Scott and Myla's condo is exactly as described. Incredibly clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need while you are staying and are available should you need anything else. Shipyard is peaceful and quiet. We played a couple of rounds at the Shipyard Golf Course and found it very enjoyable! I have no hesitations recommending this property!!

What a wonderful stay - and the happiest of holidays. Over the years we have stayed regularly on the Island. This year we wanted to share the holidays with our adult children near the beach. Scott and Myla’s home was beautifully decorated and clean! The cleanest, neatest condo we have ever rented - spacious and well laid out and stocked with everything we could need. We were able to tuck right in and get ready for Christmas. A wonderful surprise - our host invited us to arrive the night before! My daughter and I arrived and set up and decorated the little tree we brought and put the gifts underneath. When my husband and son arrived the next morning they found the tree lit and the fireplace ablaze. The time we spent at the Pickleball court (a two minute stroll from the condo) and morning and night beach walks added to a bright and happy holiday. We’ll be back!

Beautiful, up to date condo with so many amenities. Very on point home owners. It’s very apparent they want your experience to be as great as it can be. Great visit!

This place was perfect for our stay. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are much closer. Some of the locals told us that we arrived at one of the busiest times on the island. But this Villa in Shipyard was still peaceful despite the crowds in surrounding areas. Scott and Myla were super responsive before and during our trip and their Villa was spotless. We have rented several VRBO's in the past. This is the first one that felt like home.

Everything about this condo was spectacular. We’ve been staying at different rentals for 20 years and many of them have been great, but I think this one was the cleanest and provided the most “extras”. We appreciated the beach gear, since it made less packing from home for us. Owners were so responsive and accommodating. The decor is updated and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend! This condo and it’s owners are super! Communication throughout the process from start to finish was fast, accurate and considerate. It’s truly a pleasure to speak directly to the owners. The condo is everything the pictures show and more. Elegant, clean and well appointed. We can’t wait to book it again!

We had a great stay. Highlights: Condo was clean and comfortable. Owners were great at communicating all instructions. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to tennis courts and pool. Golf also close by. Easy drive and park at the beach if you arrived early morning or mid/late afternoon. We found it too far of a walk for us to get to the beach with our younger children and all the gear we had. Location is an easy bike ride to many areas including the beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo included beach chairs and umbrella which was very helpful.

Property is just as described. Beautifully decorated and very clean, our family was quite at home here during our week on HHI. Thanks so much!

We had a really great experience at this condo. The owner went above and beyond in providing excellent communication from the initial booking through our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and well-taken care of. We loved having beach parking access which was so convenient. Would definitely enjoy staying there again!

Our family of 4 had the best vacation in Scott and Myla's lovely condo! We've stayed in Shipyard Plantation a few times (and another Evian condo) and vacationed in HHI 4 times. By far, this condo has been our favorite! It had everything we needed and more! The decor is beautiful and the condo is set up perfectly! It's close to the pool and a short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. Before our arrival, Scott and Myla's communication was stellar! We've never had the level of communication with an owner/host like we did with them. They are detailed and kind, and make sure you will have a wonderful vacation! I hope we get to visit again next year! Highly recommend!!

Nice extras and clean. A rolling cart for the beach would be helpful as it’s a fairly long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Scott and Myla provided exceptional communication from start to finish. The only issue is the very limited parking at the beach requiring 7:30 am arrival to park during peak season. A shuttle is provided for overflow parking.

Scott was great with communication. He was in touch with us early and often. The property was beautiful. Some properties look thrown together. This unit was truly well decorated. Everything complemented the other items, all the way down to the coasters. Perfect home away from home.

This was our best stay yet on HHI! The property exceeded our expectations and Scott and Myla were excellent communicators. We are hoping our dates work out to stay in this condo in the future.

Scott and Myla have the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Centrally located, yet feels many miles away from the excitement of Coligny beach area. We enjoyed the Evian pool, tennis courts, and the villa is an easy bike ride to the beach. The villa was perfectly clean upon arrival and appointed with anything and everything we could need for our beach vacation. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

This was a well-appointed perfect beach get away for our Thanksgiving time away from home. It was a tranquil quiet time for us. The kitchen was stock with every tool you needed to prepare food. It was very clean. Would could not have asked for a better place to visit.

Comfortable, stylish and well-equipped property. Close to tennis and pool our stay was in the winter. Shipyard beach access is a <5 min bike ride. Scott was super responsive and helpful. Shipyard community is pretty and well maintained but a bit challenging to navigate.

It was so incredibly comfortable! Loved the sectional in the living room and the master bed and bath was so wonderful and luxurious. The updates to this villa were done so tastefully, I took notes for future decorating ideas. The walk to the beach was short and peaceful at this time of year. The owners were so accommodating - letting us in early because it was ready. Highly recommend this property to others!!

We have been to Evian in Shipyard many times. However, Scott and Myla’s place surpasses any other unit in this department. This place has been totally redone and reenvisioned. to perfection. This was our first time visiting Hilton head and I found this condo located in the Evian / Shipyard community to be accessible to everything, a beautiful setting, and great amenities. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family of four. We will be back!

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Absolutely equipped with everything a family needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Super clean and comfortable … we will make this our top choice whenever we return to HHI. Hosts were very helpful and very easy to communicate with.
