of the many units I’ve stayed in the area. Extremely large balcony was enjoyed by our group. Starter items provided of toilet paper and soaps were convenient and appreciated. A few minor house-keeping items could be improved, but overall cleanliness was very good. We ate out for our meals this trip, but kitchen seemed to be well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The closet in the middle bedroom (Queen and full bed bedroom) is the owners closet, therefore no hanging space or suitcase storage for guests in that room. (Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of for larger groups.). There were beach chairs provided in the hall closet, but we chose to use the cabana rentals. Pool area was cleaned on a daily basis, with the individual there on Mon-Wed being extremely thorough. On-site management team was very accommodating for late check-in.

What a great property and location! Our unit was spacious, clean and loved the decor! We loved the large balcony and location!

This group was friends of 3 men 4 women all single, ages 42 to 72, first time together for overnight trip. Condo was beautiful and well maintained meeting all our needs. The oceanfront balcony was the most used space by all with exception of poolside or beach. All the beds and furniture were clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything provided to fix meals and drinks. The staff at Seaview were simply the best and kept that property in perfect order on a daily basis. The amenities poolside and beachfront were always clean and orderly every morning for a perfect day ! Everyone in our group was so impressed with the unit, the complex and the area of beach strand activities a return trip is definite. We are all from the NC coastal region and travel our beaches on a regular basis. This FL gulf coast is a wonderful area that easily sets the standard very high and same is true for the unit we stayed in. Winter 2022 is already in the planning stages to return to the same place! We all had a great time - beautiful condo and facility. The best part was the staff there. Martha and Annette were so friendly and the property crew did an amazing job of cleaning each day. There are not too many properties with onsite managers - it really makes a difference. Great location with at least 8-10 restaurants in walking distance. Trolley stops right in front of the condo - great way to travel. Comfortable beds, great open kitchen layout - best of all, a wonderful patio overlooking the beautiful beach.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. Location was perfect....so many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach was perfect for walking every day. Lots of chairs by the pool. The owner, Todd, was responsive and quickly took care of one item that came up during our stay. We will definitely be coming back to Madeira Beach!

This was the perfect condo for our needs. Great location right on the beach. It was clean, updated and had a great beachy feel. When we weren't out and about, we spent the time relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins. Would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks Todd.

This condo was everything you see in the pictures! It is nice and clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff at the condo is amazing, Todd always answered me quickly. The beds were comfortable, which is a huge thing for my son and I. And if you are also like my son and I it doesn't matter what time of the year it is, we both sleep with box fans. We were so excited to see the 3 fans provided! The only thing I can think of to make this condo absolutely perfect is if it was pet friendly. It's hard leaving my little shih-tzu behind.

This is the 3rd time renting at Seaview.. I have stayed in 2 different units and both have been roomy and comfortable. The kids loved pool toys in our unit and used them daily.

Area more conducive to a quiet, private-beach-type experience than the much busier Clearwater area just to the north. We were here during red tide, so being my only gulf experience, makes it tough to judge. These condos however are well updated and good for entertaining.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was beautiful, clean and everything you said it would be. Will definitely return. Until next time!

Just like the pictures! Beautifully renovated, plenty of space for everyone, and well stocked. Steps to the pool and beach. Close to shops and restaurants of John’s Pass or an easy drive to St Pete or Clearwater. Just a few minor things: beach chairs and umbrellas need updating (a beach wagon would be great too), knives were dull, and front door lock had a mind of its own. We would stay there again!
