The property was very nice. We had plenty of firewood for the fireplace. Had a fire every night after our excursions. Well maintained and thought out. Plenty of sundries for every need.

Overall a nice place and would consider another stay. Wrong style coffee filters for coffee maker were provided for our first morning. Easy enough to fix for next morning. Shower in master was impossible to use without ending up with water slashing onto bathroom floor. Finding the place for the first time in the dark would’ve been impossible without gps guidance. As other reviews mentioned it is a surprisingly steep driveway to back out of. We loved getting up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains while enjoying the propane fire table on the deck.

We loved staying at this house. It’s very spacious. It’s decorated very nice. The absolute best part was the deck and the amazing views. We were there in October and were surrounded by fall color. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the peacefulness and the views.

Great girls trip! We enjoyed the house and wished we had 1 more day! Will definitely be back.

This home was very clean, in a peaceful setting, and perfect for our two week family trip in the area. The large size/layout (and solid Wi-Fi) enabled us to work remotely while getting somewhat off the grid (cell phones were spotty, a bear sighting occurred). Great shops, restaurants, running trails (the neighborhood is full of hilly/curvy roads making running from the home dangerous), and local sites of interest were 15-25m away. The driveway was very steep, but we got used to it. We had a few maintenance issues, and the management team satisfactorily handled them.

Perfect place for our family to meet and enjoy Asheville. Large house perfect for larger families.

The house was exactly as shown online! It’s the perfect location to get access to all the downtown shops and breweries but also a nice mountain retreat.

The property was clean and the view was pretty. Large house, 3 rooms on the main floor and one down stairs that’s basically its own living quarters with a living room as well. Cleaning fee is quite expensive though but overall would recommend the property and would go back!

Comfortable house with great view of mountain range. Fireplace was great. Kitchen well equipped. Living room fits 8 but better for 6. Bedrooms and dining room accommodate 8 easily.

The first two nights our fire pit did not work, which deck and fire pit was main reason to choose this property. Kitchen was missing items such as wine opener. We requested an hour later for check out that was denied 11 am and next group couldn’t even check in until 4 pm. Otherwise the cabin was nice

We enjoyed our stay here with my parents and 3 small children. It worked perfectly to have my parents downstairs with their own space and the rest of us upstairs. It wasn't far from downtown and the perfect place for us to relax.

Everything was great, and exactly as advertised. It was very clean, and in good shape. We were a group of 8 friends (friends close enough to share big beds) celebrating our shared milestone birthday together. The driveway really is steep! Not a problem for us - we had beautiful dry weather.

Great property with an a good view. The porch is fantastic, so much so, that we didn’t spend too much time inside. The location is excellent as you are close to attractions and the highway, but still have privacy. Only downside was the number of emails received with different information about the stay. The app also did not work for remote check-in.

Beautiful views, lovely landscaping, and plenty of room for our group of 7. All rooms/beds were comfortable. Closets were large enough to put suitcases, gear and clothes out of the way. Definitely recommend!

This house was fantastic and had enough room for the whole family to enjoy. The location had a beautiful view of mountains and the night sky. Even though there were houses along the road you still felt like it was a secluded area, which was a plus for us. We were close to everything we wanted to do on the trip. (Downtown Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, and some other hiking trails) Driving up and parking was a bit nerve wracking but I am not used to driving in mountains. One thing I was not prepared for was the number of spiders. Every night there would be at least 10 webs (about 1-2 feet across) with quarter sized spiders surrounding the deck and property walking path. No problems or insects inside but as someone who was scared of spiders going out at night was a bit nerve wracking. (No one else on my trip had an issue) Overall this was an amazing trip and we were very comfortable and pleased with the rental and look forward to booking with them again.

This rental was very clean, smartly decorated, was private without being in remote location, and the balcony offers a great space to be together and enjoy the view.

We had a great stay at this property. It is private and peaceful. The upper floor, including 3 bedrooms, was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked very well. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was hard to get motivated to leave and explore Asheville. Note: The garden level basement, with the 4th bedroom, was also very nice, but a bit cool and not as cozy and comfortable as the main level. We would definitely stay here again. Note to the property management: There was coffee and tea, which is a nice touch, since there was no keurig and we only had k-cups with us. Imagine how we felt when we discovered it was ALL decaf.
