We have stayed in this home several times in our travels. It is so nice to feel at home when you are so far from home. This home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is our hope that this home is available when we are back in Tupelo.

This has got to be one of the best places I’ve stayed, so clean,the decor is great , 2 large bedrooms , awesome dinning home. You will me missing out if you don’t choose this home in Tupelo ,Mississippi. The birth place of the “ King “ Elvis Presley. If more of my family wants to come here I will come back again. Overall a great property that is completely "as advertised" by the owner...very accurate listing including location near the train but don't let that deter you as all of Tupelo is near the train. Pickleball courts across the street and close to Veterans Park as well as birthplace of Elvis. If you are looking for something other than a hotel for an extended stay this is for you!

Very comfortable furniture and beds in this house. Easy to get to, but not located on a busy street. Next to a park with a winding walking path and tennis/pickle ball courts. If and when we return, this house is at the top of our list!!!!

This rental was the right size for our family of 4 to enjoy a visit to see family. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were a nice size, but there was no body soap/wash for the shower. Generally, we bring those items, but we forgot it this time and I have never rented a place with absolutely none. The main reason for the 3 star rating is that you are 1) very close to the train that runs at all hours of the night, and 2) when we arrived there was a homeless man wandering around the yard who eventually laid down on the sidewalk right in front of the property. The owner put sound machines in the bedrooms to try to drown out the train noise, but it is impossible because you are right across the street from the train track. The door code did not work when we arrived, but the owner quickly corrected this issue when we called her. We liked the fenced side yard with a nice table and outdoor lighting. Although the home itself is nice (bring your own shampoo and body soap), we would probably try to find another place to stay next time we visit.

Very comfortable stay. The binder with dining info was very informative-maybe add if the different restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Combersome to goggle each one. BUT… info very appreciated.

The perfect house for our four day getaway. Minutes from downtown Tupelo. Quiet neighborhood and charming house. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great!!! So clean, had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and it was very comfortable and nicely decorated!!! Loved it!!!

This was our third stay at this house and each time we have felt right at home. We all were able to rest and relax. Comfy beds and couches, plenty of room to visit too. It is our hope that this home is available when we are back inTupelo.

I rented this for my mother and me to come to Tupelo to visit my sister and her adult children. I needed a place where we could gather as they are all spread out and this way they could come come to us and not make her travel too much. This house is SO CLEAN, so inviting, and so comfortable. I had to communicate with the hosts briefly, and though I didn't truly need anything, they responded so quickly. They provided coffee via Keurig which I particularly appreciated as in other vacation stays I have encountered stale coffee for use in a broken coffee pot. This host delivers! Regarding the train, we were there three nights, and while I am a very light sleeper, I only heard the train Saturday night. I heard it once or twice during the day, but it was in no way obtrusive- nothing more than background noise. Don't let the train deter you from this stay. It is wonderful!

This home worked great for our 3 day visit with granddaughter that lives in Tupelo. The home allowed us much more space than a hotel would have. Only downside was the multiple trains that come through at night and beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but I realize that many prefer that.

Our stay at The Chestnut Cottage was great! The house was even better than the pictures, which is not always the case to say the least. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated and appointed. It was less than 5 minutes proximity from everything we wanted to do. I had one phone call and one text convo with Kim and she was eager to help with everything. The information notebook was loaded with helpful tips about restaurants and other things to do. Could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend staying here if your adventures lead you to Tupelo.

This was our second stay. This home is very clean and comfortable. From the moment you walk through the door you feel right at home. We highly recommend this home.

We stayed here over Christmas holiday. It was perfect for my family to meet and open gifts and just spend time together here. It was like home. We had everything we needed here.

Very cute home inside. Outside was deceiving when we arrived because inside was perfect. In older part of town so home is older. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked for cooking.

This is our second stay with Kimberly and we are already hooked again. We have to come for several days, twice a year for work and this is the perfect stay two women so we both have a bathroom to get ready at the same time.

This was a great house to meet up with my daughter and grandchildren. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. While it says 3 bedroom in the search it’s actually 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living room. There is a park across the street that the kids loved to play at. First impression of the area I was a little skeptical but it looks like they are doing a good job of revitalizing the area after driving around more. There is a great antique shop within walking distance. Owners were quick to answer.

We visited with family who lives in Tupelo and needed a home base. This cottage was lovely and was perfect for us. Clean and tastefully appointed.

The whole process of booking the property was easy. Mrs. Bowling has been a pleasure from start to finish. The house was very accommodating. Everything that we could possibly need was there. We were only a few minutes from shopping centers. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you again for is amazing experience.

This property was clean, cozy and beautiful. Some friends and I meet up a couple times a year to catch up. Chestnut Cottage was the perfect place for us. It had more than enough room to sleep, get ready, cook, eat and hang out. The owners are amazing and respond so quickly to any questions or request. Every room is complimented with beautiful, up-to-date furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities. The dining room and living room are perfect for eating, chatting and playing board games. We all highly recommend this property. We are already planning our next trip to Chestnut Cottage!
