Well kept house in a pleasant location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, this is a great place for families to meet up hangout and sleep under the same roof, we met up for my parents 52nd anniversary ate dinner together, played family games. Made possible because we eere able to book this property that accommodated us all. Check it out!!!!

It was overall a nice stay- close to our venue, well stocked kitchen. There were lots of rules posted, telling of extra charges like if towels were stained, great communication with owner. Would stay again!

Had a great extended weekend at Country Cove. Very clean and check in and communication was excellent. Great for families with a 1st floor bedroom and 4 others upstairs. The high chair and pack and play were surprises but came in handy! The kids loved the chickens and the grill suited our needs. Great location. There is a family in a downstairs apartment that we hardly saw but were very helpful when we had to come back after we forgot an item. No hesitation to recommend!

It was cold. It was old furniture. The photos looked different than the actual house. The manager didn’t turn on the heat.

It's was perfect. The house is set up where people could visit in different locations of the home and their own private suite! Location was close to everything yoi would need

Property location was great for Nashville & Franklin activities. Nice house, enjoyed the back porch the most when we were there. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. Kitchen cabinets, cutlery draw, smeared walls, bathroom drawers & floors were sticky. Could use more towels.

The house was perfect for our party of 5 couples. The guys could go play pool while the ladies chatted. The living space and kitchen was good for all of us to gather. Loved having our own suites and bathroom facilities. We weren’t there long but it worked perfect for our group for a wedding. Many more memories made!

This house was simply amazing! We had a rather large group w/ ages that raged from 1 - 50 that came from Ohio & Florida, everyone had a great time. No one ever felt like they were on top of each other as the house was big & spacious , we had so much fun hanging out back enjoying the nature , lightning bugs & watching the ducks chase the chickens which the kids loved. The host was great to work with & so accommodating in letting us check in a little early. The care taker who lived in the apartment below in the attached basement was extremely gracious in checking in on us while he was tending the duties of the outside & chickens. We honestly never saw him much so was never a problem. I would absolute recommend this property again especially w/ it being only 5 mins from Franklin & less then 20 mins from Nashville . My only recommendation would be to perhaps update the house a little on the inside as some of the decor seemed a little outdated & just didn't flow well & could absolutely use some more seating out back but nothing that I would say should keep anyone from checking this beautiful house out or keep our family from coming back to County Cove. Our family gathered here for my 60th birthday and 6 of us ran the Nashville Rock n Roll marathon. The location was perfect. Lots of yummy Franklin restaurants close, and it is also close enough to downtown Nashville and the airport. The house was great! Lots of space for gathering, it was clean, comfy beds, plenty of parking. We would highly recommend it for large family gatherings like ours. The host was great to work with.

Wedding reception was in Brentwood and this was a great location for friends and family to gather. Photos make it look like it's off by itself, but there are lots of neighbors close by.

We had a fun family wedding visit, the house was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. It could use more linens; towels, dishes, cups and glassware. Having some snacks available was a very nice touch!

What a wonderful place for the entire family. I had my children and grandchildren to stay and spend my 60th birthday-Christmas Eve celebration. I got an email and instruction to access the property. Everything was easy instructions. We got to the house and a birthday card with a container of cookies greeted us. It was a very warm welcome for me and the family. The house also have pretty much the basic things and more. Cereal boxes, paper plates, plastic utensils, coffee maker, coffee , milk, jug of orange juice etc. I think this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Emkay is a very nice host and communicated with us very well. Everything went great with our stay. I love the place.

Our group of friends were in Nashville to attend a Viet Nam veterans' reunion. The house and grounds were comfortable for all. We appreciated that each suite had a private bath . The few concerns we had were quickly handled by Emkay to our satisfaction. A very enjoyable stay!

We came for a wedding. House was nice, plenty of space for everyone. We were in and out quite a bit with wedding activities. Some difficulty get the temperature regulated in the house but it was a good size for our group.

Honestly, I was disappointed. The yard was a mess, with tall grass and weeds, chickens and a duck. The back deck was just plain dirty. The house did not smell clean, and their were ants in the dining room and kitchen. It was not what we expected.
