Everything was great. We really enjoyed the wild life in the back yard.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice home…John was a good host and communicated in a timely manner. We had hoped the pool was heated because the temps at night cooled the pool down quite a bit!

We rented for the 2022 holiday season. We had the worst and worst VRBO experience of our lives. The house has a serious sewer backup problem. When we took our shower, the dirty water was backing up on the bathroom floor and then the shit was coming out everywhere!!! . The owner contacted a plumber for the first time and then told us that the problem was solved. But the problem has grown. The plumber came back and he told us that it was not the first time that he came for this problem and that the owner was lying to us and that the problem was much more serious but that he refused to fix it because it was too expensive! We lost 3 days cleaning up shit and finally had to relocate. The owner never wanted to refund us in full, only a few days and VRBO does not refund anything if the owner does not refund in full. We lost a lot of money. Also, the house was more or less clean. We saw bugs every day in every room of the house even on the kitchen counter! The pool is very nice but very cold so no swimming. The house is rented as an entire dwelling but that is not true. The owner lives in the garage which has been transformed into a loft. We could hear him talking and coughing so he could hear us too! He has a terrace he is almost always there he smokes cigarettes so it smells of smoke everywhere. The house is near the highway so very noisy. In summary, never go to this place otherwise your vacation will be ruined!!!

The house was clean and exactly as described. The house had nice amenities and having our own pool was so relaxing for our one week vacation. The house is also 2 blocks from a local park with playground and a walking trail along water. My kids loved watching the ducks! John was very helpful and always available for questions. Would book this rental again!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The location was very nice and close to parks and walking trails. The home was well maintained and the home owner was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend.
