Great communication from host! Great stay with fun activities to do like card games, ping pong and a pool table. Neighborhood was okay but location is not far from most places like Hyde Park. Would recommend!

I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Tampa! Very centrally located but they also have tons of entertainment options if you’re staying in. Whatever question I had, they enthusiastically responded in a timely manner and with an abundance of explanation. Probably the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of cooperating with. If I could give 6 starts I would!!

Very nice property. Extra towels, toothbrushes, detergent, anything and everything. At first glance the neighborhood looks a bit rough, but it’s actually very quiet and ppl were very polite. It’s just a matter of respecting the fact that this is their HOME and you are VISITING. It was close to the mall about 15mins, had decent food places. I would stay again for sure!

Check-in was very easy and we found the unit to be clean and as pictured. Plenty of parking and there is quite a bit of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The location is perfect. You are only 15 minutes away from everything in Tampa and only 35-45 minutes away from Clearwater or St. Pete. The little details (charging stations, lots of towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and so much more) that they thought of made our stay really enjoyable!

This was a really nice place. Place was clean and the common area was a nice place to hang out. A lot of golf courses were less than 30 minutes away from the place because the highway was very accessible. The only down side was the area the place was. We felt that we had to take an uber or drive to anywhere we want to go.

We had to book something last minute and am so grateful this was available. We went to the Florida Music Educators Association conference at the convention center and this was less than two miles away. There were five of us and we had plenty of room. The house is EXACTLY as described. We didn’t even have to look for things to do at night. There was a pool / ping pong table, dartboard and a PS4. It is really a great place to unwind and have some fun. We will be back!!! Thank you for everything!!!

I loved this place! Anything I needed Mark respond quick. Great place to stay at and enjoy vacation. The house inside very clean and maintain great! I would recommend anybody to stay there. I will come back there whenever I go back to Tampa. Great place.

Excellent host. No problems very responsive. We where loud a couple nights (spring break and college kids) never had any complains from him. The house was stocked full of towels and shampoo and tons of dishes. Very comfortable beds. Nice TV's in every bed room. If you are looking at this place for a group 10/10 would recommend

Mark is a super host through and through. Always responsive and able to meet any request. We needed a pack n play and no hesitation to meet the request and he set it up. Also, he got us hair dryers after the last ones got taken the day of the request. His place is well styled and offers all the amenities you need. Great to have on site parking and so much to offer in the home from a pool table, smart TV, PlayStation and more. Proximity to downtown Tampa, Ybor City, or hopping the highway makes the location ideal.

The house is perfect! Large for several guests, and has every amenity that you could possibly want. Being so close to major highways makes exploring all of Florida's West Coast easy! House is impeccable!
