Beautiful accomodation close to fantastic restaurants and short walk to bathing house. Clare was fantastic to deal with. Only tiny issue is doona is very thin for hepburn winter, I realise there is a heater but I prefer not to have a heater on overnight for comfort and noise. Winter doona and it would be perfection. Highly recommend cottage.

Loved the property, very relaxing, had everything we needed and a gorgeous back yard which was tranquil and relaxing. Right near the main road so very easy to get around. Definitely recommend it!

The property was just fabulous and very user-friendly. The beds were super comfortable. Everything that one needs for a short stay was at the property. The location was perfect to access all the entertainment and other amenities. We had a wonderful time.
The only thing which stressed me out was the gaping hole in the hedge in the front yard, which my dog discovered in an instant and escaped onto the road.

Lovely sized self contained cottage for a few nights away with the family including our dog. Walking distance to main road and restaurants. It was winter but the heating was excellent! Would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Hepburn Springs. A really nice and comfortable cottage to stay in, in a great location.

The cottage is comfortable and well equipped.
It was 13 degrees when we arrived at the cottage and we were freezing. There were no matches to light the fire and no instructions on how to operate the heating system. We rang Clare and she told me where the control for the heating was but when I turned it on the batteries were flat. Clare arrived within the half hour with new batteries. The place heated quickly so all was good.
The only thing I would suggest would be two bedside tables with lamps in the bedrooms so both people can read in bed and of course some matches for the fire.
Overall I would happily stay there again

The cottage was just delightful.
It was beautifully clean and well presented.
We felt so comfortable.
Our two little dogs loved the outside deck and their walks along the lovely quiet street.
Despite its quiet location it is so close to lovely restaurants and shops. Perfect.
We loved Wariin Cottage and would return without hesitation.
Clare was always available to answer any queries we had.

This was our 2nd time at the cottage, loved our stay. Pet friendly and so comfortable and our fur babies enjoyed the courtyard this time as it was beautiful weather. Great location, quiet street and Clare was a dream to deal with- we will be back! X

The cottage was just beautiful. There was every possible amenity. It was a very short walk to the Springs, and to the cafes and restaurants. Clare is a very attentive host, who provided lots of good advice. What more could you ask for?

Enjoyed 6 nights here with my greyhound. The cottage is warm and the nearby walks are lovely. Facilities great and excellent communication with owner. Well set up with everything kitchen wise and wonderful yummy fare at local markets and gourmet places in Daylesford. Highly recommend a meal at Frank and Connies too. Recommend for anyone looking for a bit of country quiet.

Lovely little cottage in Hepburn!
Thank you so much for allowing us to spend our honeymoon at such a lovely little property! There are plenty of things to do in Hepburn and this place is close to all of it including some nice wineries nearby! Clare was extremely helpful with suggestions as to where to go and her communication was great! Thanks again and will definitely recommend as a private retreat to any couple wishing to get away from city life for a few days!

We had a great time at Warin cottage, it was very relaxing and perfectly suited to bring our young baby boy and dog. Close to restaurants and the springs, in a great location too!

Peaceful and idyllic cottage in the heart of Hepburn Springs
Lovely quiet location just a few minutes walk to Hepburn Springs Reserve and the General Store. The peaceful and well maintained cottage was well equipped, private and boasted a lovely front garden. It was a perfect getaway for our family of four and pet.
Clare was a pleasure to converse with, too. She went above and beyond and included lots of thoughtful touches, such as dog treats for our spoodle, Coco. Thank you.

Warm getaway for those cold weekends
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the Wariin Cottage.
The location is great, in walking distance to the main road with shops, cafes, restaurants and day spas.
It was a cold and wet weekend but the cottage was so warm and cozy that we did not want to leave.
The cottage was so beautiful on the inside with plenty plenty of space, is well furnished and was surprisingly modern.
We would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a place to stay in Hepburn springs.

Perfect
Clean, cosy, welcoming and warm, Wariin Cottage provided our little family with the perfect place to call 'home' during our stay in Hepburn Springs for our weekend getaway.
A perfect location too; a short walk to Hepburn Springs Main Rd (and fantastic eateries), park land and day spas meant we could leave the car at 'home'.
All in all, a perfect weekend, the only problem was having to leave. We'll be booking again, but next time it will be for longer!!!

A pet friendly dream
Wariin Cottage is just holiday perfection, especially if you have doggos. Perfectly private, beautifully styled and tucked away in one of the most beautiful parts of Hepburn Springs. We were able to walk to the Hepburn Bathing House and the Hepburn Pool sacred watering hole. Just relaxing in the cottage was a pleasure in itself - with a stunning deck built around an old apple tree which sparkles with fairy lights at night, and there's a beautiful freestanding bath and touch screen backlit mirrors in the very glamorous bathroom. Love to come back, this place is a little bit of magic in spa country.

Perfect cottage in great location
We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous cottage and were sad to leave. It is well set up with everything you may need during you stay, the location is perfect and the place has a relaxing vibe. Definitely recommend for your next Hepburn springs getaway.
