The pictures on the vrbo site were not accurate to the actual property. The pool area for one was not at all like the old pics - a black ugly fence has been installed very close to the pool not even allowing you to put chairs in the sun to actually enjoy the pool. Things were not stocked well. We had a "house guest" we were not expecting. The grill in the backyard did not work - was replaced by owner but was brought over and our husbands ended up having to help him put it together and our dinner was finally cooked and ready about 7:30 that night. The outdoor dining area was not a place I would comfortably eat my dinner. Not a property I would recommend. A lot could be done to the home/property to improve the customer experience.

The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed having the pool. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was in a perfect location for all the spots we wanted to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Our kids loved the heated pool and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We would stay again.

We are a group of 30 something friends who meet once a year for a vacation. This property perfectly suited our needs with ample sleeping area and a quick gateway to the interstate. Lots of excellent food choices nearby as well. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and communicated regularly and clearly. A great vegas experience!

This house was amazing! The beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE, made it really hard to get out of bed. The pool was amazing and clean. It is a very spacious house and super welcoming. I would definitely stay in this home again!

We had great communication with the host, and he answered even my obvious questions patiently and quickly. The pool and spa as what we came for, and they were great. The heated pool really heats up which we enjoyed and the pool area has sun for most of the day. There is retail and restaurants nearby, but the neighborhood is not a selling point here. (We never felt unsafe) TVs come with Roku and the wifi was fast. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. It checked all out boxes

Very comfortable and pleasant stay for our group of 8 adults. I’ve rented many VRBO’s always with a pool - being from Ohio we want to soak up as much sun as possible, and this house makes me wonder if I’ve ever actually received the pool heat I’ve paid for in the past. Seriously a perfect pool temperature, not one shiver or whine getting in the water. We enjoyed it all day long then headed out to enjoy everything Vegas has to offer at night. Matthew (and his wife) were fantastic hosts. Very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time. Thank you both!!

We spent a delightful week in this home with a party of 8 (two adults, four senior citizens, and two children). Everyone was happy with the accommodations. Matt was incredibly responsive via text to our questions at all times of the day. The Vegas weather was a little too cold during our stay but we managed some time in the awesome heated pool and hot tub. We loved it! The location is about 15-20 min from the LV Strip which is a quick drive and allowed us some peace and quiet from the bustle whenever we needed it. Highly recommend this home!

We loved staying here. The neighborhood was quite, the beds were comfy, and the manager was very friendly and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

We were in town to play in a hockey tournament and this house met our needs perfectly. This was our fourth year coming to Vegas to play in this tournament and this was by far the best house we have rented. The house is clean with furniture that looks new. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax in after our games. Our host, Matthew, was very friendly and informative. I can't recommend this property enough and will look here first the next time we are in town.

We had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was great using the pool and spa . . . although the YouTube directions were a bit confusing . . . but we figured it out!! The only problem . . . and it wasn't enough to tarnish the stay . . . the electrical outlets in 2 of the bathrooms did not work . . . master bath was fine!! We will definitely look to rent the house again the next time we go to Vegas!! So much better that a hotel!!
