Clean, easy, well appointed, would recommend to everyone!!

Couldn’t have been any better. We had the entire family stay with 8 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. Very spacious with a bathroom for every BR. The front porch overlooking the park and bay was a hit. We spent 80% of our time on the front porch visiting and watching time pass. Parking was never an issue with 3 cars. You could easily park 5-6 cars with no issues. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice home. Only issues were 1 not being able to get any of the local stations on TV 2 getting hot water in upstairs bath. It was corrected quickly

Very spacious, lovely home with a beautiful view of the Bay. Very clean and well kept, great location for shopping/dining. A perfect house for our girls weekend - we would definitely come back!

We rented the main house and an accompanying suite (and would have booked more rooms if we had realized the capacity of the property) - the landlord was AMAZING and the home was EXACTLY as advertised. We hosted the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding (thank you, HOST!) for 40+ guests and we had a GREAT time. The views, the amenities, and the location - all CLEARLY some of the very best Fairhope has to offer. We (all 12 in the main house and 5 in one of the suites) would stay again!

Fairhope is the perfect town for a girls’ getaway and we found the ideal home base for our adventures! The location could not have been better for its lovely setting across from Mobile Bay and proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants. The 1907 house has been beautifully renovated to a 5 bedroom, 6 bath home with exquisite floors, mid-century furnishings and gorgeous artwork. The porch is so comfortable for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour and we honestly spent most of our time there. Sunsets are as pretty as anywhere in Fairhope. I will certainly spread the word to friends and look forward to returning.

We celebrated my birthday for three days here! The accommodations were amazing, the front porch was incredible, and the management was great! The layout of the main house and cottages was perfect for entertaining and there was plenty of room inside and outside for guests to spread out to enjoy time together in a safe way. Would definitely book again and would reccomend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Fairhope!

Room for everyone, felt like celebs getting ready here before my wedding. Great spot for photos as well. Would be perfect for family reunion or just a stay-cation with friends. Awesome house! And property!

The house was very clean and tidy and the bed and bath linens were fresh and clean and smelled lovely! The house was stocked very well and the host was easy to reach and quick to respond. The location was great and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood. Enjoyed the front porch and the firepit in the courtyard.

My wife and I, our two sons, and their girlfriends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bayview Estates Main House. The home was absolutely beautiful and Beth Anne took exceptional care of us. The front porch view was amazing, the bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen area was top notch. This is a must stay property!

We were there for a family wedding, the house made it so much fun for cousins to be together.!

We could not have been more pleased to find such a wonderful house. The view across to the park and bay was perfect for the porch swing and chairs, the house spacious and comfortable. It was an easy walk to Fairhope downtown, a great destination for a girls trip or family reunion weekend.
