We chose this place because it was 2 blocks from my sister-in-law. The property itself is in a great location and walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. We even made a big dinner with the full kitchen and utensils. We plan on staying here again the next time we visit. Highly recommended!

My wife and I spent a long weekend for Memorial Day at this property. The unit is very well built and designed. We were very pleased with it. Especially liked all the security and the availability of beach cruiser bikes in the garage. We actually didn’t rent a car and just rode bikes all weekend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Pacific beach for many years and this accommodation has been by far the best. It’s was just as the pictures showed. It’s extremely clean and well cared for. The unit was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed was so comfortable. We used the bikes everyday. Location was fantastic. Located in a quite, safe neighborhood. Close to my two favorite stores, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s. It’s a short walk to the inner Mission Bay. I would highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay again when we return. The rental agent was also prompt at returning any inquiries.

This property has everything you can want or need. Beach towels, bikes, wagon, volleyballs, boogie boards, washer/dryer. It is in a great location, close to the bay and the ocean, grocery store, and plenty of great restaurants. The only difficulty we had was parking. Street parking was a challenge in the evenings. Quiet, clean, and safe for a girls trip with my daughter. Otherwise, this is a great place!!

One problem for me was we were here visiting family and I asked to have a few couples over for dinner and the answer was a no.
Because of this I may not rent here again. I would like the ability for my family to visit me and where I am staying while visiting.

My husband & I enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely place while we visited San Diego. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The owner’s instructions made it easy to get to and access. Our plane was delayed and we arrived quite late and the place felt like a home away from home . Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had absolutely everything you needed. The neighborhood was very quiet . Loved having bikes to use and ride along the beautiful pathways close by. Wish we could have stayed longer !!

Great place to stay if want to spend time at the beach
Great property to stay at. Everything was ready, clean and easily accessible. Very comfortable overall. You have everything you would expect from this type of rental.
Only negative is the parking. Must park on the street and on weekends it might be difficult to find a spot. Wasn’t a deal breaker but you may have to park a block or more away. If you’re spending most of your time at the beach it’s not a problem because it’s not a long walk.
I’m very happy with our stay and would do it again if the opportunity arose.

Quiet in San Diego
I felt safe on the property and I was pleased that the neighborhood was quiet. I wanted to be a little bit away from the shore and this was perfect. The bicycles were a definite bonus. I used one of the bikes quite a bit. The brakes need a little tune up but otherwise it was a good bike. Glad I found this location. I had some questions along the way and Tammie was able to help me.

Quiet place
We enjoyed our San Diego vacay in June. The rental was quiet, the kitchen was spacious, and it was a comfortable place to stay. We used the beach bikes every day and it was a perk to have them. The street parking wasn't our favorite part cuz the street fills up fast, but we were pretty lucky to find parking close to the house most of the time. The beach is my happy place and it was the exact medicine I needed.

Loved this rental! Super clean and perfect location for us as our daughter lives a block away. Bicycles a big plus! Only negative which really isn’t a big deal but in listing it said shampoo and soap included along with laundry detergent. None were provided. Again a small issue but I purposely did not pack them due to listing. Otherwise, fantastic rental! Would definitely revisit this place!

MISSION BAY VILLA
☆☆☆☆☆The location and condition of this rental is absolutely perfect. Only 2 blocks from Mission Bay and about 5 blocks from Pacific Beach. Rental has everything you need to feel at home. I was booked for 4 days and needed to book a 5th, I reached out to the property manager and they were right on top of getting me reserved another night. Absolutely great service! It's a very comfortable and quiet area with lots to do within walking distance, the bikes in the garage are a huge plus. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Fantastic spot
I stayed for over a week while working remotely and this place was great. Didn't need to rent a car. 3 minute walk to the bay, 10 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to a grocery store. It's quiet and private and much bigger than it looks in the pictures!

The apartment seemed "brand new" and was lovely, clean, had all the amenities. It also had the advantage of being a short distance to both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach. Lovely neighborhood also.

Memorable Stay
This place was perfect for our stay. It was quiet, had an open space layout with everything you could need while traveling. The location was great for walking to the beach and central to other areas. It’s hard not to love it when I got engaged in the living room! I’ll definitely be back.

We were so happy with our stay here. Great location with walking distance to bay and ocean. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe with the locked gates. Actual living space was newly remodeled, up to date and immaculate. Loved the little extras of bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Incredible location and new house
This newly renovated house is perfect for a couple. It’s in a great location in PB and fully stocked with everything you need. Having A/C was crucial and is not the standard in PB. You share a courtyard with another unit but the firepit and outdoor shower were crucial. Honestly may just consider this place if staying when visiting PB again. 10/10 would recommend
