We were two families of four - and Villa Christos met our needs very well. The pool is a good size and temperature - so refreshing to have a dip after a day walking around Kassiopi. We had an issue with the WiFi of our own making (yes the router does need to be plugged in!) and Anna was very quick to respond and send someone to take a look. The additional cleaning a few times during the week and change of linens mid-stay was very much appreciated. Good selection of kitchen equipment - a fruit bowl/ salad bowl, plus a smaller saucepan in the collection were the only things that would have been useful. Having beach towels supplied was another nice touch. It was easy to keep in touch with Anna and whilst we never met, we had all the information we needed and Anna responded to any messages really quickly. Kassiopi itself is a gorgeous small town with a beautiful harbour, lots of restaurants and tempting shops. We enjoyed a really fabulous holiday and would totally recommend both the villa and Kassiopi.

This is the best villa we have ever rented and I can't fault a thing about our stay there. It was a really short walk into beautiful Kassiopi and the villa itself was immaculate. Air con throughout and the bedrooms were all huge. The pool was beautiful and perfect for all of the kids as it was one depth only which meant that they could dive in from anywhere. Anna was an amazing host and I would return here in a heartbeat.

The property is spacious and beautiful. It has everything you need. The pool area is just stunning as well. I really can’t fault the property on any level!

This villa had everything we had hoped for. The location was exceptional, the views were stunning and the accommodations were fantastic with three oversized bath tubs, two well appointed stall showers, comfortable beds and our favorite, a good sized in Ground swimming pool. We were a short walk on a hilly path from Kassiopi Harbor, in my opinion, one of the prettiest places in all of Corfu. When we first got into town, our GPS didn’t function well to help us find the villa. We then asked someone nearby who knew the owners and personally escorted us to the villa. Everyone in the village was so friendly. We were pleased to have booked this villa. It really was superb.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Villa Christos last week. The villa is in a perfect location for exploring Kassiopi on foot , with the short cut route down to the town and harbour. The views are exceptional across the bay. Perfect sunset viewing. I’d say this is the real highlight of the villa. The two parking spaces were very useful. They fit a medium and a large car. We opted for heating the pool - I would say it’s a must. Would have been very cold without it. The price wasn’t cheap. But energy costs are expensive, we know. The issue with the hot water was sorted out within an hour of us raising it on the first day. Anna, who manages the property, was quick and responsive with a couple of queries we had.

As a group of friends including a couple with 2 children, this villa could not have been better. Stunning master bedroom with incredible views, great pool and fantastic location within walking distance of shops and restaurants if you are able to walk steep short distances. Even early in the season without too much sun we still didn’t want to leave!

Lovely villa, with lots of space internally and externally and fantastic views out to sea. Excellent location, easy to walk to village square and harbour. Plenty to do locally, including excellent bars and restaurants. Anna was very responsive both prior to our visit and on hand to help during our holiday. The only negative was the pool, it was too cold for our family to fully enjoy, especially our little boy, and VERY deep, perhaps if it was shallower it would retain heat easier. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend the property.

Lovely villa in excellent location to Kassiopi. Regularly serviced with a lovely pool and outdoor areas. Good value for money.

Great villa in a great location 5 minute walk to all amenities

In a great position above Kassiopi, with views out over the bay, the villa had everything we needed for 8 adults to be comfortable and had a great holiday. We had a car and for us it was necessary, but it would be ok if you were able to deal with a short uneven path on a hill to reach the heart of the town. Keleigh was very helpful and answered all queries quickly and booked us a taxi transfer for half our party which we much appreciated. The only thing I think is worth mentioning about the villa is the pool is quite deep and had no shallow end, if you have small children this may be a consideration, otherwise for us the villa was perfect and we would definitely book again. One thing we found, is that Corfu is a lot more expensive this year than last, although with all that has happened this year that is probably not surprising, otherwise the island felt very safe with full covid measures in place across the island.

Lovely villa in a great location to enjoy Kassiopi. Only slight quibble was the kitchen equipment which was lacking some items we would have expected.

We stayed at this villa for 5 nights. It is a beautiful villa and has been decorated to a high standard. Keleigh was on hand for everything you need. She was very helpful and kind. Fantastic views from terrace and top bedroom. Would have no doubts on booking again. Or recommending.

Loved this villa which was in a great location in Kassiopi. Short walk to the harbour and a great choice of places to eat. Town and shops all within walking distance - walked down to get bread each morning. Plenty of room for eight adults and Keleigh was happy to provide more equipment when we needed it. Lovely views from top balcony and we were not overlooked by nearby villas. A car is not necessary although we did use it to travel to local beaches. We recommend Kassiopi and Villa Christos.

The property was beautiful and in a very convenient location to reach all the amenities. We all had a great time and would stay again. Keleigh and Yiannis were very helpful before and during our stay. The maid service was also very good with several visits over the week. Overall a lovely relaxing experience. Location is perfect easy walk to Kassiopi centre for shops and excellent restaurants and the picturesque harbour. Something for all ages so if travelling with a family group like us everyone is happy! The villa is beautiful a lovely large pool and seating area. There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom has amazing views to the bay even from the bathroom window and a large balcony again with amazing views. We were met by the owners on arrival, very attentive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this villa it ticked all the boxes for us we didn't want to leave and would definitely return we loved it!
