Very good breakfasts. Excellent pool.
Location is out of town, the room guide suggests a weekdays only bus (without telling you that). There is really no weekend transport. Unsupervised children in the pool a nuisance, although I accept that's down to parents, but staff could have done more. While some pool rules are in English, the locker guides are in Dutch only.

De kamers zijn ruim en modern. Het hele hotel doet prettig aan en ademt ruimte en stijl. Veel parkeergelegenheid.
De ontbijtzaal kon de grote drukte uitstekend verwerken, het is goed georganiseerd.
Na mijn klacht over de warme kamer kreeg ik een andere kamer met een beter werkende airco. Die was perfect. De vrouw van de receptie toonde zich betrokken.
Het is hinderlijk dat het licht in het (aparte) toilet vanzelf aangaat; je komt 's nachts ongewenst in een plens licht te staan.

Een grote kamer, met een comfortabel bad en bed! Het ontbijt was erg lekker en er was veel keuze. Het personeel was erg aardig.
We vonden het eigenlijk net iets te ver van het centrum.

Erg stijlvol en ruim opgezet. Prachtige kamer en een heerlijke spa.
Het diner leek meer een fabriek. Personeel moesten we afremmen. Anders waren we met 30 min alweer van tafel. Dit hoorden we om ons heen ook.

Ontbijt.
Zeer onvriendelijk ontvangst. Had mijn paspoort niet bij en toen werd er koud gezegd “ja die heb nodig”! Terwijl er nog andere oplossingen zijn, zoals een foto van mijn paspoort. Dat kan ook eerst gevraagd worden. Daarnaast lagen er haren in mijn bed…
Daarnaast was het een zeer dunne topper op het matras wat de hele tijd verschoof.
Tenslotte was de kamer ook niet helemaal te verduisteren, erg vervelend als je op een industrieterrein ligt met veel licht ‘s nachts.

Luxe hotel met fijne wellness
Kleine details kunnen beter zoals:
-lichten helaas niet dimbaar (in badkamer met bad zou dit vooral fijn zijn of bv lampje bij bed).
-erg dik hoofdkussen, zou fijn zijn om in de kast een dunner alternatief te hebben bv.
-voor de luxe van het hotel mis ik een badjas, slippers, echte glazen (plus wijnglazen/kopjes)

The hotel was welcoming. Room was warm. Facilities were great. Wish I had stayed longer to enjoy the gym and pool more. Food was great. I had breakfast and dinner. Wonderful!n

Friendly staff. Big parking. Location is outside the city center but quite easy to reach by bike. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of variations and a nice eating room. Room was spacious and quite. Very large and fully equipped bathroom. All in all excellent hotel.
