Celebrated a late family Christmas in this amazing cabin. It was everything it was advertised to be. We enjoyed everything about it. The host was magnificent and communicated with us easily and timely. We will definitely book here again and look forward to our next stay.

Cabin was well appointed and accommodated our large group of 15 (plus 2 dogs) very well. Close and convenient to downtown GBurg and Pigeon Forge Property owners very communicative as well. Would consider staying here again

This is a great cabin with lots of space. Our teen boys loved it and we all had a great time!

We had a great time! The location was great we would definitely go back to this location.The only thing that could be better is the stove and the hot tub they didn't work all that great. But other than that it was a great time and very nice cabin.

There was 13 of us and plenty of space for all! Very beautifully decorated. The mattresses were amazing. Memory foam, I believe. Best nights rest away from home. Simple to get to. Didn’t really use the pool. Kids said the water was cold. But we weren’t really at the house to use it a lot. Was always on the go. Would definitely stay again.

As I communicated to the owner, whom was very nice, overall the home had numerous little things that could be improved but overall we had a very nice stay in their rental home. Having 5 King bedrooms and a loft for the children was great. Additionally, being pet friendly made this our choice for my family of 12. The location was convenient and parking was adequate. The hot tub and nearby pool were welcome features. I would recommend that the cleaning crew or properly manager verify everything is working properly before checking in to avoid issues for new tenants. Recommend this property if you arent overly picky and can focus on the good features of the home and nearby attractions.

My family and I had a great time here! The location of the house is great - close to Gatlinburg, a grocery store, the art district, and the National Park. The layout of the house worked really well for us. The 5 bedrooms all have king beds and are spread out on 2 floors so everyone had their own space. The three teens took the loft upstairs (by the pool table) so they had their own space and their own bathroom too. The property manager was super responsive when we texted to ask for more towels and a toilet plunger. :) I recommend taking a look at the property on Google Maps so you can see the area. The house is on a pretty steep hill and close to other houses in the complex. There's no playspace outside except for the porches. But overall we loved the space and would choose it again!

Great spot. A bit of hiccup at check-in but Vicky answered my call immediately and issue was resolved straight away. The house, for us, is more of an adult weekend spot as the kids needed more space to run but the house is exactly as advertised and the owners were lovely to work with . Would stay again no questions asked.

The cabin perfectly met our needs. It was a quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg but for enough out that it made for a peaceful retreat. Our 8 teenagers loved the amenities and are ready to go back! The owners were a treat to work with and removed any concern before we arrived. Fantastic property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Everything was clean, the cabin is so spacious and set up really well for our group.

The cabin is huge with all of the stated amenities, plus a large hot tub that isn’t in the pictures. The owners are so easy work with, as well. They’re were 10 of us & we had PLENTY of room. I will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. Everything was so terrific for our stay that everyone had a fantastic time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

This cabin may not have all of the frills some of other cabins offer… BUT (and that is capitalized on purpose) it is THE CLEANEST, most well equipped, COMFORTABLE cabin we have ever stayed in. Cleanliness and comfort are SO much more important in my opinion to other unnecessary amenities. There were 5 king sized beds and we all talked about how comfortable each mattress was. We are actually currently planning a return trip with a completely different group of people! The hosts personally reached out and communicated and were so sweet. Thank you so much, and we can’t wait to come back!

We used this cabin to house our cook team for our youth retreat. This was a perfect location to where we were staying and gave our adults a great place to escape the noise in between meals and relax. It has lots of space and close to Gatlinburg's attractions.,

My family and I travelled from Miami to spend new years and we are so happy with our cabin choice. Brian and Vicky communicate great. Beautiful cabin, great location (8 mins from downtown gatlinburg and 25 mins from pigeon forge) grocery store 4 mins away. Cabin is fully equipped and very well take care of. Will definitely be reaching out to Brian and Vicky for future rentals.

Spacious house with plenty of room, parking, and within minutes of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hosts were very quick to respond and expressed concern for us during the recent zero degree cold snap. Very good value for the money and can’t wait to book again.

The cabin as a whole was good. There were some things that needed attention - more than a couple of burned out light bulbs, a kitchen shelf collapsed in the cabinet because it only had 3 of the little shelf holders, and we found some dirty dishes. No deal breakers though.

We stayed for 3 nights during our daughter's travel soccer tournament. It was only 4 minutes to the Rocky Top Sports Complex which was very convenient! The beds in each bedroom were all king beds - very comfortable and the cabin had so much room. Our 3 children and my sister's 3 had a great time playing pool, and the arcade games and adults enjoyed shuffleboard and the hot tub. I would highly recommend this location for families!

Cabin was spacious, hot water was plentiful, location great. Close to Gatlinburg attractions, arts and crafts road, and park entrance. Manager responded to our needs promptly. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Lots of room. Loved the fire place. Only suggestion would be it needs more than one skillet and some dish towels would have been nice. Plenty of other dishes though.
