Everything was great and just as described. Paula was great as well. We have stayed at Seaview many times and this was the first year I would say the pool area wasn't open when it said it would be. That was a little frustrating for us but that is property not the condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up well, very clean, no issues. The kitchen is relatively well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that we were just above the pool and it was supposed to be quiet after 10 pm. There were several nights when people were hanging out at the pool, after 10 pm and it was not quiet. But since it was Christmas, we decided to just let it go. All in all, we would rent again.

Very nice, well maintained, and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and beach right there!! Gorgeous views from the huge balcony.. private parking!! Restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Fun and Fabulous

We had a lovely stay. Very busy round the pool during the first week but it was school holidays. Much quieter in the second week. Apartment had everything we needed, including a well stocked ‘beach closet’ with chairs, umbrellas, floats etc. The host answered our questions promptly and facilitated a slightly later checkout for us. Lots of restaurants, bars and breakfast places locally. Try ‘Columbia’ Cuban restaurant at Clearwater. Great meal and staff. Saw dolphins in the sea from our balcony most days. And some stunning sunsets. Would recommend.

Condo was very clean, lots of room and very well stocked with all the items needed for a wonderful vacation! It also had all the beach necessities too!! Stores close by also. I would highly recommend the seaview!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sea view 102! Paula was a great host and maintained excellent communication throughout. The property was clean and well maintained. The "beach closet" was packed full of towels, chairs, sand toys and floats which our children enjoyed. Parents also note that the closet in the master bedroom is large enough to fit a full size crib (which we rented) for our 2 year old. The balcony was our favorite part. Watching the dolphins play while drinking coffee in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed this place and can definitely see ourselves returning in the future.

The cond was very nice and I would recommend! The only negatives was that it was not stocked properly, not enough towels and supplies. But a quick trip to the store and we were fine. Property owner and manager were amazing! I loved the security at the complex!

We were celebrating with seven grown family adults! This place is excellent! It has great space, amenities and is laid out well. Paula was very kind! We didn't want for anything more!

Great condo on the beach! The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with ( thanks for that! ) We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We just got home today from our 5 night stay and it was amazing! The condo was perfect and very clean. The balcony had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy sitting out there and have morning coffee. We didn’t watch much TV, but they have a bigger one in the living area, and then each bedroom also has their own TV. They have all the amenities that you would need in the kitchen. The only thing we needed to buy was dish soap, we also bought a couple extra rolls of paper towels, which came in handy. There are plenty of beach chairs (6), sand toys, pool noodles, beach towels, plastic laundry baskets and an umbrella if you want to use it. We brought our own tent, which was perfect for the hot summer sun. The only thing you will need to bring is a cooler for your drinks and snacks. Paula was amazing and was had a quick response to whatever question we had. The view from the balcony is second to none, it was breathtaking every night. And when the baby was napping, we could still be on the balcony and enjoy the view. We have never done Vrbo or anything else like that. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was great! We were able to enjoy the balcony all times of the day without it being too hot. Quiet family friendly complex. Beach was amazing! We didn't want to leave.

Great condo for enjoying the beach.

Our stay was lovely. Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped. The lobby of the condo complex needs to be remodeled, but the condo itself was great. Our only complaint is that the elevator was not working and among 5 women with LOTS of bags, we definitely got our workout walking up and down stairs (not that exercise is bad thing, but I can see how it might have been a real problem for people older than 70+). I can see us renting in the future again. Lots of laughs and good memories were made.

The condo was nice and very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. Very nice beach and complex. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of supplies such as, liquid dish soap, aluminum foil, saran wrap, baggies, salt & pepper, no windex for glass dining table, etc. I could go on and on with the items that have to be purchased for a short stay. I have stayed at many VRBO's and some are so fully equipped with the extras, which makes it so nice. The shame of this is, you have to buy quantities that you will never use in a week and you can not possibly take them all back on a plane. I know that renters are leaving these supplies, and housekeeping is most likely taking them. If everyone leaves a little something, it saves everyone money. Housekeeping should leave these items alone. Sadly, the items that I left for the person behind me most likely didn't stay either.

The 3 bedroom accommodated grandparents, parents and two grandkids perfectly. The beach is also fabulous!

Our family including my children and grandchildren enjoyed 2 weeks on Madeira Beach. The condominium is just as advertised and in a great location. We were able to walk to several stores and restaurants including John's Pass which is only a mile south of the condominium. The facility is very nice with a pool and hot tub and plenty of seating around the pool for guests. The owner was very prompt to respond to all of our requests and questions. Great time in Madeira Beach this week. The condo is well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation experience. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella are all in the unit so just pack your bathing suit and a cooler! The unit itself was clean and stocked with dishes and cooking appliances, fans in every bedroom, towels, board games (for the 15 mins of rain), books and tvs in the rooms. Great pool and hot tub on property and steps to the beach where the dolphins were playing just off shore. Restaurants right across the street, grocery store around the corner, Johns Pass boardwalk for a day of shopping and dinner…truly a wonderful piece of property and super easy to book and stay with this owner. Hoping we’ll be back soon!

The condo was lovely. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and toys for the kids. The property was a little bumpy this week. The pool heater was down and never fixed all week. The pool was quite cold, so that was disappointing. There is only one grill despite the number of condos, and that too was down part way through the week. The parking situation was a little chaotic for any visitors. It’s very limited and also under construction with work vehicles occupying several spots. We enjoyed our stay despite the bumps we ran into.

The balcony of condo 102 was amazing! It was spacious and a great place for our group to hang out every day and listen to the ocean waves. The condo is a bit dated and needs some remodeling, but was clean. The water pressure in both showers was very slow and needs to be improved. The owner was VERY responsive to every question we had prior to and during our stay.

Condo was clean and very spacious. When we weren't enjoying the pool, our time was spent on the balcony taking in the amazing views of the ocean. We saw dolphins daily and the sunsets were stunning. Owner was wonderful to work with and great in communicating! Can't wait to go back!

As a first time renter through vrbo I am extremely impressed. This condo was the perfect size for six adults. Will definitely try to come back to enjoy another vacation.

Condo is spacious, very clean. Balcony is huge, overlooking pool. Pool area is kept clean, plenty of chairs. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of nice towels, closet full of beach chairs, toys. Host is very responsive to all questions! Great restaurants within walking distance. Very pleased with our stay!

Best stay ever! From location, amenities and a ton of great beach accessories to great communication with owner. Really exceeded every expectation.

LOVED this condo. Paula and Paul were extremely helpful. If you want wake up everyday and see the Gulf, watch dolphins and look for shells this is your place.
