First cousins trip down! Sadly, it was pouring all weekend and we didn’t get to explore the outdoors much. However, the boys managed a long jog Saturday morning. The ladies enjoyed an evening wine tasting at the winery, the kids went Pokémon hunting and dipped in the hot tub. I loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with every pot or pan and utensils you would ever need. But definitely bring your own salt and other specialty condiments you may need to cook! I also suggest bringing board games for game night. Luckily our family brought our faves, the home is lacking some updated ones. And as for the sleeping situation..there’s a MIL suite above the garage with separate entry which should hold 6-10 (4 full bunks, and pull out couch which was broken) however, we didn’t feel comfortable having the children/teenagers separated from the main house. So, something to think about when you plan a big family with multiple ages. In the end, we made it work. And lastly, parking. If possible, carpool! Unfortunately, everyone was arriving at either different times, So we couldn’t. We somehow still managed to fit 1 in garage, 7 on the lot without violating any parking rules. The EV outlet was lifesaving 🙏 TY! So, all in all, our family had a great time. The house was beautiful when you finally see it in the daytime and when the rain stops. We will definitely be planning another trip next year or sooner. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable Uncork n’ Unwind!

Our three-gen family held our annual get-together at this lovely home. The layout was excellent with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for groups. We ate in, and the kitchen was very well set up. The mother-in-law was a great overflow area-bunk room, and the rest of the home had bedrooms/baths of comfortable sizes. We were pleased that the amenities (lodge, winery and even Dawson Park) were walkable from the home. And the beautiful weather and setting enhanced the experience for all.

The home was beautiful and the weather was great. We had a few issues with trash and maintenance concerns left by the previous guests, but all seasons was responsive and made it a breeze to handle.

Unfortunately, we didn't do enough research into the actual location, as we found Suncadia overall to be a fairly soulless 'resort' community of cookie cutter houses wound between two golf courses. There is a winery in walking distance with very reasonably priced wines (and shockingly expensive food), so that's a plus!

Overall the the stay was pleasant. The house was clean, and everything was in good working order. Owners were responsive.

The property boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including bunk beds in 2 of the rooms. However, be warned that the pictures online can be deceiving, as the space is not as large as it appears.While the property is advertised as being suitable for groups of 24 people, my experience with a group of 24 people was less than ideal. The kitchen and gathering area were on the smaller side, which made it difficult to all sit together and play games. That being said, the property was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment, including pots, pans, mugs, plates, and cutlery.Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hot tub due to a malfunctioning outside heater. Additionally, the 4 bunk beds located above the garage were small and separated from the main house, which was not ideal for a group of 8 people. The only other option for entertainment was a table tennis table, which was suitable for kids.Overall, while the property was equipped with the necessary amenities and had some fun features like bikes to use, the space was tight for a larger group and the separate bunkhouse was not ideal. I would recommend this property for smaller groups (12-15) looking for a cozy getaway, but caution against booking for larger groups.

Reviewer Comments: Driving through an ice and snow storm we arrived to find a cozy house with a Christmas tree and fireplace for Santa. That night howeveraround 10PM dripping water from the ceiling in the master bathroom. Nice to have an emergency # to call. The next day the rest of our family arrive after roads opened up. We then discovered a bedroom upstairs had a saturated wet rug in half the room and water running down the walls. Pictures sent and a fan and heater were delivered. The smoke alarm went off, the master shower had water running all over the bathroom and the smell of sewer as we checked out. But, inspite of the plague of disaster WE all had a time of laughter, sledding, enjoying each other and making family memories. Thanks be to GOD.

We stayed at this property in mid December and loved it. We had a large group of 8 adults and 6 kids and 2 dogs. - The house is very clean and well-appointed - In the kitchen there are tons of plates, flatware, pots and pans. We loved that they had a Ninja blender, a small crock pot and hand mixer. Lots of baking sheets too. We did plenty of cooking and baking and fed our large crowd easily. The pantry does not have a lot of spices or basic condiments so just be sure to bring your own. - The living room is spacious and the seating is comfortable. There are also lots of blankets available for use which is a nice touch. - The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. - The kids had a ton of fun playing at the ping pong table. The apartment above the garage with bunks was perfect for our middle school-aged kids. They were able to be a little louder while the adults enjoyed the quiet. - The location is super convenient and close to the Inn, Lodge and amenities - I only needed to interact once with the host and they were prompt and responsive!

The lodge is clean and fit us well. There was some issue with the drainage on the master bedroom, but they sent two guys to take care of it on Thanksgiving day, which is appreciated.

Great home that is perfect for a large group and decently walkable to amenities within Suncadia. The hot tub and gas fire pit were wonderful to have. Between the driveway and garage we were able to fit quite a few vehicles.

The layout of this property fit our large group well and was comfortable for all. The garage space for the kids to play and the extra bikes was a bonus. We also loved the relaxing outdoor space.

We brought in a few families, each with kids, and this property was the perfect fit. It's a new/clean home, in a beautiful location, and has plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained and cosy. Everyone loved it!

There was enough snow for the kids to sled down the hill in the back yard and they enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the garage. The only down fall was the daily shoveling of the 2-3' high berm of snow that had to be shoveled so we could get out of the driveway. the Walmart plastic shovels could be up graded as well if you need to use them daily. For the extreme high cost of the nightly fees, I would assume this driveway entry could be cleared. At least let the renters know that they are responsible for show removal. I do know this service was somewhat provided, a very nice man showed up one day at 12:00 PM for a bit with a snow blower for a few minutes(he did apologize for being late). Regarding the cleanliness, when we stripped the beds we found some long hair and dog hair on the mattress covers, we also found a couple pills and food crumbs on the floor in the bathroom of the apartment above the garage.

This was the first time my entire family (parents, siblings, nieces and nephews) spent a weekend together outside of our own homes. And this beautiful property made it such a wonderful weekend. Beds are comfortable, home was clean (floor was a tiny bit dirty whilst shoes are required off, but not a big deal), enough kitchen tools for your cooking needs, tons of space (we had 20 people) for comfort and group fun. The suite bathroom on the first floor is amazing!!!! The outdoor sitting area has a heater, so it was perfect for some winter outdoor air. The back has a tiny little hill- while we didn’t expect snow during our stay, we woke up to a winter-y surprise, and the house had a sled in the garage. The kiddos had tons of fun sledding down the tiny hill- it was perfect. Only critique, wish there were more spices in the kitchen like some homes I’ve stayed at. But nearest store (Safeway) is only 10 min away, and not a big deal. Came with salt and pepper. Hope to stay here again! Property management is amazing with communication - love working with all vacations rentals.

This house was exactly as pictured! The location was perfect. Easy walking and biking to all Suncadia activities. It was a great size and fit our large family with plenty of beds. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the home, even with it being pet-friendly. Our kids enjoyed exploring the backyard and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for such a great visit!

Plenty of room and accommodations for a friends weekend golf getaway. Would definitely recommend and look forward to next time!
