Nice stay great pool.

This home was as advertised, if not better! Just a short walk to the beach, this house has it all. The home theater was perfect for some rest and downtime. The pool is perfectly situated for sun and shade throughout the day. All accommodations were just perfect. Highly recommend this home as well as the SPI Rental group for service and ease of check-in and check-out procedures.

The house Exceeded our expectations. Had everything you need from cooking to barbecuing and swimming to having fun. You all thought of everything the house was well equipped. Thank you for the awesome vacation.

I rented the House for my parent's 50th wedding celebration. Upon arriving and settling in, we noticed the upstairs a/c was not working. I contacted maintenance, and within 20 minutes the a/c was restored. The home's wifi was intermittent; therefore, the theater room's projector was not working. All in all the home was beautiful and I appreciate the rental company for being prompt on the issue regarding the air conditioner. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. Multiple bathrooms is a plus. 3 full and 2 1/2 baths. I wish this space accommodated more sleepers. The huge movie room could easily be a bedroom and better use of space (imo). The only negative was the master bath shower did not have hot water, so we thought. We called maintenance and on the last night of our stay they came and investigated. It was crossed lines and took a while to heat. We were inconvenienced the majority of our stay and had to share bathrooms which we were trying to avoid by choosing this place.

This house is just beautiful! My family enjoyed our stay very much. The house has very tall ceilings and felt very open with lots of room. It is decorated so perfectly! The pool, hot tub, and theatre room were awesome. We loved that the beach was so close too. Before check-in, you get a list of everything that’s provided and suggestions on what to bring. A few things that I think would make this rental even more fantastic are: a beach wagon, a cooler, beach towels, a few more bath towels, and heavier/thicker blankets on the upstairs beds. I would definitely love stay at this rental again! :)

This house was amazing and spacious. The only problem was the lower bedroom with 2 beds was too far away from the master and our 8 and 12 year old didn’t feel comfortable sleeping that far away from us. Other than that we would love to stay here again!

The property could be very nice but it was dirty and the rugs were filthy. Dishes were put in cupboards dirty, floors had to be cleaned by us right away as they were gritty. Patio doors were about impossible to slide and screens doors were junk, couldn't even use. Pool was cleaned upon arrival but we stayed for a month and they didn't come back to clean until I asked as there was a huge buildup of algae, it was gross. The hot water heater worked off and on and did not get fixed until right before we left, despite almost daily contact with them to complain. They were responsive but I don't feel as though I should have to be calling maintenance every day on vacation. Bed linens were dingy, stained and not in any way nice. I've stayed in cheap motels that had better pillows and sheets. Great location but when traffic hit a drain in the road it made an ungodly noise which was very hard to sleep through. Internet had to be fixed as that didn't work, it just seemed like there was always something that didn't work. Also, if you do plan on staying here plan on going shopping right away for necessities as they don't have anything for you. No salt or pepper or even a starter for coffee. The pans are peeling cheap Teflon, I wouldn't use them they were so bad. Spending a few hundred dollars would bring this place up to what it could be.

We enjoyed this property so much! The theater room was great - especially when the weather wasn't that nice. We could see the ocean from our bedroom window. The property management group was very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Location!! You are right by the beach, just walk across the. Street and bam, there it is. We took our 3 kids (ages 11, 9 & 7) to SPI and it did not disappoint. This Vacation Rental was everything and more. We were in the pool and hot tub daily after our time at the beach. Plenty of space. Home theater is so neat for when it’s late and time to relax after all the sights. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in perfect location. We loved the house and had a great time… super close to beach, well decorated, great pool, and a tremendous view of the ocean from the master bedroom. The SPI Rental team was great to work with and made our stay very comfortable

Thank you so much for having this beautiful home available for travelers! It far exceeded what we look for in a rental. We loved the high ceilings and adorable beach decor in every room! We especially enjoyed watching movies on the theater screen in comfy recliner chairs and twinkling stars overhead! The private pool and spa provided the perfect retreat! Finally, the close proximity to the beach was Awesome! We walked the beach every morning as it was just a short walk across the street. We will definitely be back to SPI and we will be requesting this same house!

Beautiful home. Excellent Location. Exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the theater and the pool. The adults loved the hot tub and balcony with the ocean views. Close to everything but quiet and lovely.

Great location, spacious, and movie theater is a plus. The shutters in the master bedroom don't close properly which can be an issue if sensitive to light to sleep.

The home had so much space with a beautiful layout. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, loved the private pools and short walk to the beach was as plus. We will definitely be booking this property again. Only thing I had issues with was the dryer you have to keep pressing the start button but aside from that it's a perfect beach rental.

I’ve stayed at many homes at South Padre Island, but this home has by far been the best! The beach access is right across the street and you can see the home from there and from the home balcony’s you can see the beach. The pool and theatre room are amazing and just a perfect place to really get away. The check in and check out process was fast, easy, and professional. I would recommend this home 100%!

It was easy to check in and easy to get to. The house was a perfect size for our family. We had a great time. The location was amazing being right across from the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a hard time at first with the media room but we got it working after calling the front desk a couple times. We would recommend having a bed without a footboard where the twin beds are for taller people. Also the alarms for the pool area was great but it should have a longer time to be off before it starts going off again. We really enjoyed it and if we ever go back to South Padre Island we will definitely stay there again.

Loved staying at this house, it is beautiful, the private pool is great, the Theater room was great for after a long day, the house is located across the street from a public beach access which made it easy for walks to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

This house was the highlight of our stay. The pool and hot tub were great. As mentioned in other reviews only one can be heated at a time, but that was enough for us. There were a few pool and beach toys. No beach towels, but we knew that before coming. My kids knew how to work the Roku system so we had no trouble streaming. The location was great. If we came back to south padre, we would definitely stay here again!

Awedome house... great location..a few steps from the beach. SPI rentals had great communication throughout our stay. Will definitely be going back.

It is a lovely home with very easy access onto the beach. The home had everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. Although larger than we needed, it is an amazing property. We even took advantage of the hot tub on a couple of occasions. We enjoyed the home theater more than we expected, but it would have been helpful if there were directions on how to access the system to it's full potential. We're looking forward to going back to South Padre Island in the future and hope to stay at East Saturn again!

This is a mixed review: in regard to the property itself I would give it 5 stars, however in regards to the management company 1 Star. The facilities themselves are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location, though along Gulf Blvd is private and not too loud. Being directly across from the beach, close to shopping and bus stop is convenient. The pool and hot tub worked well. The theater room is fun. I have a hard time believing this home would sleep more than 6 people. The property management does not take the few extra steps to make this property five stars. We were told we would be told if the property was ready before the 4 pm check in (which it clearly was as no one was present cleaning or maintaining) but they did not. The ice maker has clearly been broken for over a year based on reviews; fix it for goodness sake. The stock of basic supplies is lacking: no kitchen dish clothes, hand soap is not provided in every bathroom, only 2 garbage bags were provided for a week stay, more kitchen utensils (such as an extra baking sheet, an ice cream scoop, more silverware) are needed, pool towels, and extra shower towels. For the nightly rate providing these basic supplies seems the least they could provide.

We truly enjoyed this property. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We got to enjoy the pool, the hot tub and especially the home theater. We would book this place again in the future if we go back to South Padre Island.

The moment I saw the pictures of this property, I knew this was the one that would make our 4 night getaway absolutely perfect. Beautiful home and honestly we didn't think we would spend much time in the movie theater but boy were we wrong. The end of the nights were spent relaxing under the twinkling star ceiling. Thanks for making our time away wonderful.

We loved staying at this property! It is right across the street from the beach. Everything was clean. We didn't see any bugs. The spacious kitchen was perfect for making dinner. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids! It was the perfect vacation, and I cannot wait to come back!

This was our second year staying at this house. Still a wonderful location and a gorgeous house but there were several issues this year. The master shower did not drain well at all. Leaving you standing in about 4 inches of water by the end of your shower. One of the master sink faucets was completely lose. Two of the cabinets in the kitchen wouldn't stay closed. The ice maker didn't work. One of the smoke detectors went off two nights in a row. Pool and hot tub were nice but you can not have both heated at the same time.

This was a fantastic property to spend a working week at. The property was clean and well maintained and the rental company was on top of things and very responsive. I would stay here again.

The house was incredible. Much nicer accommodations than we usually have on our trips to South Padre (as opposed to the typical SPI beach house), with plenty of space for our group of 5. The house was well kept and parking in the garage was a plus. Theatre room was a bonus and made watching the game on Saturday perfect. The pool and hot tub were easy to operate and the ideal way to end long days on the beach. Impressive views from the master bedroom and a literal stone's throw to the beach. SPI Rentals was very easy to work with as well. We will definitely book this house again on our next trip.

Although the house itself was nice, only the bare necessities were available in the kitchen. The pots and pans were in terrible condition. The second bedroom is advertised as a queen, but is only a double. There were no instructions on how to work anything in the house. You are on your own when it comes to working the TV, cable, spa, media room, etc. SPI could use some employee training. We arrived 3 hours early and stopped by the office to let them know we were in town early. The young lady checked us in and when she went to get the key, a man came back and said the house still needed to be inspected and they would text me when we could get in the house. At 4:00 (which is the normal check in time) I still had not heard from the office, so we went there to see if it was ready. We we promptly given the keys. Upon arriving at the house, we had to call the office several time…there were no towels in the second bedroom or kitchen, the spa was broken and an electrician would need to be called the next day and the ice maker didn't work. My question to SPI is “who does your inspections?” Apparently they skipped this house. If you didn't want us to check in until 4, just say that. Don't make up a story about an inspection when it's obvious that wasn't the case.
