Well suited for up to 20 or so. Spacious kitchen , ample supplies ie cutlery, dishes, two dishwashers ..large island and incredible dining table for family to gather. There were a few hiccups at the beginning but Jonathan and Kat responded in a timely manner. There was lots of room to either gather or seek quiet space. It is close to hiking, shopping, church, etc etc. We loved our time together here. Thank you Jonathan and staff.

Absolutely spectacular home in the most gorgeous setting. We had 3 families with college/high school aged children that came to watch the Fiesta Bowl. So much space to really spread out, but also large common spaces to accommodate all. The picture windows that showcased the breathtaking sunset were amazing!!!

Excellent experience staff was great arranged and took care of everything, great communication as well. Highly reccomend the property!

The property is amazing with all the bells and whistles. But it was the management staff who made it special. WiFi dies in one area, they are there within an hour! Kat and company were great and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at both of Jonathan's properties. We had a large group so being able to book two houses from the same owner was amazing. He offered a VIP host and concierge service which was outstanding and we definitely needed all the help, asked all the questions and without a doubt his team was there was us every step of the way. I couldn't of asked for a better experience and looking forward to going back!

We had a great time at the home! The view was incredible from just about every room. The guest house was so fun for the kids and we all enjoyed the games that were available. The home was well stocked with essentials, which was SO helpful and appreciated. We had a group ranging from toddler to adults and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The Manor was the perfect choice for our large group (18 adults). House is fantastic. Tons of room for everyone to spread out, inside and out. Great views from all over the property. Huge dining area and well equipped kitchen. Location could not be better, in close proximity to hiking, golf, shopping, restaurants, Old Town Scottsdale, etc. The management team was awesome. Extremely responsive before, during and after our stay. They stocked the house with groceries for us prior to our arrival and assisted in booking us a chef for a night. Highly recommended. Thanks again for making our trip a great one!

Incredible property that brings its own unique vibe. Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Awesome pool, great beds, lots of fridges, tons of food delivery options. The property managers were nice, available, and responsive. Overall an amazing place to stay. 10/10 would recommend. Only feedback would be: 1) get a microwave that an American might know how to use and 2) put a more sound proof door to the master bedroom, as you can hear a sneeze from the kitchen.

While I could laundry list issues with the actual house (guest house bathroom broken all weekend, music doesn't play outside, mostly empty with barely any furniture), the real issue with this house is the owner. We paid $5k+ per night to get be spied on, falsely accused, and threatened. I tried to go through VRBO to wage a very serious privacy violation complaint, only to be told that my only recourse would be to sue the owner. I went here with a group of 24 close friends from grad school that I've traveled with multiple times before and never once have we had anything like this happen to us. When Jonathan, the owner, showed up on arrival to bring over the guidebook, he immediately put us off. He opened the book to show it to us and there was a tomato sauce stain on one of the pages which he abruptly chastised an employee for and called "disgusting." Then, he proceeded to tell us how glad he was that our group was mostly women because the week prior he hosted a bachelor party that "trashed his house." Then, he proceeded to tell us exactly how much $ he spent renovating the house and how over-budget the renovations were (we did not ask nor care). Most egregiously, my boyfriend and I were staying in the master bedroom, which has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the very public upper balcony that connects the whole house, automatically raise on us while we were in bed without either of us touching the control inside the room. This was EXTREMELY upsetting and violating. I immediately texted him asking why that would have happened, and he told me that the shades are programmed to rise automatically at sunset... something that was not disclosed and of course not expected in a private bedroom. He seemed apologetic and asked how he could make it right. I said he could offer us a discount, to which he said he would take $1000 off for a good review... I agreed because I wanted to get off the phone with him. Later that night, I assume to get out of following through on the discount, he accused us of having more than 25 people in the house because he was monitoring our devices... we at no point violated our agreement or had more than 25 people in the house. He also accused us of leaving the house damaged even though we cleaned up the entire place. He also accused us of breaking the bathroom when we had requested a plumber the day we got there because it was already broken. Bad house. Worse owner. Much better places to stay in area.

From the moment we entered The Manor we knew we arrived to Paradise. It is absolutely a Dream Land! It is everything shown in the pictures plus more. Just walking around the entire property and swimming in the large pool made us feel that we were on a private luxury resort. Everything you can think of is available for use. The house is magnificently designed with good taste. There are so many amenities on the property that create such good vibes. You just never want to leave. From the theatre room with round sound and jars filled with candies, to the sound system that allows you to choose which parts of the house you want music to play. To a room filled with over 100 amazing books to read. A game room, yoga studio facing the pool view, large TV screens throughout and of course the two puttings to play golf. There are even bikes available on the property so you can tour the incredible views of Camelback mountain. The large heated pool and hot tub facing a breathtaking view of the mountains just makes you want to swim and relax all day. There’s plenty of towels and outdoor sitting areas to lounge around and chill. Jonathan inquired if we would be interested in a yoga class and arranged for a private instructor to come down. We did yoga facing the beautiful pool view. It was one of our highlights! The entire mansion is immaculately spotless and sparkling. Not a spec of dust is found anywhere. Each bedroom has fresh, clean linen and plenty of clean towels and bathrobes. Beautiful expensive art hangs in each bedroom. The property manager is amazingly helpful and super pleasant. She was in contact with us throughout the trip always checking in to see if there were any issues and that we had everything we needed. We’re back in New York dreaming and reliving all the great memories we had at The Manor! We hope to one day come back to Arizona in good health and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else other than The Manor!

We had a group of 25 adults and were able to spread out with extra room to spare. Location wise, you could not ask for better. The house is situated right on camelback, close to old town, and a few minutes from great restaurant and bars. The workout room was an amazing alternative to the Arizona heat on mornings we didn’t wake up early enough to hike. The outdoor grill area was complete with water misters, speakers, and a TV that was the perfect retreat from the sun while allowing us to cookout while enjoying the beautiful view and sunset. The kitchen and dining area is better than the pictures look and is truly where beauty meets function between the sleek design, the multiple dishwashers, and dual sinks. The host really thought of everything and spared no expense to make this house the perfect retreat while also being extremely responsive with requests from our group

This property blew us away. We scoured the market for the best property for our large group of friends, and we definitely picked the right one. This property checked all the boxes (location, amenities, views, and management staff). I highly recommend this place. The house was in incredible condition, and we had a blast. I've stayed in a number of other rental properties, but I can honestly say that this home was (1) kept in the best condition and (2) had the best management team running the property (all issues were immediately addressed - their service was better than 5-star hotels). We hope to be back again soon!

The views are amongst the best on the mountain, from the morning sunrises to the evening sunsets. Centrally located near everything, we had an easy time getting where we needed throughout our stay. We took morning walks up the mountain streets and there were also a bunch of bikes waiting to be used for longer treks. The house is brand new and equipped with everything you could imagine. From the massive kitchen with all the essentials a chef would need to the countless linens, towels and soaps for the bed and baths, nothing was left to seek out. The main house had 4 bedrooms off one end of the house on the other side was a massive dining table off the kitchen that was great for family dining and there was a separate movie room with a game table and a laundry room that would put a laundromat to shame! There is a guest house connected to the main house that was the kids haven. 2 bedrooms/bath with bunk beds and than a lounge area with a bunch of couches, chairs, TVs, Xbox and gaming systems to name a few were on the upper level and than a full apartment with a bedroom/bath and large kitchen/family room area on the floor below. There was also a large room open to the pool level with a wet bar with ice marker as well as gym area along with a full bathroom, which kept us near the action for the duration of the day. Outside, the pool is massive with a hot-tub and water-feature that provided serenity from the kids countless screaming jumps into the pool. A covered pavilion with a huge outdoor kitchen and fire pit provided some much needed shade, and a putting green and chipping area for the avid golfers. All of this pales in comparison to the service Jonathan and his team set forth. From helping arrange food deliveries prior to our stay to coordinating celebrity chefs, yoga and personal trainers on site. Anything we needed was promptly handled 24/7. We felt as if we were staying at a 5 star hotel with the exception being we had it all to ourselves. Already booked for next year. Thanks again!!
