The property was very nice and clean

Very nice unit overall. Good location. Hot tub was nice to use after a long day of skiing. Unfortunately, the Moose Creek lift was not working during our entire stay which defeated the extra expense of us paying for a ski-in, ski-out experience. Hiking up 300 yards up the hill in ski boots was particularly challenging for our son who has asthma. The Keurig coffee maker was also not working, which made the 300 yard hike up the hill even harder since we were decaffeinated. Overall - 4 stars.

Location was perfect. Ski in and ski out! Lots of space for family and a great hot tub and fireplace. The kitchen was also very well appointed with tools and spices.

This property is depicted accurately in the pictures. I have no complaints whatsoever....clean, beautiful, comfortable. Has everything you need. Lots of wildlife, too. Perfect for our family vacation!

Great stay and well appointed house.

This home was the perfect spot for our ski group. We had never been to Jackson before and the home made our stay. Right by the chair so getting over to the base area was a breeze and the home had everything we could have wanted. The wood burning fireplace was great after a long day of skiing and so was the hot tub to relax in. I would definitely stay here again and can't want to go back to Jackson.

Location and scenery was prime

What a great place to stay, tons of room with every bedroom on its own floor. A lot more privacy and quiet than we were expecting. We loved the hot tub, the front balcony and more space than imagined. Well stocked kitchen ware and basic pantry items made it easy to cook . I could not recommend it more!

Loved the location of this unit! Lots of space, very clean, well appointed. Would book again! Feedback for owners/management co: switch the location of the hot tub cover to open towards the house or neighbor so it doesn’t block the view 😉. Sharper knives would have been nice for our dine in nights.

Very ez and great property location.

Beautiful accommodations..ski in ski out

Fire Sprinkler was leaking. 1/2 the lights out in the kitchen. Main spot lights in the garage front area not working. The management co was there cleaning at arrival time 4pm. I expect better from a luxury accommodation. Nice place but someone needs to look over it better.

Great trip!!

We had a great time at our stay in Jackson Hole. Moose Creek 26 is so convenient to the slopes. Unit is very comfortable with space for all. We can’t wait to come back.

Exterior entry key pad for the garage. Storage racks for skis and ski gear need in.Large Benches in garage and patio for putting on gear. Floor mats at all entrances for placing shoes and The home also needs a large quality outdoor grill.

The Moose Creek townhomes are an ideal place to stay if you are visiting Teton or Yellowstone National Parks as a family. Use this as your base camp and make several day trips to various landmarks and outposts in the vicinity of Teton Village and JAckson Hole. I contacted the management company twice to ensure a two-hour early check-in and was assured this could be done to accommodate an important ZOOM teleconference I had scheduled on check-in day. Unfortunately, there had been no communication with the housecleaners and the unit was not ready for occupancy until right at the late, original check-in time. This lack of communication and accommodation cost me a $1 million contract -- even though I was twice assured that the early check-in would not be a problem.
