Beautiful house with amazing views!! This house had everything we needed and more.

Incredible view, large and comfortable rooms, parking for 4 cars.

This house was the perfect size for our group of 9. It’s in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the large kitchen and living room area. There was little in the kitchen as far as serving pieces/cooking utensils but we brought some. We accidentally left some so the kitchen has more. : ). The beds were a little firm for my liking but that’s probably a personal preference. There was a couple lights that needed bulbs replaced and the sink in the upstairs king size bedroom/bathroom was clogged.A couple of the bathrooms really need to be updated especially for the price. Also the front steps were a little unsteady and kind of just unattractive. We enjoyed the weekend at the house overall.

This beautiful home with it’s beautiful view was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. We had 10 people in our party and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved that we could all fit around the large dining table. Everyone enjoyed the game room, playing pool, and relaxing on the deck. I had the pressure of finding the perfect vacation home, and everyone was very happy!

You guys were awesome!..I know few things we observed but that we could oversee but higly recommende to take care of it for other guests. Overall 5 star stay!!.. Thank you!..Archie & Vince for your great collaboration and prompt response to our queries/concerns throughout our stay!

It was a great family vacation house. The bedrooms were very large and private. We loved the kitchen and wrap around bar for cooking and hanging out together. Added bonus was the clubhouse pool. The view was spectacular.

Was there with two daughters and their family to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. Enjoyed the quietness and beauty of the property.

2 adults and 7 teens (ages 13-16). Perfect house for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Great having the pool table in the kitchen for everyone to hangout, cook, and grill. Kitchen very spacious with plenty of seating. Kids loved the game room with big TV on the bottom level. The drive into the neighborhood is beautiful. Location is perfect for any activity. 20 min to Dollywood and 20 min into Gaitlinburg. Bonus - can see the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony every night.

We loved the cabin, it was amazing, we had an incredible stay.

Beautiful view and cabin so quiet and had the best views, host and vrbo made booking easy and host was quick to answer a call to when we needed to book last minute because of previous place we were going to stay falling through, will definitely stay again!!! Thank you!!

We had an amazing time stay at this cabin over Memorial Day weekend , very spacious & private ! Little steep driveway at one end otherwise all good

Our entire group met at the cabin for a long weekend to celebrate our mom’s80th birthday! This cabin was so much fun we opted to cut our day at the attractions short and bring take out for dinner and just all spend time in the spacious cabin! Playing Pool, UNO, Karaoke, Board Games, and just catching up with each other!

We had space for everyone and loved the kitchen area!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Beautiful kitchen, plenty of games to keep the kids busy on a rainy day, rooms were comfortable and clean. All the private balcony views of the mountains were gorgeous. Hoping we can make this a yearly trip!

Our family wanted to start traveling more and for most, this was their first cabin trip. Everyone LOVED this cabin and how spacious it was which was needed as it was cold and rainy our entire stay. Definitely the most well equipped of all cabins I've stayed in with the updated appliances (Keurig, crockpots, propane grill), smart tvs in every room, super comfy beds. The only two hiccups we noticed was a decent amount of hair around the cabin and the trash bins outside were completely full. We sat a bag on the back patio while we tidied up for our departure the next day resulting in 4 bear cubs and mama bear paying a visit. It was fun for the kids to see but not fun to clean-up for the adults. We were able to neatly bag up the trash and sit in the kitchen after reaching out to Archie who was very responsive during our stay. Overall a great family getaway and will definitely book again if we have another family gathering in the area.

The size of the property is a plus. Plenty of Bed Rooms and the open concept allows plenty of room for Kids and Grandkids.

We loved the cabin! We all had plenty of space and loved the open area on the main floor! Overall we loved everything.

We were very excited for our vacation at the Great Smokey Chalet. Check in was very easy. The home was not clean when we arrived. They did offer to send someone over the next day. I feel that it should have been done before we got there. Our socks were black from the floors. Some of the furniture is worn and need of repair. There is no main level bedroom. This would not be a good place for someone that cannot do stairs. The road to get to the home is very curvy. I told my daughter it looked like someone scribbled on our gps. BUT we did see a couple sets of momma bears and her cubs. We loved watching them. They came by almost daily. I don't like to leave a bad review, but I would not stay here again.

Very roomy, clean, and perfectly decorated and outfitted location. We didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! Highly recommend this location and the property managers. Will definitely come back for another visit soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Great Smoky Chalet. There was plenty of room for us 7 adults and 6 teens/children. The chalet was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the deck while we ate, played cards or sat in the hot tub. The location can’t be beat. We were close to town, the national park and Dollywood. I did have to email Archie and request some extra blankets. I got a quick response back and an even quicker delivery of extra blankets. All my family members enjoyed our stay here in the mountains.

It was a little scary going up those mountains but it's to be expected from someone who stayed in the city of Chicago their whole life but also some experience

The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly, all instructions were clear and easy to understand. This is an amazing property and we look forward to booking with you again next year. Very clean and organized property.

Place was big enough for all 14 of us. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, air hockey and video games. Had a great time and place was very nice.
