We love everything about this hotel! Friendly helpful staff. They act as though they really enjoy their job!!! This hotel is very clean. It has everything we need plus great coffee 24/7. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are wonderful. Very convenient location!

We arrived 9:30 p.m. the check in process was easy. Hotel was very clean and the location was right off highway. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Room was small and uncomfortable. Could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer for the price.

Appeared to be new - great breakfast sandwich and coffee. Beds very comfortable- near a movie theater.
Although the room was very cold in July, the AC unit was very noisy when it came on during the night. The room was small but worked well for one night stay while traveling.The lightbulbs were too bright and unable to adjust.

they had wrong date in there system so they had cancelled my booking. I had to call booking myself to work it out. I was asked to move out of the way while I got it fixed.

Very clean, shower was real nice and bed was comfortable. Everyone was very friendly.
Breakfast ended way too early, so we never got to eat there, and the price was for that also. No microwave in the room.

I was charged a $150 fee, still waiting to hear back as to why I had this charge. We only slept there at night, no damage whatsoever.?? I had a similar experience at a Hilton in batón rouge, after numerous calls, it was a bogus charge by one of the staff.

Did not have portico and it was pouring when we loaded up to leave. Big miss. Saw an avid hotel in Alabama a couple of weeks later and it had a portico. You should be able to get out of the weather at a hotel, period, hard stop.

Loved the dove soap and big tv in the room. Easily accessible location. I also liked that there was no carpet!!
