This was the perfect place for us. Close to everything we wanted to do. Whole process was very easy with great communication.

Bedding was off the master bed when we arrived and piled on the floor in the room. Thankfully we found extra bedding to use in the closet but it was unfortunate to arrive late at night and want to sleep only to have to spend time making a bed.

We had a great family stay and enjoyed zion. What a great experience. We had a minor issue with the sofa bed but nothing to stop us from having a great weekend. The pool was a bonus. Also near the freeway and not far from any stores. I will gladly stay again soon.

The rental was beautiful! Incredibly clean and decorated wonderfully:) The customer service of the property managers was above and beyond! They helped return valuable items left upon departure. So grateful for all of their wonderful communication!

The place was perfect - it was halfway between Sand Hollow and St. George, and right along the bike route. Very comfortable with all the things you would expect and need … plus a few extras, like power strips in the living room to accommodate everyone’s phone chargers. In addition to the wonderful home away from home, the customer service was amazing - helping with questions in advance of the trip and checking in with us to make sure all was good. Definitely thumbs up! Highly recommended.

I loved the property!! Has big rooms and just about everything you need inside. The only issue we had is they promote the pool with a waterfall going into it and it doesn’t exist! But called the property manager and she was vary quick to come to a solution. I didn’t like that we weren’t allowed to put the thermostat below 72 degrees!!! The beds were great. Kitchen needs tongs for the BBQ. But overall a great experience.

The house was not cleaned well when we arrived. There was garbage outside the front door, the linens had hairs and stains on them, and the floor had not been cleaned. Long story short, we called and they had someone come right away and clean everything, which was nice. They were very quick to respond, which is why we would recommend staying there again. I feel like the place would be good, but maybe the cleaner was not. The rental place was great to deal with. My kids loved the pool and the house was big and roomy. The WIFI was a little slow, but I was still able to get my work done.

Great Southern Utah Vacation
My children and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Retreat on Coral Ridge. The house was clean and well stocked. There is a lot of room to spread out. The community is great with a heated pool and a quiet neighborhood. There’s a playground on site as well. Located close to all attractions in the area. We can’t wait to go back.

My family enjoyed staying in this spacious house. There were toys for my kids, board games, a well stocked kitchen with children kitchenware, plenty of towels, pool toys. Would definitely recommend staying here again. Close enough to Zion and other trails nearby.

Newbie here and the whole process was very simple, very professional from locating the perfect, spotless and exactly what was needed location along with the accommodations. My great grand kids were so surprised to see toys and books, their faces lit up as if it was Christmas morning. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet and easy access from the freeway. Great experience and would have no problem staying at any Red Rock Rental!!

New Mattress Needed
Mattress in master bedroom was bad. Sags in middle and like sleeping on a U. Other than townhouse is nice, well furnished and pleasant stay.

Great layout!
We have stayed at Coral Ridge before, but this unit has a great layout with lots of room. It was nice to have multiple spaces for downtime. Our kids loved the space. Each bedroom having a bathroom was very nice when getting ready.
Our biggest frustration was the one sided rental contract that we could not review until we had booked our non-refundable rental. We likely would have booked anyway but the rental contract listed an additional fee for insurance that was not on the original booking. It would have been nice to preview that before being locked into a non-refundable situation.
