It was great to be walkable distance from the main beach area and restaurants. The host - Nick - communicated well prior to arrival and was very responsive during our stay. Having two bathrooms and ability to access Netflix etc. was a plus for our group.

What a great location, we have rented in the area before, this place is the best location, so close to beach and downtown shops, but quiet. Overall the house is great, but could use some TLC. Rusty front door, rotten porch rail, dirty couch cushions. The kitchen has basics, but could use some additional cookware pots/pans. 1/2 Master shower wasn’t working. But what a fun shower it is. Beds were on soft side and very cozy. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!! We could walk to the beach or relax by the river. Short walk to great food and short drive to everything else. Nick was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing time on our vacation! The house was in a perfect location for us to walk to anything we needed - beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was the perfect place to have a relaxing beach vacation! The host was also very helpful in providing a local area guide with lots of fun ideas for things to do.

We were blessed to stay at this property over Christmas. Even though the weather didn't cooperate as much as desired, we were able to put puzzles together, watch movies, and find restaurants open for the holiday.... just enjoying family time, so we never got bored!

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. Nick was wonderful with sharing local places to visit, it was extremely easy to check in, and we had a wonderful stay. The house is located within an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Right across the street is a wonderful dock where you can fish. We caught quite a few fish and really enjoyed the dock. The house is in a quiet area so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. However, It is close to everything and is within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back when we visit Cocoa Beach.

This property was amazing for our stay on cocoa beach. Everything was clean and just as described. The short, few blocks walk to the beach was fantastic and there are many shops and restaurants that are an easy walk too. Nick was good and timely at communicating. We had a great stay!

Our Family had a great stay here. The house was very clean and well organized. We saw dolphins and manatee either from the dock or while paddleboarding and boating the canals each day. Also it is a quick walk to the beach and resturants in town. A great place to stay.

Nick’s place was great for our family stay. We were able to play on the beach (using the equipment we rented from A1A Outfitters that Nick recommended) and had a blast! And watched a blast too! We got to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center which is not a far drive from Nick’s place. He also messaged us on launch day to let us know it was happening and that we could see it from the beach 2 blocks down the road from his place or from the balcony at the house. Nick was quick to respond to our inquiries! We recommend staying at the Surf House!

This vacation home was the perfect choice for our family. Everything we needed was provided including thoughtful details like laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, body wash, and even a beach chair and sand toys for the kids. The unit was very comfortable, plenty of space for the four of us, and the master bath has some luxurious touches (oversized rain shower heads ) which we appreciated. All beds were comfortable and provided good rest. Our host Nick was very responsive and provided a very thoughtful digital guide which contained all of the details we needed (operation of appliances, area restaurant recommendations, checkout process, and more all in one place for easy reference). The unit is an easy 3 block walk from the beach and even though we visited during a busy spring break period, crowds were very thin on this stretch of beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch to unwind both in the mornings and evenings. 5 Stars!

We had a great stay at this townhouse! It was so close to the beach….very easy walk and the beach entrance was easy to access and was not crowded….even during Spring Break. The property was just as advertised and very clean. We loved the master bathroom shower. It had a cute lil backyard and a hammock to enjoy the weather when we weren’t at the beach. We flew in so we really appreciated that there were beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards to use. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He welcomed us, checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and bid us farewell when we left. He answered all our questions promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this property and would rebook if we’re ever back in the area. Thanks Nick for hosting! You have a great property!

This premium location is topped off with outstanding views off Rocket launches right from the Deck .Amazing communication with Nick the host, the surf was a breeze and got glass conditions on last day with a Space X blast back home! Thanks Nick

Rent this house! It has everything you need to feel at home and it is so clean! On the first floor there is a backyard that is fenced in with a hammock, a screened in porch, a half bath, a huge great room with living and dining, a functional kitchen with brand new appliances, cleaning supplies, some spices and condiment, a garage, and upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is huge with a private balcony and an amazing spa bath with dial rainfall showers, 2 sinks, a jetted tub with a spray shower and a toilet. The beach is 3 blocks away and there are numerous restaurants about 4 blocks north. Nick is very responsive, great host! Rent this house, you will not be disappointed.

The townhouse was conveniently located to everything. 5 min. walk to the beach. The dock was nice to have for the grandkids to fish and watch the manatee. The owner kept in communication to make sure we didn't miss any upcoming events. The family had a great time and want to return again real soon.

Cute place with an AMAZING master bathroom, 5 min walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds and enough room for multiple couples or children. All the basic amenities, but no extras. Not a problem being in town, very easy to pick up anything forgotten or needed. Host is very responsive to messages and was very accommodating to an hour early check in. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Would love to visit again!!

This was by far the most feeling at home place I ever had the pleasure of renting. The neighbors are quite and very peaceful. I felt right at home. The master bed was amazing. My spouse loved how comfy the whole bed was as in bed, pillows and blanket. Felt like cloud nine lol. Easy check in, easy check out as well as the house is supplied with beach and fishing stuff. Has games for family and friends to entertain. Two blocks from the beach. Definitely will be coming back and staying here again. 5 stars all around. Thank you nick again.

Excellent! Exactly as described, clean, plenty of room for 6 people, cold a/c, plenty of hot water for showers, great amenities in the house, close to all the action. Honestly, felt like home.

The house was perfect for my family. It has nice amenities, is well taken care of, and is in a great location. I especially appreciated the guidebook created by the house and how easy it was to get in touch with him. We had a lot of fun and would definitely stay again!

Cute and spacious in a great location. Was there with 2 other couples and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone to not feel crowded. The beach close to the house is very nice. My husband saw a dolphin in the channel across from the house on our first morning.

The house was perfect. Stocked with all appliances, cleaning, and first aid kits! Very peaceful area. You could walk to the beach and to the village with in no time. Could not have asked for a better vacation’
