Lots of fun summer activities. Nice lake and river access. Large grassy yard. Does not sleep more than 15. 5 actual beds, plus couches. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit. Girls used hot tub. Several played pool and games in game room. We stayed 5 nights in July and brought our boat. Kids wanted more time.

The property is amazing. Many options for large group. Plenty of bathrooms and we found it easy to feed 16 people. The property is right on the river with a great dock for swimming and kayaking.

This is a beautiful property. The owners have done an amazing job making sure there are plenty of supplies, appliances, games, Bedding, and more. The layout is perfect for 4 couples or a few families. There are no bunk beds or extra beds outside a few couches, so we had to buy 8 air mattresses to accommodate our group of 20, but that is to be expected with a large group. I just love that we didn't have to run to the store for all the necessities. Everything was provided and abundant! The fire pit, boat dock, huge lawn, grills, chairs, and games made this place a top future family destination. Highly recommended.

Reserved this property for a small sibling family reunion. Having a Flathead County boat launch next door and use of the dock for my boat was great. There were enough activities to keep all the cousins occupied, and the adults as well.

This was the perfect place for our family and friends to stay during wedding week! Absolutely beautiful!!

The cabana down by the water is great. We spent all of our time there.

We had a group of 8 family members and had a wonderful time. We visited the town of big fork, whitefish and Kalispel on our trip. We also spent a day on flathead lake. Just a great spot to reach a lot of places very quickly. Very remote area once you are there. The only thing that was a minor nuisance was the public boat launch next door. Most of the time, you didn’t notice. We had a little partying happening on Saturday during our stay. Nothing too disruptive but with noting for others. 9/10 stars in my opinion.

This was a great property for our four families. Plenty to keep all the kids occupied while the parents relaxed. The boat dock was great and just a quick ten minute boat ride to the lake.

I celebrated by 50th birthday here with a group of 16 friends and family and the location is very beautiful on the water with magical sunsets. The yard and flowers are kept up well and the house was clean. The location near bigfork and Glacier National park worked well for us. We hiked, river rafted, went horse back riding and enjoyed the local surroundings. Communication with the property managers was quick and they responded to concerns about the sink and garbage disposal immediately. We had an amazing time. I would say its a bit tight sleeping 16 people here. For those sleeping in the loft, couch and game room there was less privacy, and no doors. Also, the site says there are 9 beds but there are really only 8, as one is an couch that does not fold out into a bed. This is fine for younger kids, but not really for an adult. Also, the neighbors dont like any noise. We were gone most of the time enjoying nature, but they asked us to be more quiet (9pm on a Friday) when we were playing soccer out on the lawn.

We had a wonderful time staying with family on the lake. We had everything we needed, just wished foe more time there.

This is a fabulous property. We started out with 10 but other family members were able to get time off and we ended up with 16! The property and location are spectacular. We didn't use the nearby restaurants because of Covid-19 but the choices are great. We recommend this property without reservation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities were great, the renovated cabana is darling…game room, kayaks and life vests, volleyball….our group of 14 was very comfortable.

Highly recommend this property. There is so much room and everyone had their space. Newly removed and you couldn’t ask for more toys and game room provided!

Our stay was excellent. Our only issue was that the small cabins next to the river were extremely hot, but this had a lot to do with the heat wave that came through during our stay. The host was nice enough to drop off a couple fans that got us through.

My wife and five of our children and 10 grandchildren had a perfect week enjoying the open spaces of the property and the riverside dock and river activities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This property was absolutely perfect for a 20 person family vacation! Beautiful location and perfect lodging for our family. My only concerns were communication with property manager, neighbors complaining about kids making noise during daytime hours (not during quiet hours) and lawn service. Property manager wrote me a very rude message when I did not respond to their messages as I was not on my email as it was my family vacation. I misunderstood the pet policy (we only paid for 1 pet when we had 2) and the property managers response to my misunderstanding was extremely rude and upsetting. The lawn maintenance was supposed to come on Tuesday so we prepared the lawn to get all items out of their way. But instead they came on Wednesday during dinner time without warning and mowed/trimmed while we were grilling and eating outdoors. We met the property owner and he was very kind and had a pleasant interaction. He was very clear that he wanted us to be enjoying the property. But unfortunately, we will not be renting this property again due to the interaction with property management. I made mistakes in understanding a policy and was not readily available via email but I don’t believe I deserved a very rude message that was extremely upsetting to me which negatively impacted the last day of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing spot on Flathead River. The property is everything you could ask for and more. We had all ages in our group and fun was had by all! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to come back and stay again.
