Our daughter’s family lives in Pacifica. My husband and I stay here whenever we’re here. You can’t beat having your morning coffee right on the ocean!

My fiance & I stayed here for his birthday and we had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the goodies left for us by the host. We couldn’t have asked for a better view. The host was nice and responsive and even checked in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. We will absolutely be back soon.

There were some reviews that felt the apartment was a little tired. That was not my view. Clean, and recently painted. It has a lovely beach vibe. Well stocked, great welcome package and a brilliant view. Hard to beat. I would stay here again without hesitation

After contacting the manager, we asked if the Condo was ready at 3 pm. He thought it might be and we could check. We entered the Condo and it was not ready. We waited until 4 pm the check in time and it still was not ready. When we contacted the manager, he was unaware that the cleaning crew had not cleaned the rooms. He stated that he is sending cleaners in 30 minutes but they were not here at 5:30 so we went to dinner. When we got back the cleaners were almost finished so we waited outside. The manager told us he was refunding $150 cleaning fee. We were satisfied with his solution. The next morning when I used the toilet, it overflowed when I flushed it. The manager sent his handy man to fix it. Later that evening new guests checked in and they were very noisy that night and early the next morning. We decided to leave two days early because of the noise and the toilet was still not flushing properly. Unfortunately, despite the great ocean view, we were not comfortable staying any longer. We informed the manager and he offered to refund an additional $350. The manager was accommodating and understanding. We appreciated that he refunded almost half our bill and we may have stayed longer if we hadn’t experienced the late check in and malfunctioning toilet. The manager did follow up after we got home.

The pros: location, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen. - You really can't beat the location of this place -- you're right on the beach, and are steps away from Pacifica Pier, and in the other direction, plenty of cute shops and restaurants. - Carlos (rental manager) was very responsive over text when I had questions, which was very much appreciated. - The kitchen was very well stocked, beyond what I usually expect for a rental: plenty of spices, oil/balsamic, plastic wrap, foil, cooking utensils, baking sheets. They also left us a goodie basket of snacks! The cons: there were several things that were broken or malfunctioning: - The central heat (in-wall heater unit) wasn't working, so the apartment didn't get above 65, even when I set the thermostat to 70. That said, when I texted Carlos he was very quick to respond and pointed me towards a space heater in the closet which worked well. - the hose on the kitchen sink was broken so the faucet head sagged lower and lower into the sink when you turned it on - the lights flickered at night in the bathroom and bedroom. In the bedroom, the lights didn't turn fully off and flickered between off and very barely on while we slept. Not really noticeable with your eyes closed, but not ideal. - there's a door guard on the front door (like you see for hotel rooms), but one of the pieces was missing so it wasn't functional. It wasn't a bad stay, but didn't feel worth the price, at over $220/night (w/ cleaning and VRBO fees).

This is the second time we stayed on this property. We like the location. And it is a pleasant place to stay.

We found it!!! We moved to the east coast 3 years ago and have since been looking for that perfect place to stay when we come back to visit friends and family. The place was clean, had everything we needed and was right on the ocean. My wife enjoyed the amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even a black towel for make up removal. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, bowls and utensils I needed. I am happy when there is enough coffee to get through the first night, but here they had more than enough to get through our entire stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The place was well stocked and laid out nicely taking full advantage of the magnificent view. My only complaint was the bed was a bit too firm, but my wife thought it was perfect.

Upstairs apartment in a triplex. Building was fairly quiet depending on how stompy the other renters were. Couldn't get closer to the ocean if you wanted to. The apartment was VERY well stocked with kitchen tools and thoughtful treats left by the renting agency. Great location. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We loved the surprise basket of goodies! The location is perfect.You literally can’t get any closer to the ocean. Honestly I can’t wait to go back!

This location and space were a perfect fit for me and my daughter. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were very comfortable and the reading materiels were diverse, entertaining, and very useful. We were driving distance to so many things and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Ocean front, best location by pier in Pacifica! We had record breaking bad weather with 30 mph winds and 32° nighttime temp. Heater went out! Carlos, the property manager had space heaters delivered and the heater fixed ASAP. Unit had complete kitchen necessities plus welcome goodies waiting for us. Will definitely be back!

The place was exactly as described. If looking for a perfect place and or neighbor to chill for a few days. This is the place for you. The owner included some extras and complementary items that make this place a real value The Pacific Pier and ocean water across the street are relaxing. Unfortunately, I hate to also report on the negatives. Once the heater reached a certain temperature, the CO detector Alarm would ring every 1-3 minutes nonstop. This was alarming since this indicated a possible Carbon Monoxide issue. I reached out to the contact person for answers and or assistance (630p). Received feedback over an hour later and was told to move the CO detector relocate it to the bedroom and that the Gas Company would check the following day. I was able to get the CO detector to stop ringing by removing and placing in an open window. Lets just say the next day came and went I never received any type of feedback regarding the CO detector. I decided to leave two windows cracked to allow fresh air to circulate and address any fears CO exposure. Plus you know I never activated the heating unit again. There was also an issue with the bedroom room lights flickering when turned off . This concern was never addressed. I don't want to overshadow the positives but I wanted to be fully honest about my experience. T he positive far outweigh all of the listed negatives. You will enjoy your stay but be aware that there might be communication issues if you encounter any concerns. Kind Regards

This was one of our annual mother and daughter trips and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Great ocean views, great location and friendly neighborhood! Will be back for sure! (Also easy communication with property manager, parking and warm/welcoming hospitality!)

This property was cozy, clean and everything you could want for a couples or single stay. There was a basket of goodies waiting when we arrived including a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. You can clearly tell thought goes into each and every booking. The view was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I would highly recommend this property and visit again.

Perfect location with charming ambiance! We came earlier to CA for our son's wedding. The setup is excellent if you want something peaceful and romantic pick this place! Drove to and from S.F. and to Half Moon Bay with ease. Carlos was very welcoming and answered our questions and inquiries quickly. I love this funky town of Pacifica and your home! Nice place to stay. Great central location without the hustle and bustle of big city. We peeked at unit next door to us and thought it would be fun to bring more friends and stay there. Also met the owner. Such a nice guy. And also the local group of guys that met everyday at around 4 right in front of the place. Fun time!!!!

This was our first visit to Pacifica. It is a nice low-key coastal town. The perfect place to unwind. Some great beaches are a short drive to the south towards Half Moon Bay. If you want an early morning breakfast restaurant, try The Press down there. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the great view for every sunset. We messaged the host using the VRBO app with a small issue, but didn't get a response until following up with another message. Maybe text messaging would have been a better way to reach him, but I prefer to use the booking platform for communications. It was an excellent escape from routine and from the heat back home.

we enjoyed our stay at this great upstairs apartment that faces the ocean and is across the street from the pier with very easy access to the beach, hiking, golf, restaurants, and the grocery market. we parked the car and did not drive anywhere until it was time to leave. thank you Carlos & Brian!

This was a great place to stay for a few days right at the pier in Pacifica. It was super comfortable, decorated so well, great showerhead, clean, with a basket full of wonderful treats. I also appreciated access to the premium channel with the Roku stick. Even though the weather was not the best (windy and overcast part of the time) it was still a great place to enjoy the ocean and relaz. Pacifica is a small and comfortable area to hang out in as well. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is a older beachfront property with a great view of the ocean. It is located a stones throw to the pier in a quaint, quiet neighborhood, with the wonderful sound and breeze of the ocean to engulf the apartment. It has easy access to the freeway so getting to places in the Bay Area was convenient. The welcome basket was filled with all sort of goodies. There were also fresh coffee beans and a grinder for our morning cup of joe! We will definitely would recommend this property and plan on returning in the future.

I wish we never had to leave. We fell in love with Pacifica. It’s so much quieter compared to the San Fran area. It truly is a beach town and you can access everything you need by food. There were a few local gems for food & the views from almost every where were to die for!

This apartment is amazing. Aside from being clean and well equipped, the location is fantastic. We walked all over Pacifica and easily drove i to San Francisco. The bed is extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the locals are great. So many nice people!

We had the opportunity to split our stay between Neptune 2 ( an older property) and the luxury beachfront penthouse. Both are updated and offer a great location for exploring the coast and SFO. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome wine and goodies and clear entry instructions. Host was very responsive throughout our experience.

The location of this property is excellent, right across from the pier and a very short walk to the beach. Pacifica was also near enough to drive to the rest of the Bay Area.

This was a perfect getaway. We will definitely be staying here again. The communication was great. The location and amenities were perfect and welcome basket was the cherry on top.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend a quiet getaway. The view was spectacular, the sound of the waves, a gentle lullaby. Pacifica is close to the city, but feels like a completely different world. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was available and communicative. We would definitely book this unit again.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous, great layout, breathtaking views of the ocean and well appointed kitchen that made staying in easy. Carlos is a wonderful host, checking and check out were extremely easy and he was available to assist if there were any questions. This was just what we needed to rest, reset and reconnect. It was hard to leave.

We loved our stay at Neptune 2! We so enjoyed the basket of snacks and drinks after a long drive to get there. The place was perfect for the two of us, very clean with everything we could possibly need! The bed and the furniture was all very comfortable and we were able to watch TV and movies using the Roku player. The view of the ocean and the sound of the waves was mesmerizing and peaceful. I had a great time playing golf and we both enjoyed exploring the city and neighboring areas! So much fun!

I was really amazed at the Ocean Front property that I rented it was clean fully loaded and the snacks that were given to me upon arrival were absolutely amazing… Thank you so much will definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is quite and pleasant, but still close to grocery stores and hiking trails. Nice view of the ocean, the pier and the sunset. The apartment looks as advertised, and it is really cozy and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this adorable coastal apartment. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen where we prepared two lovely meals. We enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean from the breakfast nook and fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walking distance to many walking/hiking trails and right by a lovely coffee cafe. This place was everything we were looking for in a nice weekend getaway. Thanks so much!

This beautiful beachfront property was exactly what we expected and more. The crashing waves provided a meditative background to the experience of being in this lovely space. The ocean is literally right out the front door and watching waves catch pedestrians provided for entertaining people watching. The apartment space is bright, cheery and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook if that is desired. With shelter in place still in effect the ability to bring our food and cook in was wonderful. Plenty of hiking is accessible right from the property up the coast and even further. We explored the Sweeny Ridge trail and were treated to beautiful views of both the Pacific Ocean and the SF Bay. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful space, we will be back for sure!
