The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Very clean. Access to the beach was very convenient and the pool was large enough to entertain our 2 kids (8 and 10). The neighborhood is quiet but there is mini golf and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We have nothing but positive reviews and hope to visit again!

This was our second time staying at this particular condo and both times we've been more than satisfied with our experience. The condo is clean and well maintained and is perfect for my husband and I and our 3 young kids. We love this first floor unit because we can just walk right out onto the grass to head to the beach or to play catch with the kids in the evening. The morning sunrises from the back patio are amazing. The location is perfect (not overcrowded) and it's close to everything that we want to do throughout the day. This has kind of become our "home away from home". We will be back! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo, pool, views and security were top notch. We especially loved the happy hours on the deck looking out over the ocean - great breeze too. Beach access was perfect and the pool never crowded. We've been to HH multiple times, and the proximity to restaurants and shops can't be beat. Can't wait to come back!!

Have stayed at sea cloisters before but first time at this condo. King mattress was horrible it sunk to middle and need new pots and pans for sure. Otherwise a nice week

We really enjoyed out stay at Sea Cloister. The condo is on the first floor which makes for easy access. Great view. The only complaint we have is the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Will stay again.

Literally steps from the beach. From the pictures I was a little nervous that the view would be blocked by the sea grasses on the dunes. Not at all! Even though being on the first floor, the unit is high enough off the ground that you have perfect views from the deck, living room and primary bedroom. The Folly Field area is a little quieter than the Colgny Beach area which is what our family of four loved about it. The beach was perfect. The unit was very nicely done and very clean. I would agree with some of the other reviewers that I would replace the mattress in the main bed — we still would have stayed another week there if we could. The process was very smooth so we did not have many questions for Robert but for the one we did he answered the call instantly. If you are looking for a perfect Hilton Head getaway that is in close proximity to everything but not stuck right in the middle of crowds, I don't know how you beat this place. PS - make sure you get up for the sunrise because the view of it while sitting on that deck is unreal!

Location was great. Everything as expected and more. Would not hesitate to stay agian.

We truly enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head area. The rental was fantastic and we will be back soon.

A family of four with two teens and their grandparents visited in April 2022. We agreed afterward that we slightly preferred the more central Colingly Beach location to this one just because it was easier to get bikes out onto the beach on the flat boardwalk (this one has two sets of steps). The unit was nicely appointed and quiet; we enjoyed cooking and relaxing. We brought our own Roku. The blinds should definitely be upgraded from vertical blinds to blackout curtains and it may be time to replace the King bed mattress. There is a regular coffee maker and a Keureg. The doorbell plays a fight song that we couldn't identify!! Thanks for a nice trip.

We were extremely pleased with all the upgrades in the condo and enjoyed our stay.

This condo is on the first floor but is elevated so that you can enjoy every sunrise from the private porch. And private beach access and the condo pool are just steps away. The condo itself was lovely, clean and durable and for a family of four, just the right amount of space to unwind and to have your belongings all be stored comfortably during your stay. There is a coffee pot AND a Keurig machine by the way. Perfect price point and we'd stay here again.

No issues other than the outdoor charcoal grills, and would Have been nicer to have a few more items such as a frying pan to make a few more meals in the condo. Dishwasher worked but should be checked as it was difficult to close with both silverware trays

Felt very safe coming to Hilton Head with my son for his fall break. This condo was exactly what we were looking for as it it steps away from the beach, pool and shaded bike/running trails. The views are fantastic from the living area and master bedroom. Beds are comfortable. This is a small quiet gated condo complex. Beach is not crowded

We decided we needed a break from the hustle and bustle of the hectic northeast. Hilton Head is our go-to for big family events except this time it was just me and my husband. We were looking for a quiet, clean, accessible beachfront property to listen to the waves and take in the sunrises and sunsets and we found it! Two generous sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, clean, nice kitchen and right on the beach. (You have to walk around the sea berm, but no biggie). Will be back. A great recharging station no doubt.

Perfect view of the beach and great porch area to sit on and enjoy the view. The property was nice. Just a note, there are chairs on the beach to rent but you may want to bring your own. The beach rentals are rather worn and the umbrellas don't do a great job. There are utensils and cookware in the condo but do not expect there to be anything like salt and pepper or coffee filters left from previous stays as is usually the case with other Condo rentals which is fine. I was unable to contact the rental office after check out, they should know that the linens in the master have stained pillow covers. I'm sure they will take care of that, we just removed them from the bed. With all of that said , I would definitely rent again.

The week was steamy, but the proximity to the beach was perfect. It was very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the covered balcony for evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had what we needed: decent size kitchen, comfortable beds, relaxing view on the balcony within steps to pool and beach. Good shower off area when returning from beach. Updated amenities and easy access to bike trail. Easy driving distance to popular spots. Small quirks: blinds for privacy don’t shut all the way- need replacement. Master bathroom layout is a bit tight. But these were small things. Definitely recommend for a family of four.

The condo is very nice and has a nicely updated kitchen. The location is perfect- so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. The very best thing about this condo is the location. Very convenient to the parking lot, pool and beach. The unit itself is beautiful and just like the pictures, although maybe a bit smaller than I expected. The living area has a comfy sectional sofa, but the dining table is pretty crowded between the furniture. The master bedroom is plenty big and has great storage for unpacking, but the 2nd bedroom is crowded. With 2 adults and 2 children in there, there wasn't a lot of extra room to move around. The bathrooms are both updated and beautiful. Truth be told, when we are at HHI, we don't spend a lot of time in the room. The beach here is wonderful, soft sand and a gentle slope great for small kids. The pool is also very nice and has a baby pool. We like this end of the island because it is away from the Coligny crowds and convenient to groceries, Walmart, and the causeway bridge. I would definitely come back to this condo.

I had to drive to the Realtor’s office to unlock a mailbox to get a piece of paper that should have just been emailed to me. The condo is very nice but the the TV’s are entirely to hard to operate. No one wants to get away for the weekend and have to wait on the cable guy to show up to be able to watch television.The master bath shower door needs the bottom seal replaced or adjusted so you do not flood the bathroom floor with every shower.The kitchen and living area are really nice and the beds sleep great.I know I commented on some things but we really did have a nice time.
